本实用新型涉及建筑领域,特指一种预制型钢混凝土剪力墙。
背景技术
传统的混凝土结构施工现场对人工依赖程度高,而且施工中木材应用较多,废水、扬尘等污染严重,资源能源利用效率低,但混凝土结构中的剪力墙结构体系,在提供较好抗侧刚度的同时,建筑布局灵活。特别是在住宅结构中,剪力墙较薄,与建筑分割墙体可以有益结合,提供舒适的室内空间,钢结构防火和防腐成本相对较高,但是混凝土结构防火性能较好,如何将混凝土剪力墙与钢结构的优势结合起来是目前建筑结构领域急需解决的问题。
因此,本发明人对此做进一步研究,研发出一种预制型钢混凝土剪力墙,本案由此产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种预制型钢混凝土剪力墙,布局灵活,施工速度快,保证了剪力墙的整体强度。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种预制型钢混凝土剪力墙,包括H型钢、中部横板、中部竖板、水平拉杆,所述中部竖板垂直焊接在中部横板上下两个侧面上,所述H型钢焊接在中部横板的左右两侧,且H型钢的侧边与中部横板垂直,即中部竖板与H型钢的侧边平行,所述中部竖板、H型钢的侧边上开设有若干通孔,所述水平拉杆从通孔中通过,且水平拉杆与H型钢的最外侧侧边焊接。
进一步,所述通孔在中部竖板和H型钢的分布是均匀的且一一对应的。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
将钢材与混凝土组合起来形成剪力墙,混凝土可以延缓钢板的屈曲,使钢材强度得到充分的发挥,钢材约束混凝土,使混凝土的抗压能力体高,充分发挥了钢材的抗拉和混凝土的抗压,使得墙体具有很高的承载力,混凝土也提高了墙体的刚度;提高了钢材和混凝土的连接性能,防止两种材料发生粘结滑移破坏,使这种墙体的性能发挥得以保证。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图所示,一种预制型钢混凝土剪力墙,包括H型钢1、中部横板2、中部竖板3、水平拉杆4,中部竖板3垂直焊接在中部横板2上下两个侧面上,H型钢1焊接在中部横板2的左右两侧,且H型钢1的侧边与中部横板2垂直,即中部竖板3与H型钢1的侧边平行,在图中只示意了一列中部竖板3的情况,但实际上,在两个H型钢1之间可设置若干列中部竖板3。在中部竖板3上、H型钢1的侧边上开设有若干通孔5,通孔5在中部竖板3和H型钢1的分布是均匀的且一一对应的,水平拉杆4从通孔5中通过,且水平拉杆4与H型钢1的最外侧侧边焊接。
在完成上述结构后,再进行混凝土填充,提高了钢材和混凝土的连接性能,既具有抗拉剪性能,同时又具有承压性能,且整体结构结构,各个构件加工方便,还能防止两种材料之间发生粘结滑移破坏,使这种墙体的性能发挥得以保证。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种预制型钢混凝土剪力墙,其特征在于:所述通孔在中部竖板和H型钢的分布是均匀的且一一对应的。
