[0002]全自动凝血分析仪是重要的医疗工具,现在搬运大多采用木箱包装后搬运,采用 木质材料,需要钢钉在木箱的各个表面边缘处进行固定,以保证箱体形状的稳定性,搬运 时,木质材料对仪器没有缓冲性,搬运过程则不能出现偏斜,对搬运技术要求相对较高,拆 卸时需要用力使用撬棍来拔钉子,这样容易造成木料的断裂或者变形,不利于二次利用,也 不利于环保,并且采用木质材料,过于笨重,搬运时需要很多的劳动力,增加了运输成本,而 且为了节约下次装箱的时间,一般只拆卸顶盖,这样不利于回收保存。
[0003]瓦楞纸板又称波纹纸板,由至少一层瓦楞纸和一层箱板纸粘合而成,具有较好的 弹性和延伸性,主要用于制造纸箱、纸箱的夹心以及易碎商品的其他包装材料。 实用新型内容
[0004] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种全自动凝血分析仪包装箱,主要解决现有技术中 存在的木箱笨重不易搬运,安装拆卸不方便等问题。
[0005] 为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
[0006] 全自动凝血分析仪包装箱,包括底座,安装在底座上的底板,安装在底板上的侧减 震板,套置在侧减震板外侧的外箱体,安装在外箱体内部且在侧减震板上部的上减震板,安 装在上减震板上的分隔板,以及套置在外箱体上的顶盖;其中底座、底板、侧减震板、外箱 体、上减震板、分隔板、顶盖均采用瓦楞纸板。

[0014] (3)本实用新型的底板表面设置的定位孔可以防止在搬运过程中仪器侧滑,同时 将仪器固定可防止在搬运途中出现的碰撞损坏等问题。
[0015] (4)本实用新型的侧减震板与上减震板的大小刚好可内嵌在外箱体内,使得整体 保护层变厚,能够承受的外界压力更大,且不易变形,顶盖采用扣合设计,方便封装与开启。

[0021]如图1所示,全自动凝血分析仪包装箱,包括底座1,安装在底座1上的底板2,安装 在底板2上的侧减震板3,套置在侧减震板3外侧的外箱体4,安装在外箱体4内部且在侧减震 板3上部的上减震板5,安装在上减震板5上的分隔板6,以及套置在外箱体4上的顶盖7;其中 底座1、底板2、侧减震板3、外箱体4、上减震板5、分隔板6、顶盖7均采用瓦楞纸板。
[0022]进而,所述底座1表面四周设有用于固定外箱体4的围壁8;所述底板2表面设有用 于固定机脚的定位孔10;所述侧减震板3左右两侧面底部开设有开孔11;所述外箱体4左右 两侧面上部开设有U型孔12。
[0023]装箱时,将底座1放于平整地面上,然后将底板2放在底座1上,将全自动凝血分析 仪的支撑腿放在底板2上的用于固定仪器的定位孔1〇上,底板2厚度为50mm,可以起到很好 的缓冲,然后将外箱体4固定套置在底座1边缘的围壁8与底板2边缘中间,围壁8高45mm,可 以有效的固定外箱体4,然后将侧减震板3按机械压的纹路折叠成类似封闭的长方体后放入 仪器与外箱体5中间,然后将上减震板5放在侧减震板4上,将分隔板6放在上减震板5上,可 以将插线、零部件分类放在分隔板6中,然后盖上顶盖7,底座1底面设置的6个0SB刨花板的 支脚9可方便叉车搬运,并且不易损坏瓦楞纸板包装箱。
[0024]拆卸时,将顶盖7取下,取出放在分隔板6上的部件,取出分隔板6与上减震板5,然 后双手扣住外箱体4上的U型孔12将外箱体4取下,此时侧减震板3离开仪器,将仪器放置在 工作位置。
[0025]在存在一定外力的情况下,仪器都不会造成损伤,因为侧减震板3厚度为20mm,外 箱体4厚度l〇mm,如此厚度的瓦愣纸板可以起到很好的缓冲作用,并且包装箱没有使用钉子 或胶布固定,不影响二次利用,利用率高节约成本,同时在不使用包装箱时,可将外箱体4对 折,这样整个包装箱放置时将不占用太大空间。

1. 全自动凝血分析仪包装箱,其特征在于,包括底座a),安装在底座a)上的底板(2), 安装在底板(2)上的侧减震板(3),套置在侧减震板(3)外侧的外箱体⑷,安装在外箱体(4) 内部且在侧减震板(3)上部的上减震板(5),安装在上减震板(5)上的分隔板(6),以及套置 在外箱体⑷上的顶盖(7);其中底座(1)、底板⑵、侧减震板(3)、外箱体⑷、上减震板(5)、 分隔板⑹、顶盖⑺均采用瓦楞纸板。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动凝血分析仪包装箱,其特征在于,所述底座(1)表面四 周设有用于固定外箱体⑷的围壁⑻。
