技术领域
本实用新型除尘装置，主要用于常见的燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫除尘，具体为惯性式喷淋水膜脱硫除尘器。
背景技术
常见的燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫除尘装置有喷淋式、文丘里管式、冲击净化式等，为提高除尘效率人们通常将其串联使用，或对其进行改装，但往往使其占地面积或者制作成本大大提高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种将多种除尘原理相结合的花岗岩脱硫除尘装置，具体为惯性式喷淋水膜脱硫除尘器。
本实用新型是这样来实现的：惯性式喷淋水膜脱硫除尘器，它包括喷淋区、喷淋管、进气口、惯性隔板区、冲击净化池、水位调节管、排泥管、脱水室和出气口；其特征在于：除尘器为一个U字形，在U字形的左侧上方设有进气口，在U字形的右侧下方设有出气口，在除尘器U字形的左侧从上到下依次为喷淋区、惯性隔板区和冲击净化池，在除尘器U字形的右侧为脱水室；所述喷淋区上设有喷淋管，所述冲击净化池一侧上方设有水位调节管，所述冲击净化池底端设有排泥管。
整个除尘器结构均为花岗岩。
上述设计中惯性隔板区说明：此隔板区采用双层重复设计，气流从上方进气口3进入，在两侧斜板中间聚拢，遇到如图2所示由两块夹角为120度中心线上均匀分布漏水孔组成的挡板时向两侧流通，完成一次惯性除尘，第二层重复结构的功能与气流走向如上所述。
本实用新型的优点是：通过多种除尘方法相结合，它能有效提高锅炉脱尘除硫效率，设备设计简单，降低了一次性投资及运行成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，惯性式喷淋水膜脱硫除尘器，它包括喷淋区1、喷淋管2、进气口3、惯性隔板区4、冲击净化池5、水位调节管6、排泥管7、脱水室8和出气口9；其特征在于：除尘器为一个U字形，在U字形的左侧上方设有进气口3，在U字形的右侧下方设有出气口9，在除尘器U字形的左侧从上到下依次为喷淋区1、惯性隔板区4和冲击净化池5，在除尘器U字形的右侧为脱水室8；所述喷淋区1上设有喷淋管2，所述冲击净化池一侧上方设有水位调节管6，所述冲击净化池5底端设有排泥管7。
本实用新型所述的脱水室8分成左右二边，中间为一块不封闭隔板。

1.惯性式喷淋水膜脱硫除尘器，它包括喷淋区、喷淋管、进气口、惯性隔板区、冲击净化池、水位调节管、排泥管、脱水室和出气口；其特征在于：除尘器为一个U字形，在U字形的左侧上方设有进气口，在U字形的右侧下方设有出气口，在除尘器U字形的左侧从上到下依次为喷淋区、惯性隔板区和冲击净化池，在除尘器U字形的右侧为脱水室；所述喷淋区上设有喷淋管，所述冲击净化池一侧上方设有水位调节管，所述冲击净化池底端设有排泥管。
2.如权利要求1所述的惯性式喷淋水膜脱硫除尘器，其特征是：整个除尘器结构均为花岗岩。
