[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种余热回收系统,尤其是涉及一种蒸汽锅炉的废气余热回收系 统。 【背景技术】
[0002] 在当今社会,节能已成为继煤炭、电力、石油和天然气之后的“第五能源”,而在现 在的工业锅炉的使用中普遍存在热量利用率低下,排放废气余热温度过高,以及废气内污 染环境气体含量过高等问题。目前工业锅炉是我国主要的热能动力设备,随着我国经济快 速发展,能源消耗日益增加,城市大气质量日益恶化的问题越发突出。近年来人们经常使用 的燃烧设备主要存在的问题就是燃烧不充分,蒸汽锅炉在使用时,炉体的废气出口排出废 气是直接地排到炉体外,炉体排出废气的温度较高,温度较高废气含有一定的热能,这样一 来大量的废气就会排放到空气中,污染了环境,而且燃烧效率比较低,非常浪费燃料,在热 能动力方面能耗高、污染高的主要原因之一就是锅炉的废气排放,锅炉排烟问题一方面在 于废气污染物的直接污染,另一方面就是过高的排烟温度,事实上,一些发达国家,烟气排 放温度一直是环保要求的刚性指标,通常要求在80度以上,所以余热节能回收系统备受关 注。 【实用新型内容】
[0003] 鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种蒸汽锅炉的废气余热回收系统,该实用新型能充 分利用蒸汽锅炉废气余热对水进行加热,并且能将加热水重新利用至锅炉储水箱中,减少 燃烧设备的资源使用,并且本实用新型的废气排放温度较低,对环境的污染小。
[0004] 为达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种蒸汽锅炉的废气余热回 收系统,所述回收系统包括水箱、换热器、烟气管道和干燥室,所述水箱上连接有一水管,并 通过所述水管与换热器的进水端连接,所述换热器的出水端连接有排水管,并通过所述排 水管与锅炉储水箱连通;所述排水管上设有排水阀;
[0005] 所述烟气管道的一端与锅炉排废气管道连通,另一端穿透干燥室后与所述换热器 的进气端连接,所述换热器的出气端连通排气管,所述排气管上安装有引风机,并通过所述 引风机与水箱连接,所述排气管还穿出水箱,并在穿出水箱的一端安装有一温度传感器;所 述排气管在靠近温度传感器的端部连通一三通阀的一端,所述三通阀的另外两端分别连通 第一出气管和第二出气管,所述第一出气管与外部连通,所述第二出气管通过一废气净化 器与干燥室连通;所述干燥室上安装有排风机;所述排气管上设有控制器,所述控制器分别 与温度传感器和三通阀连接。
[0006] 所述温度传感器生成温度信号并将温度信号传送至控制器中,控制器接收温度信 号后将其温度值与控制器所设定的温度值相比,若温度传感器的温度值小于控制器的温度 设定值,则排气管通过三通阀与第一出气管连通;若温度传感器的温度值大于控制器的温 度设定值,则排气管通过三通阀与第二出气管连通。 LUUU/」进一步地,所述排水阀与控制器连接,所述排水阀为电动阀门。

[0013] 1、本实用,新型通过将烟气管道穿过干燥室中,能利用烟气管道内废气的余热来对 干燥室中的物品进行干燥;再将所述烟气管道与换热器连接,使得烟气管道内的废气通入 换热器t,再由排气管排出,由于排气管与水箱连接,所以水箱中的水即被排气管中废气的 余热进行加热;其次,水箱中的水能通过排水管进入到换热器中,再从与换热器连接的水管 排进锅E储水箱中;因此,在换热器中的废气与水进行换热,使得最终排入锅炉储水箱中的 水温较高,降低锅炉对燃料的燃烧量,从而能够减少锅炉中燃烧能源的使用。再者,本实用 新型在排气口处设有温度传感器,可以知道当废气经过热量回收后温度仍然过高时,在控 制器的控制下,排气管将依次通过三通阀与第二出气管和干燥室连通,因此,温度过高的废 气经过排气管和第二出气管后又被排入干燥室中,对干燥室进行进一步的干燥,能高回收 的利用废气的余热之外,还能减少因为高温废气的排放对环境的污染。
[00M] 2、本实用新型中控制器控制排水阀的开启和关闭,使得水从水箱并通过排水管中 进入到锅炉储水箱内,保持锅炉储水箱内水的水位深度,以稳定锅炉储水箱中水的蒸汽量。 [0015] 3、所述烟气管道、排气管、水管、排水管和第二出气管与外界空气接触的面上均包 裹有保温材料,能充分利用蒸汽锅炉废气余热对水进行加热,节约资源。 【附图说明】

[0021] 所述回收系统包括一烟气管道I3、一干燥室3、一换热器4和一水箱5,所述烟气管 道13的一端与锅炉排废气管道12的一端连通,锅炉中燃料的燃烧会产生废气,所述废气能 够由锅炉排废气管道12排出锅炉外,并进入到烟气管道13中。为了使锅炉内的燃料能充分 燃烧,所述锅炉中安装有鼓风机2,以提高锅炉中燃料的燃烧效率。所述烟气管道13的另一 端穿透干燥室3后与所述换热器4的进气端41连接,具体而言,所述干燥室3内的烟气管道I3 围绕千燥室3设置,此设置能利用烟气管道I3内废气的余热来对干燥室3中的物品进行干 燥。所述换热器4的出气端42连通排气管6,所述排气管6上安装有引风机61,并通过所述引 风机61与水箱5连接,上述设置旨在说明所述烟气管道13内的废气通入换热器4后从排气管 6中排出,所述排气管6还穿出水箱5,因此,所以水箱5中的水即被排气管6中废气的余热进 行加热。所述排气管6在穿出水箱5的一端安装有一温度传感器62,所述温度传感器62用于 感应排气管6内废气的温度;所述排气管6在靠近温度传感器62的端部连通一三通阀63的一 端,所述三通阀63的另外两端分别连通第一出气管631和第二出气管632,所述第一出气管 631与外部连通,锅炉内产生的废气最终由所述第一出气管631中排出,进一步地,所述第一 出气管631在靠近废气出风口的一端设有一废气净化器64,净化废气的排放,减少对环境的 污染。所述第二出气管632通过另一废气净化器65与干燥室3连通,所述干燥室3上安装有排 风机31,所述排风机31能够排出干燥室3中的潮气,使得干燥室3中的物品得到更好的干燥。 所述排气管6上设有控制器66,所述控制器66分别与温度传感器62和三通阀63连接。所述温 度传感器62生成温度信号并将温度信号传送至控制器66中,控制器66接收温度信号后将其 温度值与控制器66所设定的温度值相比,若温度传感器62的温度值小于控制器66的温度设 定值,则排气管6通过三通阀63与第一出气管631连通;若温度传感器62的温度值大于控制 器66的温度设定值,则排气管6通过三通阀63与第二出气管632连通。具体而言,所述控制器 66的温度设定值为100_20(TC。上述设置能高回收的利用废气的余热之外,还能减少因为高 温废气的排放对环境的污染。
[0022] 所述水箱5上连接有一水管7,并通过所述水管7与换热器4的进水端43连接,所述 换热器4的出水端44连接有排水管8,并通过所述排水管8与锅炉储水箱1连通;所述排水管8 上设有排水阀81,打开所述排水阀81,所述水箱5中的水能通过水管7通入换热器4后再通过 排水管8排进锅炉储水箱1内,因此,在换热器4中的废气与水进行换热,使得最终排入锅炉 储水箱1中的水温较高,降低对锅炉储水箱1的燃烧,从而能够减少锅炉中能源的使用。考虑 至IJ,水箱5中的水在使用后变少,所以水箱5与外界水管连通,保持水箱5中水的充足。 t〇〇23] 在本实施例的较佳实施方式中,所述排水阀81与控制器66连接,所述排水阀81为 电动阀门。锅炉将水位信号发送至控制器66中,若此信号与控制器66中所设定的水位限位 不一致,控制器66则将控制排水阀81的开启,使得水从排水管7中进入到锅炉储水箱1内,保 持锅炉储水箱1内水的水位深度,以稳定锅炉储水箱1中水的蒸汽量。
[0024] 进一步地,所述烟气管道13、排气管6、水管7、排水管8和第二出气管632与外界空 气接触的面上均包裹有保温材料。此设置能充分利用蒸汽锅炉废气余热对水进行加热,节 约资源。
[0025]本实用新型通过对干燥室3、烟气管道13、换热器4和水箱5的设置,能充分利用蒸 汽锅炉废气余热对水进行加热,并且能将加热水重新利用至锅炉储水箱1中,减少锅炉的燃 料资源的使用。通过对温度传感器62、控制器66、三通阀63、第一出气管6:31和第二出气管 632的设置,能够高回收的利用废气的余热之外,还能减少因为高温废气的排放对环境的污 染。通过对水位传感器9、排水管8、排水阀81和控制器66的设置,能够保持锅炉储水箱1内水 的水位深度,以稳定锅炉储水箱1中水的蒸汽量。
