Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种适用于焦化烟气脱硫催化剂的再生系统,包括依次设置的换热器、若干个脱硫塔、烟囱以及再生池;换热器上部分别设有再生液出口一和烟气进口一,换热器底部设有再生液进口一和烟气出口一,若干个脱硫塔的上部均分别设有再生液进口二和烟气出口二,脱硫塔的下部均分别设有再生液出口二和烟气进口二,再生池顶部和下部分别设有与再生液出口二、再生液进口一相连通的再生液进口三和再生液出口三;再生池左右两侧还分别设有补充水进口和成品酸出口;再生液出口一、烟气出口一分别与再生液进口二、烟气进口二相连通,烟气出口二与烟囱相连通。该再生系统可有效提高催化剂的再生效果、寿命和活性,使得脱硫系统的运行更安全高效。
Description
一种适用于焦化烟气脱硫催化剂的再生系统
技术领域
[0001]本实用新型属于脱硫催化剂技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于焦化烟气脱硫催化剂 的再生系统。
背景技术
[0002] 随着环保力度的不断加大,焦化厂烟气脱硫已经成为重点治理领域,但是焦化厂 烟气存在二氧化硫浓度变化大,温度较高,且波动大(120-230°C),水分含量大等特点,给焦 化烟气脱硫带来较大的难度。传统的湿法脱硫技术对于温度较高的焦化烟气已经失去优 势。
[0003] 新型催化法烟气脱硫技术以催化剂为核心,该催化剂既具有活性炭的吸附功能, 又对硫酸有一定储存能力,更重要的是具有催化功能,在氧气存在的情况下,能将302氧化 成S〇3,同时与烟气中的水蒸气反应生成硫酸,将脱硫过程变为硫酸生产过程。且新型催化 法技术最大的特点是适用温度范围宽(50-160°C),且反应过程中需要水蒸气的参与,适用 于焦化烟气脱硫。
[0004] 新型催化法脱硫催化剂在氧化二氧化硫生产硫酸的过程中,经过一定时间后,会 达到饱和,吸附饱和的催化剂需要经过水洗,将催化剂中吸附的硫酸洗出,使得催化剂的活 性得到恢复。目前新型催化法脱硫技术催化剂再生采用水洗再生,一般再生循环液是常温 水,采用常温水再生,进入温度在150°C左右的催化剂床层,会使的催化剂在高温下骤冷,催 化剂在骤冷状态下容易破裂,影响催化剂的催化活性和使用寿命,是新型催化法技术在焦 化行业推广的一个重要缺陷。

[0006] 本实用新型的目的是解决上述问题,提供一种适用于焦化烟气脱硫催化剂的再生 系统,该再生系统可有效解决现有工艺的催化剂寿命短、容易破裂等缺陷。
[0007] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种适用于焦化烟气脱硫催化 剂的再生系统,包括依次设置的换热器、若千个脱硫塔、烟肉以及再生池;
[0008] 所述换热器上部分别设有再生液出口一和烟气进口一,换热器底部设有再生液进 口一和烟气出口一,若干个所述脱硫塔的上部均分别设有再生液进口二和烟气出口二,脱 硫塔的下部均分别设有再生液出口二和烟气进口二,所述再生池顶部设有再生液进口三, 其下部左侧设有再生液出口三、补充水进口,其下部右侧设有成品酸出口;

[0013] 本实用新型提供的适用于焦化烟气脱硫催化剂的再生系统具有以下有益效果:
[0014] (1)采用再生液与原始烟气换热后再生,对于再生液来说温度提高,高温再生液可 以提高催化剂的再生效果,使得催化剂活性得到更好的恢复。
[0015] ⑵由于烟气温度较高,脱硫饱和的催化剂床层温度相对也较高,直接用常温的再 生液再生,两者温差较大,催化剂骤冷情况下容易破裂,活性下降,而高温再生液可以缩短 与催化剂床层的温差,有效提高催化剂的寿命和活性。
[0016] (3)烟气温度高,在进行脱硫的过程中,给催化剂床层也带来了较大的负荷,换热 后的烟气温度下降,能够使得焦化烟气温度更适应脱硫催化剂的活性温度区间。
[0017] (4)通过能量交换,降低两者之间的温差,不仅有效利用了热能,还使得脱硫系统 的运行更安全高效。

[0022] 换热器1上部分别设有再生液出口一和烟气进口一,换热器1底部设有再生液进口 一和烟气出口一,若干个脱硫塔的上部均分别设有再生液进口二和烟气出口二,脱硫塔的 下部均分别设有再生液出口二和烟气进口二,再生池4顶部设有再生液进口三,左侧下部设 有再生液出口三和补充水进口,右侧下部设置成品酸出口。焦化烟气通过烟气进口 一进入 换热器1,再生液出口一、烟气出口一分别与再生液进口二、烟气进口二相连通,再生液进口 一与再生液出口三相连通,再生液出口二、烟气出口二分别与再生液进口三、烟囱5相连通。 再生液出口一还与再生液进口三相连通。
[0023]值得说明的是,脱硫塔的数量可以根据实际情况而设定,并没有特殊的限制。在本 实施例中,脱硫塔的数量为两个。以下以两个脱硫塔(脱硫塔一2,脱硫塔二3)为例,对本实 用新型的工艺流程做进一步的说明,以进一步展示本实用新型的原理和优点:
[0024] 焦化烟气首先从换热器1上侧壁的烟气进口一进入换热器1上部,与再生池4出来 的再生液进行热交换,从换热器1底部的烟气出口一出来后,从脱硫塔一 2底部的烟气进口 二进入脱硫塔催化剂床层进行脱硫,脱硫后的洁净烟气经脱硫塔一 2上侧壁的烟气出口二 进入烟肉5后直接排放,完成催化脱硫反应过程。
[0025] 从再生池4出来的再生液依次通过再生池4左上侧壁的再生液出口三、换热器1底 部的再生液进口一,进入换热器1与焦化烟气进行热交换,然后依次通过换热器1顶部的再 生液出口一、脱硫塔二3顶部的再生液进口二进入脱硫塔二3,喷淋再生脱硫塔二3中的吸附 饱和的催化剂,再生液通过整个催化剂床层后从脱硫塔二3底部的再生液出口二排出,再通 过再生池4顶部的再生液进口三回到再生池4,完成脱硫塔二3中的脱硫催化剂再生过程。再 生完成后,在脱硫塔一2还没有达到吸附饱和的间隙,关闭脱硫塔二3的再生液进口,从换热 器1顶部再生液出口一出来的再生液经管道直接通过再生池4顶部的再生液进口三进入再 生池4,连续循环换热。再生池4中的再生液循环再生一定时间后,浓度和温度达到一定的要 求,需要将再生池4中的再生液通过再生池4右侧的成品酸出口排出,并从再生池4左下侧的 补充水进口补充清水。
[0026]运行一段时间后,脱硫塔一2中装填的脱硫催化剂达到饱和,且脱硫塔二3再生完 成,就可以将两塔进行切换,焦化烟气进入脱硫塔二3,再生液进入脱硫塔一 2,两塔交替运 行,可以实现焦化烟气连续脱硫/再生。
[0027]综上所述,本实用新型提供的适用于焦化烟气脱硫催化剂的再生系统,其主要特 点是将没有通过脱硫催化剂床层的焦化烟气和进入脱硫塔之前的催化剂再生液通过换热 器1进行热交换,将烟气温度降低,再生液温度增加,使得再生液和床层的温差缩小。焦化烟 气从除尘装置出来后,直接进入换热器1进行降温,温度在原有基础上大约降低20-40°C,然 后进入脱硫塔催化剂床层,烟气中的二氧化硫被催化氧化成三氧化硫,烟气中的水蒸气与 三氧化硫反应生成硫酸储存在脱硫催化剂上,洁净烟气从脱硫塔出口排放;脱硫催化剂床 层达到吸附饱和后,进行再生,再生过程中再生池4的再生液通过再生泵先进入换热器1,通 过与热焦化烟气热交换,温度上升,在原有基础上上升10-30°C,再生液的流速为15-20m/s, 通过热交换器后的再生液进入脱硫塔喷淋催化剂床层,将催化剂中的硫酸洗出,对催化剂 进行再生,再生完后的再生液回到再生池4。需要说明的是,再生液的浓度和用量可为本领 域常规选择,并无特殊要求。在本实施例中,对脱硫区的喷淋密度为10〜35m3/m2,喷淋时间 为1〜8min,再生液排放流速为0.8〜1.5m/s,再生液中稀硫酸的浓度达到15 %左右,就需要 将再生液排出,并补充清水。
