Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
A specific structure of the double layer compressor 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1, a double layer compressor 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a completely closed inner shell 10, an outer shell 20, and a packing structure. The inner casing 10 is provided with a compression member 11 and a motor member 12, and the inner casing 10 is provided with an exhaust pipe 50 and an intake duct 60 communicating with the inside. The outer casing 20 completely covers the outer side of the inner casing 10, the inner casing 10 is spaced apart from the outer casing 20 and defines a cavity therebetween, and the outer casing 20 is provided with a fitting through hole 22 for passing the exhaust pipe 50 and the intake duct 60 therethrough. The filling structure is located in the cavity and comprises a supporting piece 40 and a filling piece 30, two ends of the supporting piece 40 are respectively connected to the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 20, the supporting piece 40 is an elastic connecting piece, and the filling piece 30 at least comprises any one of a vibration damping layer and a sound insulation layer. The aperture of the mating through-hole 22 is larger than the diameters of the respective exhaust pipe 50 and intake duct 60 to form a flexible support of the outer housing 20 to the inner housing 10.
It can be understood that, when the compressor normally works, the operating noise loops through the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 20 and radiates outwards, but the utility model discloses double-layer compressor 100 is equipped with the puigging between inner shell 10 and outer shell 20, and the puigging can absorb the operating noise of compressor, reduces the noise of the compressor normal work and radiates outwards.
It can be understood that, the inner shell 10 is supported by the elastic connecting member 40, and a certain movement margin is provided between the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 20 while the inner shell 10 is stably supported, so that the vibration of the inner shell 10 during the normal operation of the compressor can be attenuated, thereby reducing the noise radiated outward during the normal operation of the compressor.
According to the utility model discloses double layer compressor 100 sets up to the bilayer through the casing with the compressor (promptly, interior casing 10 and shell body 20 are two-layer), sets up elastic connection and packing 30 in the cavity that interior casing 10 and shell body 20 inject jointly, not only provides the outrigger for interior casing 10, has reduced the vibration of interior casing 10, has still reduced the noise that the compressor normal work is outside propagation.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the support member 40 includes a first nesting support member 42 that is nested within the air intake conduit 60.
Specifically, a portion of the first nesting support 42 fits within the corresponding mating through-hole 22.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 1-4, the support member 40 includes a second nesting support member 43 that is nested over the exhaust pipe 50.
It should be noted that, during the normal operation of the compressor, since one end of the exhaust pipe 50 and the intake duct 60 is connected to the inner shell 10 and the other end is connected to the outer shell 20, the exhaust pipe 50 and the intake duct 60 vibrate together with the inner shell 10, thereby driving the outer shell 20 to vibrate. Thereby reducing the operational reliability of the compressor and increasing the operational noise. Therefore, the first sleeving support 42 is sleeved on the air inlet guide pipe 60 and the second sleeving support 43 is sleeved on the exhaust pipe 50, so that the vibration of the two is reduced, and the connection rigidity is improved.
Specifically, the first nesting support 42 and the second nesting support 43 are each an elastic connector, such as a spring, a spring plate, a rubber member, or a hydraulic damper, etc. Therefore, the vibration of the exhaust pipe 50 and the air intake duct 60 can be effectively reduced, and the vibration conducted from the inner shell 10 to the outer shell 20 can be reduced, thereby enhancing the vibration reduction and noise reduction effects of the double shell.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the filler member 30 has an escape through hole through which the first nesting support 42 and the second nesting support 43 pass. It can be understood that, the filler 30 is disposed in the cavity and is filled around the first set of the supporting members 42 and the second set of the supporting members 43, the first set of the supporting members 42 and the second set of the supporting members 43 pass through the avoiding through holes of the filler 30, so as to ensure that the inner ends of the first set of the supporting members 42 and the second set of the supporting members 43 are connected with the inner shell 10, and the outer ends of the first set of the supporting members 42 and the second set of the supporting members 43 are connected with the outer shell 20, so that the filler 30 and the first set of the supporting members 42 and the second set of the supporting members 43 are densely distributed in the cavity, which not only can provide stable support for the suspension of the inner shell 10.
It should be noted that the first nesting support 42, which is wrapped around the intake duct 60, and the second nesting support 43, which is wrapped around the exhaust pipe 50, constitute a flexible support for the outer casing 20 and the inner casing 10 at the intake duct 60 and the exhaust pipe 50, but the manner of forming the flexible support is not limited to this. There are other ways to form the flexible support, for example, the aperture of the matching through hole 22 is larger than the diameter of the corresponding exhaust pipe 50 and intake duct 60, so that the matching position of the exhaust pipe 50 and the outer casing 20, and the matching position of the intake duct 60 and the inner casing 10 are formed as a hollow design, and the flexible support is formed by using the hollow design.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the support member 40 includes a third nesting support member 44 that is nested over the inner housing 10.
Specifically, the third nesting support 44 is an elastic connector, such as a spring, a spring plate, a rubber member, or a hydraulic damper, etc. Therefore, the third nesting support 44 can directly absorb the vibration of the inner shell 10, reduce the vibration conducted from the inner shell 10 to the outer shell 20, and enhance the vibration reduction and noise reduction effects of the double-layer shell.
In the description of the present invention, the features defined as "first", "second" and "third" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the features.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-5, the support 40 includes a bottom support 41, the bottom support 41 being disposed between the bottom of the inner housing 10 and the bottom of the outer housing 20. The bottom support 41 may be an elastic connection such as a spring, a spring plate, a rubber member, or a hydraulic damper. Thus, the bottom support 41 provides a stable support for the inner case 10 while providing a certain play between the inner case 10 and the outer case 20, effectively reducing the vibration of the inner case 10. In addition, the bottom support 41 can absorb a part of the vibration generated by the inner shell 10, effectively reducing the vibration transmitted from the inner shell 10 to the outer shell 20, and enhancing the vibration and noise reduction effect of the double-layer shell.
In some embodiments, the filler 30 is a multi-layer structure, and each layer of the filler 30 may be any one of the following: leather layer, rubber layer, sound absorbing cotton layer or damping particle layer. The proportion and the arrangement sequence of each layer can be selected and matched according to actual needs.
Optionally, the filling member 30 includes at least one vibration damping layer and at least one sound insulation layer, the sound insulation layer and the vibration damping layer are stacked, the sound insulation layer is opposite to the inner shell 10, and the sound insulation layer is opposite to the outer shell 20. Therefore, the vibration noise at the inner shell 10 is reduced by the sound insulation layer, and then the vibration energy is absorbed by the vibration reduction layer, so that the vibration reduction and noise reduction effects are better.
Alternatively, the damping layer may be a multilayer structure, each layer of the damping layer comprising any of the following materials: neoprene, butyl rubber, synthetic rubber, damping rubber, sand, vibration damping particles. Optionally, the acoustical layer is a multilayer structure, each layer of the acoustical layer comprising any of the following materials: felt, polyvinyl chloride, non-woven fibers.
In some embodiments, inner housing 10 and outer housing 20 are both metal shells. Therefore, the structural strength of the double-shell can be increased, and the deformation resistance of the double-shell is improved.
Alternatively, any one of the inner case 10 and the outer case 20 may be one of a hot rolled steel plate case, a stainless steel case, an aluminum alloy case, a copper case, or an alloy case.
In other embodiments, inner housing 10 and outer housing 20 are both non-metallic shells. Therefore, the quality of the double-layer shell can be reduced, the production cost can be reduced, and the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 20 have certain explosion-proof performance.
Alternatively, either one of the inner case 10 and the outer case 20 may be one of a plastic case or a rubber case.
In some embodiments, the inner housing 10 includes a first upper housing 10a, a first main housing 10b, and a first lower housing 10c connected in sequence from top to bottom, the outer housing 20 includes a second upper housing 20a, a second main housing 20b, and a second lower housing 20c connected in sequence from top to bottom, a bottom support member is connected between the first lower housing 10c and the second lower housing 20c, a side support member is connected between the first main housing 10b and the second main housing 20b, and a top support member is connected between the first upper housing 10a and the second upper housing 20 a. Therefore, the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 20 both adopt a split structure, and the installation of the filling structure is more convenient.
It should be noted that, when the compressor is a vertical compressor, the top support means is the second nesting support 43, the side support means is the first nesting support 42 and the third nesting support 44, and the bottom support means is the bottom support 41. When the compressor structure is a horizontal compressor, the correspondence relationship between the supporting members can be derived very simply, and is not described herein.
Of course, the inner housing 10 may include only the first upper housing 10a and the first lower housing 10c, and the outer housing 20 may include only the second upper housing 20a and the second lower housing 20 c.
It should be additionally noted that the materials of the sub-housings forming the inner housing 10 and the outer housing 20 may be metal materials, or may also be non-metal materials, and the materials of the sub-housings may be one or more, and the specific combination manner may be derived according to the materials of the inner housing 10 and the outer housing 20 described above, which is not described herein again.
