本实用新型公开了新型吸氧管用气管插管,包括插管本体,所述插管本体的顶端设有插管接头,插管接头上套接有连接环,连接环上固定安装有吸氧管,吸氧管的顶端延伸至插管接头的上方,吸氧管底端设有吸氧接头,所述插管本体的外侧壁底端设有第一气囊,插管本体的侧壁上设有环形挡板,环形挡板的中间位置开有通孔,插管本体与通孔的内壁固定连接,插管本体的外侧设有两个牙套,牙套位于环形挡板的下方,牙套的外部设有硅胶层。本实用新型在插管本体上设有牙套和第二气囊,防止病人将气管咬住,影响呼吸,在插管本体内采用气囊挤压固定,牙套的上方设有环形挡板,固定牢固,无需粘贴胶带,且本装置结构简单,成本低,提高了工作效率。

[0012] 本实用新型的有益效果:通过将普通吸氧管从分岔处改为一根管,并在距吸氧管 末端设有连接环,将连接环套接在插管本体上,吸氧管插入插管接头,当护士进行吸痰以及 清洁等护理操作时,可将插管接头内的吸氧管轻轻拔出,在连接环的作用下,吸氧管无需特 殊放置,仍固定于插管本体上,待操作完毕后插回插管接头内,保证吸氧管的清洁,减少感 染的发生,固定方便,在插管本体上设有牙套和第二气囊,防止病人将气管咬住,影响呼吸, 在插管本体内采用气囊挤压固定,牙套的上方设有环形挡板,固定牢固,无需粘贴胶带,且 本装置结构简单,成本低,提高了工作效率。

[0017]工作原理:将插管本体9插入病人口腔内,将病人的牙齿固定在牙套8上,前端设有 环形挡板5,通过挤压充气球6给第二气囊11充气,使插管本体g固定在病人口腔内,并防止 病人将插管本体9咬住,影响呼吸,通过连接环3将吸氧管2套接在插管本体9上,吸氧管2插 入插管接头4内,当护士进行吸痰以及清洁等护理操作时,可将插管接头4内的吸氧管2轻轻 拔出,在连接环3的作用下,吸氧管2无需特殊放置,仍固定于插管本体g上,待操作完毕后插 回插管接头4内,本装置也可将吸氧接头1、吸氧管2和连接环3取下单独使用,可将吸氧管2 配合不同的气管插管使用,增加其适用范围。
