[0007]该装置在具体实施时,印染废弃从第一进气管进入机械过滤箱内。印染废气依次 经过机械过滤箱内的纺织纤维层、活性炭吸附层和除尘滤芯,可以除去印染废气中的纤维 肩、有害物质和粉尘等杂质。经过机械过滤箱过滤后的印染废气从第一出气管排出,进入碱 性溶液桶内的碱性吸收剂中,利用碱性吸收剂吸收印染废气中的二氧化硫。剩余的印染废 气从第二进气管进入喷淋塔内。水从雾化喷头中呈雾状喷出,与印染废气紊流接触,废气中 的有害1体和油雾被水雾捕集后经底部的出液管流入油水分离器中。在油水分离器中进行 油水分离,油从排油管中流出,水经过提升泵的提升加压,从雾化喷头中喷出进行使用。利 用除雾板去除水汽,使印染废气从第二出气管进入烘千箱内。印染废气在烘干箱内进行干 燥,彻底除去其中夹杂的水汽。印染废气从第三进气管进入净化器,利用紫外线灯光发出的 高能紫外线光束照射印染废气,裂解印染废气的分子键,降解转变为低分子化学物,如二氧 化碳和水等物质,除去印染废气的臭气;在等离子有机废气净化器中,等离子体以每秒万次 至万次的速度反复轰击废气气体的分子,去激活、电离、裂解废气中的各种成分,从而发生 氧化等一系列复杂的化学反应,经过多级净化,将有害物转化为洁净的空气。经过过滤和净 化后的印染废气进入排放塔内,检测装置对排放塔中的印染废气进行检测,检测合格的印 染废气从排风管中排出;若有不达标的废气,不会使其排到室外。显示屏可以对印染废气的 各项指标进行显示,更好地了解印染废气的处理情况,出现问题时可以方便地进行维护。

[0015]如图1-5所示的印染废气处理装置,包括从左至右依次设置的机械过滤箱2、碱性 溶液桶4、喷淋塔6、烘干箱8、净化器10和排放装置13,机械过滤箱2左侧连接有第一进气管 1,机械过滤箱2右侧上部连接有第一出气管3,第一出气管3的另一端伸入碱性溶液桶4内的 碱性吸收剂中,喷淋塔6左侧下部连接有第二进气管5,第二进气管5的另一端位于碱性溶液 桶4内碱性吸收剂的液面上,喷淋塔6上部连接有第二出气管7,第二出气管7另一端与烘干 箱8的左侧相连接,烘干箱8右侧连接有第三进气管9,第三进气管9另一端与净化器10的左 侧相连接,排放装置13左侧下部设有抽风机12,抽风机12左侧连接有第三出气管11,第三出 气管11左端与净化器10右侧相连接;机械过滤箱2内部从左至右依次设置有纺织纤维层14、 活性炭吸附层I5和除尘滤芯16;喷淋塔6下部连接有出液管17,出液管17右侧连接有油水分 离器19,油水分离器19右侧连接有排油管22,喷淋塔6右侧中间位置设有提升泵20,提升泵 20右侧连接有抽水管21,抽水管21下端与油水分离器19上部相连接,喷淋塔6顶部设置有除 雾板18,喷淋塔6内部上侧和右侧均设有出水腔23,出水腔23另一端设有若千雾化喷头24; 净化器10包括UV光解光触媒除臭净化器25和等离子有机废气净化器27,UV光解光触媒除臭 净化器25和等离子有机废气净化器27并排设置,UV光解光触媒除臭净化器25内部设有若干 紫外线灯光26;排放装置13包括排放塔28,排放塔28上部连接有排风管30,排风管30和排放 塔28的连接处设有检测装置29,排放塔28右侧设有机柜31,机柜31上部设有显示屏32。第二 出气管7为蛇形设置的冷凝管。
[0016]该装置在具体实施时,印染废弃从第一进气管1进入机械过滤箱2内。印染废气依 次经过机械过滤箱2内的纺织纤维层14、活性炭吸附层I5和除尘滤芯16,可以除去印染废气 中的纤维肩、有害物质和粉尘等杂质。经过机械过滤箱2过滤后的印染废气从第一出气管3 排出,进入碱性溶液桶4内的碱性吸收剂中,利用碱性吸收剂吸收印染废气中的二氧化硫。 剩余的印染废气从第二进气管5进入喷淋塔6内。水从雾化喷头24中呈雾状喷出,与印染废 气紊流接触,废气中的有害气体和油雾被水雾捕集后经底部的出液管17流入油水分离器19 中。在油水分离器19中进行油水分离,油从排油管22中流出,水经过提升泵20的提升加压, 从雾化喷头24中喷出进行使用。利用除雾板18去除水汽,使印染废气从第二出气管7进入烘 干箱8内。印染废气在烘干箱8内进行干燥,彻底除去其中夹杂的水汽。印染废气从第三进气 管9进入净化器10,利用紫外线灯光26发出的高能紫外线光束照射印染废气,裂解印染废气 的分子键,降解转变为低分子化学物,如二氧化碳和水等物质,除去印染废气的臭气;在等 离子有机废气净化器27中,等离子体以每秒80万次至500万次的速度反复轰击废气气体的 分子,去激活、电离、裂解废气中的各种成分,从而发生氧化等一系列复杂的化学反应,经过 多级净化,将有害物转化为洁净的空气。经过过滤和净化后的印染废气进入排放塔28内,检 测装置29对排放塔28中的印染废气进行检测,检测合格的印染废气从排风管30中排出;若 有不达标的废气,不会使其排到室外。显示屏32可以对印染废气的各项指标进行显示,更好 地了解印染废气的处理情况,出现问题时可以方便地进行维护。
