本实用新型涉及一种能广泛用于输电线路中的，使用方便，操作简单的、压接管自动清洗机。
背景技术
输变电施工工程使用的压接管，全部从工厂直接发货，通常会残存一些油污、机械加工产生的金属碎屑，直接影响压接质量。因为现场施工条件简陋，目前多采用汽油对压接管进行清洗，再使用棉纱头进行擦拭，产生大量棉纱头等垃圾，易造成现场环境污染；同时处理此类垃圾通常采用焚烧的方式，存在火灾安全隐患且又容易造成大气污染。
实用新型内容
本实用新型涉及一种能结构简单，应用广泛，环保节省劳动力的用于输电线路上的压接管自动清洗机。
本实用新型主要特点在于：包括超声波清洗机、超声波漂洗机、热风干燥装置、电气控制柜，水平移动装置、提升装置，从左到右依次设置电气控制柜、超声波清洗机、超声波漂洗机、热风干燥装置、水平移动装置、提升装置，其中电气控制柜通过电路与超声波清洗机、超声波漂洗机、热风干燥装置均相连，水平移动装置与提升装置之间设置一立柱，立柱上方左侧连接一主梁，主梁左端安装一导向装置，主梁上设置一运行小车及吊钩组，其主梁与超声波清洗机之间焊接一固定门架。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：可以有效解决施工对地质土壤的污染，提高压接管清洗效率，降低作业人员的劳动强度，并有效地避免了清洗后的压接管在运输中的二次污染以及环保水保等问题。

下面结合附图用具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细说明如图1所示：压接管自动清洗机，包括超声波清洗机1、超声波漂洗机2、热风干燥装置3、电气控制柜5，水平移动装置6、提升装置7，从左到右依次设置电气控制柜5、超声波清洗机1、超声波漂洗机2、热风干燥装置3、水平移动装置6、提升装置7，其中电气控制柜5通过电路与由超声波清洗机1、超声波漂洗机2、热风干燥装置3均相连，水平移动装置6与提升装置7之间设置一立柱8，立柱8上方左侧连接一主梁10，主梁10左端安装一导向装置9，主梁10 上设置一运行小车及吊钩组11，其主梁10与超声波清洗机1之间焊接一固定门架12。
主要工作原理：
一、将四根压接管放置在清洗篮内，与11吊钩组连接，利用7提升装置、6水平移动装置，将压接管放到1超声波清洗机内进行清洗。
二、清洗后，利用7提升装置、6水平移动装置，将压接管放到2超声波漂洗机内进行漂洗。
三、漂洗结束后，利用7提升装置、6水平移动装置，将压接管放到3热风干燥装置内进行干燥。
四、6水平移动装置、7提升装置、8立柱；9导向装置；10主梁；11吊钩组； 12固定门架；13钢丝绳组合成提升运输装置，用于压接管上下和水平移动。
五、5电气控制柜主要是将1超声波清洗机、2超声波漂洗机、热风干燥装置、提升运输装置等电气控制部分全部进行整合，用于集成操作功能按钮、清洗过程数据控制等。
主要工作原理
提前设置5电气控制柜中相关功能参数，如清洗时间温度、漂洗时间温度、提升高度、水平移动距离等参数。
启动设备，将待清洗的压接管存放在清洗篮内，利用提升运输装置，将压接管放置到1超声波清洗机内进行清洗；清洗结束后再利用提升运输装置将压接管放置到2超声波漂洗机内进行漂洗；漂洗结束后再利用提升运输装置将压接管放置到3热风干燥装置处进行干燥。
