[0002] 碳化钨粉是用金属钨粉和炭黑为原料,按一定比例配成混合料,将混合料装入石 墨舟皿中,置于炭管炉内或高中频感电炉中,在一定温度下进行炭化,再经球磨、筛分。其中 的球磨是指当球磨机转动时,由于研磨体与球磨机内壁之间的摩擦作用,将研磨体依旋转 的方向带上后再落下,这样物料就连续不断地被粉碎。但往往在球磨环节后,球磨机倒出的 物料都成结块,结块不利于后续处理,因此筛分环节起着重要作用。筛分分为干筛和湿筛, 要把结块分离出来需要的是干筛。现有的干筛技术主要是人工干筛,干筛时间长、效率低, 而且在干筛过程中碳化钨粉飞扬,造成了碳化钨粉的损失,同时危害筛分人员的身体健康。

1. 一种鹤粉干筛装置,包括底座(1)和加工箱(2),其特征在于,所述底座(1)上端设有 力口工箱⑵,加工箱⑵下端两侧和底座⑴之间设有升降液压杆⑶和支撑杆⑷,所述加工 箱⑵内水平设有转筒⑸,转筒⑸左端穿过加工箱⑵左侧壁,且转筒⑸左端口可拆卸设 有封盖(6),加工箱(2)上设有与转筒(5)相配合的固定轴承,转筒(5)右端面中间位置设有 一号转轴(12),一号转轴(12)穿过加工箱(2)右侧壁,并且与一号电机(13)的输出端连接固 定,转筒(5)内部设有隔离板(10),隔离板(10)左端转动设有一号粉碎齿辊(7)和二号粉碎 齿辊(8),一号粉碎齿辊⑺和二号粉碎齿辊⑻相互啮合,一号粉碎齿辊(7)的转动轴连接 二号转轴(15),二号转轴(15)右端连接二号电机(14),一号粉碎齿辊(7)和二号粉碎齿辊 ⑻所在的转筒⑸筒壁上均匀分布有筛选孔(11),一号粉碎齿辊⑺和二号粉碎齿辊⑻所 在的转筒⑸内壁上还对称设有两个翻料导板⑼,转筒⑸下方的加工箱⑵中设有集料斗 (17),集料斗(17)下端设有下料管(18),下料管(18)下方的加工箱(2)底部设有收集箱 (19)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钨粉干筛装置,其特征在于,所述二号电机(14)通过螺栓 固定在转筒⑸右端内侧。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钨粉干筛装置,其特征在于,所述一号电机(13)、升降液 压杆⑶和二号电机(14)电性连接控制开关(I6)。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钨粉干筛装置,其特征在于,所述升降液压杆(3)的输出 端以及支撑杆⑷上端都与加工箱(2)下端面铰接。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钨粉干筛装置,其特征在于,所述收集箱(I9)所在的加工 箱(2)外侧设有箱门。
