如图5所示,图5是控制器的主要电路结构及其工作原理示意图。图中,控制器的主控MCU为32位计算精度的ARM架构单片机STM32F103,前向通道包括AD转换芯片MAX111、数字程控多路开关CD4051和CD4060分频器,两片CD4051可以连接八组传感器,分别连接PM2.5传感器、甲醛传感器、霉菌传感器、血压传感器、紫外线传感器、酒精传感器、血氧传感器及农药残留传感器,其中,传感器有些需要24V直流供电,所以在电源模组中保留最大25V直流电压支路。单片机通过控制两片CD4051分时切换传感器进行数据采集,每次采集一路传感器的数据,CD4051采集的数据经AD转换芯片MAX111进行模数转换,模数转换的速率由分频器CD4060控制。由于有些传感器信号较弱,因此在其中一片CD4051中加入放大器进行数据信号放大,放大后的数据再经MAX111进行模数转换。模数转换采用SPI数据编程访问的12位精度AD进行转换,优点是占用较少的端口。数字温度和湿度传感器可以由单片机自带的A口12AD进行转换,不需要放大处理和调质处理,单片机的B口和C口分别连接四组通信模块,它们分别是RJ45网卡模块、GSM发送和接收模块、蓝牙模块以及WiFi模块,在不同工作环境下可以使用不同的模块和手机通信,如在局域网环境下,可以采用Wifi模块或蓝牙模块,也可以采用有线的RJ45网线进行通信;在远程收发环境下,可以用GSM模块进行短信的收发,进行采集的数据通信以及手机的命令通信。As shown in Figure 5, Figure 5 is a schematic diagram of the main circuit structure and working principle of the controller. Because some sensor signals are weak, an amplifier is added to one of the CD4051 to amplify the data signal, and the amplified data is then converted from analog to digital by MAX111. The analog-to-digital conversion adopts 12-bit precision AD accessed by SPI data programming, and the advantage is that it occupies less ports. The digital temperature and humidity sensor can be converted by the A port 12AD that comes with the single-chip microcomputer without amplification and tempering treatment. The B port and C port of the single-chip microcomputer are respectively connected to four groups of communication modules, which are RJ45 network card module, GSM sending and The receiving module, bluetooth module and WiFi module can use different modules to communicate with mobile phones in different working environments. Under the environment, the GSM module can be used to send and receive short messages, collect data communication and command communication of mobile phones.
