本实用新型涉及建筑领域,特指一种双钢板组合剪力墙。
背景技术
我国在大力推进传统建筑向工业化建筑转型。传统建筑中,绝大部分的工作需在施工现场完成,施工周期长、环境污染严重、堆料场地大、施工人员短缺等问题成为抑制建筑产业进步的壁垒。双钢板组合剪力墙具有较高的承载力,良好的延性和稳定的滞回性能,相对于传统的混凝土剪力墙不需支模板,施工速度快,墙身薄,在一定程度上有效降低结构自重。是一种良好的装配构件。但是双钢板组合剪力墙在施工过程中,墙体厚度的浇注精度难以控制。因此,本发明人对此做进一步研究,研发出一种双钢板组合剪力墙,本案由此产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双钢板组合剪力墙,提高了墙体浇筑的精度。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种双钢板组合剪力墙,包括外侧钢板、对拉螺杆、螺杆套管,所述外侧钢板上开设有若干分布均匀的通孔,两块外侧钢板之间的通孔互相一一对应,所述对拉螺杆的两端从两块外侧钢板的通孔中穿设而过,对拉螺杆外套设有垂直于外侧钢板的螺杆套管,所述螺杆套管为Ω结构。
进一步,所述螺杆套管通过2mm钢板冲压成型。
进一步,所述螺杆套管的长度与剪力墙的厚度一致。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
不仅能很好的控制墙体的垂直度,还能提高墙体浇筑的精度。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图所示,一种双钢板组合剪力墙,包括两块上下设置的外侧钢板1,外侧钢板1上开设有若干通孔,两块外侧钢板1之间的通孔相对应,通孔之间设置有对拉螺杆2,对拉螺杆2的两端从两块外侧钢板1的通孔中穿设而过,将Ω结构的螺杆套管3套设在对拉螺杆2外,然后拧紧对拉螺杆2上的螺母,能够保证整个剪力墙整体的垂直均匀度,不会出现厚度不一的现象,螺杆套管3通过2mm钢板冲压成型,螺杆套管3的长度和剪力墙的厚度一致。
通过上述方案,只需要保证螺杆套管3的长度是一致的,就能保证整个剪力墙墙体的厚度都是均匀的,从而提高了施工质量,且同时还能加强剪力墙本身的强度。
