[0023]支腿1共设置有四个,且四个支腿1两两之间焊接有横梁,出料管3上设置有控制下 料的控制阀,输料管4的底端设置在地面开设的凹槽内,原料只需倒入地面开设的凹槽内, 打开输料电机14,输料电机14通过皮带I5带动输料管4内部的螺旋输料器16转动,自动将凹 槽内部的原料提升装入到搅拌设备本体2内部,完成自动提升上料,十分的方便省力。
[0024]电控箱I2的输出端分别与驱动电机10和输料电机14传动连接,电控箱12前壳体上 设置有显示屏和控制按键。
[0025]工作原理:使用时,首先将电控箱I2连接好电源,通过电控箱12上的控制按键打开 输料电机I4,输料电机14通过皮带I5带动输料管4内部的螺旋输料器16转动,从而通过输料 管4将原料传输到搅拌设备本体2内部,此时再打开驱动电机1〇,驱动电机10通过减速器9带 动搅拌轴8转动,从而利用搅拌轴8上的螺旋搅拌叶6对搅拌设备本体2的内部的原料进行搅 拌,搅拌均匀后,可以打开出料管3进行出料,整个装置完整运行。
