背景技术
目前国内外粉碎物料的研磨机，主要采用棒磨机和球磨机，其中，球磨机利用球体滚动撞击达到粉碎物料的效果，其缺点主要是粒度不均匀，细料多，出料少，耗时长，容易粘罐，锋利度较差，生产过程中常常造成原来浪费，生产效率低下。为了解决现有球磨机效果差、效率低等问题，我们对现有球磨机进行了新的改造。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述存在的问题和不足，提供一种结构设计合理，且能够有效的提高工作效率和产品的结构性能的金刚石微粉多棱球磨机。
为达到上述目的，所采取的技术方案是：
一种金刚石微粉多棱球磨机，包括：机架；磨机筒体，所述磨机筒体呈圆柱状并横向放置，所述磨机筒体的两端分别设置有中空的进料轴筒和出料轴筒，所述进料轴筒和出料轴筒通过轴承座枢接设置在机架上；动力机构，所述动力机构与磨机筒体之间设置有匹配啮合的驱动齿轮和传动齿圈；和内衬组件，所述内衬组件包括内衬板和楞板，所述内衬板匹配贴合设置在磨机筒体的内壁上，且内衬板的内腔截面呈正多边形结构，所述楞板设置在内衬板的内腔中，并与内衬板内腔的各棱角一一对应贴合设置；在机架上还设置有与磨机筒体外壁对应的弧形板，所述弧形板内设置有磁铁块。
所述机架上布设有多片弧形板，各弧形板内均均布设置有磁铁块。
所述楞板后端设置有螺杆和固紧螺母，所述内衬板和磨机筒体上设置有与螺杆对应的通孔。

参见图1和图2，一种金刚石微粉多棱球磨机，包括机架100、磨机筒体200、动力机构300和内衬组件400，磨机筒体200呈圆柱状并横向放置，磨机筒体200的两端分别设置有中空的进料轴筒210和出料轴筒220，进料轴筒210和出料轴筒220通过轴承座230枢接设置在机架100上；动力机构300与磨机筒体200之间设置有匹配啮合的驱动齿轮310和传动齿圈320；内衬组件400包括内衬板410和楞板420，内衬板410匹配贴合设置在磨机筒体200的内壁上，且内衬板410的内腔截面呈正多边形结构，所述楞板420设置在内衬板410的内腔中，并与内衬板410内腔的各棱角一一对应贴合设置；在机架100上还设置有磨机筒体200外壁对应的弧形板500，所述弧形板内设置有磁铁块510。
在机架100上布设有多片弧形板500，各弧形板内均均布设置有磁铁块510。楞板420后端设置有螺杆430和固紧螺母，所述内衬板410和磨机筒体上设置有与螺杆对应的通孔，机架100上开设有与弧形板500对应的条形孔，弧形板500通过螺栓固定设置在条形孔内。

机架；
磨机筒体，所述磨机筒体呈圆柱状并横向放置，所述磨机筒体的两端分别设置有中空的进料轴筒和出料轴筒，所述进料轴筒和出料轴筒通过轴承座枢接设置在机架上；
动力机构，所述动力机构与磨机筒体之间设置有匹配啮合的驱动齿轮和传动齿圈；
和内衬组件，所述内衬组件包括内衬板和楞板，所述内衬板匹配贴合设置在磨机筒体的内壁上，且内衬板的内腔截面呈正多边形结构，所述楞板设置在内衬板的内腔中，并与内衬板内腔的各棱角一一对应贴合设置；
在机架上还设置有与磨机筒体外壁对应的弧形板，所述弧形板内设置有磁铁块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金刚石微粉多棱球磨机，其特征在于：所述机架上布设有多片弧形板，各弧形板内均布设置有磁铁块。
