本实用新型通过人坐在座垫上，两个脚蹬在左、右脚踏板，然后两个手握住左、右拉杆做划船动作，在拉力和人体重量的共同作用下，支撑杆和转动杆来回转动，也就是在做划船动作过程中，人体还能上下前后移动，同时起到划船和骑马两种锻炼效果，能够有效提高运动乐趣和运动效果。
另一方面，因支撑轨两侧各设有导向槽，支撑轨上配合有滑动架，滑动架上装有左、右滚轮，左、右滚轮分别配合在支撑轨两侧的导向槽上；这样人在上下运动过程中，支撑杆不会脱离底座，防止人上下运动时出现悬空和撞击，提高使用的可靠性和舒适性；另外，所述左拉杆和右拉杆与转动杆之间均装有弹性绳，可以限制左拉杆和右拉杆向外自行转动，防止碰伤人。因此其可有效提高使用的可靠性、舒适性和安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
图1至图5所示，一种兼具划船和骑马锻炼效果的健身器，包括底座1、座垫2、左脚踏板3、右脚踏板31、转动杆4和支撑杆5，底座1大体为工字形，底座1前端下部装有两个滚动轮11，以便于收纳时拖动整个健身器；所述底座1前端中间向上延伸有凸架12，凸架12左侧设有左水平固定销13，所述左脚踏板3可转动套在左水平固定销13上，凸架12右侧设有右水平固定销131，所述右脚踏板31可转动套在右水平固定销131上。
转动杆4的前端铰接在底座1前端的凸架12上，座垫2可滑动连接在转动杆4上，具体为，所述座垫2包括座垫板21和固连于座垫板21下方的第二倒U形架22，第二倒U形架22的两个内侧面上各安装有两个座垫滚轮23，转动杆4的两个侧面上各设有一个座垫导向槽41，每个座垫导向槽41与两个座垫滚轮23相配合。座垫导向槽41上还设有前后限位块，前后限位块限制座垫2的滑动距离。
底座1上设置有支撑轨14，支撑轨14两侧各设有导向槽141，支撑轨14上配合有滑动架6，滑动架6包括第一倒U形架61，第一倒U形架61的左内侧装有两个左滚轮62，第一倒U形架61的右内侧装有两个右滚轮63，两个左滚轮62和两个右滚轮63分别配合在所述支撑轨14两侧的导向槽141上。
所述转动杆4中下部固设有第三倒U形架42，第三倒U形架42与所述支撑杆5的一端相铰接，第三倒U形架42上还装有第一限位柱421，第一限位柱421用于限制所述支撑杆5沿顺时针方向的转动角度。
第一倒U形架61上部两侧各延伸有两个凸起64，两个凸起64通过铰接销65与所述支撑杆5的另一端相铰接。
支撑杆5中部两侧延伸有左横杆7和右横杆71，左横杆7和右横杆71的端部分别铰接有左拉杆8和右拉杆81；所述左拉杆8和右拉杆81与转动杆4之间均装有弹性绳9。
所述转动杆4的下部设有第一挂销43，所述左拉杆8和右拉杆81的中部均设有第二挂销10，所述的弹性绳9挂在第二挂销10与第一挂销43之间。所述第二挂销10上装有挂接滚轮101，所述弹性绳9的一端套在挂接滚轮101上；两根弹性绳9的另一端连在一起并同时挂接在第一挂销43上。
所述左拉杆8靠近所述左横杆7的一端的外表面固设有左限位件8a，当所述左限位件8a触碰左横杆7时限制所述左拉杆8继续向靠近所述转动杆4一侧转动；所述右拉杆81靠近所述右横杆71的一端的外表面固设有右限位件81a，当所述右限位件81a触碰右横杆71时限制所述右拉杆81继续向靠近所述转动杆4一侧转动。这样左拉杆8和右拉杆81在运动时就不会向一边歪斜。
所述转动杆4的后下部设有第二限位柱44，第二限位柱44与支撑杆5相配合以限制转动杆4自由端的下降高度。所述转动杆4的前端上部设有计数器20。
所述支撑杆5包括前支撑杆51和后支撑杆52，后支撑杆52套接在前支撑杆51上，后支撑杆52上间隔设有多个定位孔，一个调整螺栓53穿过前支撑杆51侧面有选择地与后支撑杆52上的一个定位孔相配合。这样可以改变支撑杆5长度，也能改变拉动左拉杆8和右拉杆81的力度。
本实施例使用时，人坐在座垫2上，两个脚蹬在左脚踏板3和右脚踏板31上，两个手握住左拉杆8和右拉杆81做划船动作，在拉力和人体重量的共同作用下，支撑杆5和转动杆4就会来回转动，在做划船动作过程中，人体还能上下前后移动，同时起到划船和骑马两种锻炼效果。
以上仅是本实用新型一个较佳的实施例，本领域的技术人员按权利要求作等同的改变都落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种兼具划船和骑马锻炼效果的健身器，包括底座、座垫，其特征在于：一根转动杆的前端铰接在底座的前端，座垫可滑动连接在转动杆上，底座的前端或在转动杆靠近底座的前端处设置有左、右脚踏板；底座上设置有支撑轨，支撑轨两侧各设有导向槽，支撑轨上配合有滑动架，滑动架上装有左、右滚轮，左、右滚轮分别配合在支撑轨两侧的导向槽上；
一根支撑杆的一端铰接在转动杆中部下面，支撑杆的另一端与滑动架相铰接，支撑杆中部两侧延伸有左横杆和右横杆，左横杆和右横杆的端部分别铰接有左拉杆和右拉杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具划船和骑马锻炼效果的健身器，其特征在于：所述左拉杆和右拉杆与转动杆之间均装有弹性绳。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种兼具划船和骑马锻炼效果的健身器，其特征在于：所述转动杆的下部设有第一挂销，所述左拉杆和右拉杆的中部均设有第二挂销，所述的弹性绳挂在第二挂销与第一挂销之间；所述第二挂销上装有挂接滚轮，所述弹性绳的一端套在挂接滚轮上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具划船和骑马锻炼效果的健身器，其特征在于：所述左拉杆靠近所述左横杆的一端的外表面固设有左限位件，当所述左限位件触碰左横杆时限制所述左拉杆继续向靠近所述转动杆一侧转动；所述右拉杆靠近所述右横杆的一端的外表面固设有右限位件，当所述右限位件触碰右横杆时限制所述右拉杆继续向靠近所述转动杆一侧转动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具划船和骑马锻炼效果的健身器，其特征在于：所述滑动架包括第一倒U形架，第一倒U形架的左内侧装有两个左滚轮，第一倒U形架的右内侧装有两个右滚轮，两个左滚轮和两个右滚轮分别配合在所述支撑轨两侧的导向槽上，第一倒U形架上部两侧各延伸有两个凸起，两个凸起通过铰接销与所述支撑杆的另一端相铰接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具划船和骑马锻炼效果的健身器，其特征在于：所述座垫包括座垫板和固连于座垫板下方的第二倒U形架，第二倒U形架的两个内侧面各安装有两个座垫滚轮，转动杆的两个侧面上各设有一个座垫导向槽，每个座垫导向槽与两个座垫滚轮相配合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具划船和骑马锻炼效果的健身器，其特征在于：所述转动杆中下部固设有第三倒U形架，第三倒U形架与所述支撑杆的一端相铰接，第三倒U形架上还装有第一限位柱，第一限位柱用于限制所述支撑杆沿顺时针方向的转动角度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具划船和骑马锻炼效果的健身器，其特征在于：所述转动杆的后下部设有第二限位柱，第二限位柱与支撑杆相配合以限制转动杆自由端的下降高度。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具划船和骑马锻炼效果的健身器，其特征在于：所述底座前端中间向上延伸有凸架，凸架左侧设有左水平固定销，所述左脚踏板可转动套在左水平固定销上，凸架右侧设有右水平固定销，所述右脚踏板可转动套在右水平固定销上；所述转动杆一端铰接在凸架上，所述转动杆的前端上部设有计数器。
10.根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的一种兼具划船和骑马锻炼效果的健身器，其特征在于：所述支撑杆包括前支撑杆和后支撑杆，后支撑杆套接在前支撑杆上，后支撑杆上间隔设有多个定位孔，一个调整螺栓穿过前支撑杆侧面有选择地与后支撑杆上的一个定位孔相配合。
