[0002]油茶是山茶科常绿灌木,南方常用于榨油,具有很高的经济价值。山茶油的脂肪酸 的组成成分素有“油中之王、黄金液体”的美称。山茶油中含有人体必需的单不饱和脂肪酸 高达90%,是一种同时具备食用价值、医药价值和保健价值的木本植物油品。
[0003]为了得到山茶油,需要将油茶青果晾晒,使油茶青果的外壳裂开,然后将外壳剥 去,得到油茶籽,再用油茶籽制得山茶油。传统的从油茶青果中得到油茶籽的方法主要是采 取人工晾晒,该方法不仅技术含量和效率低,不适宜规模化的生产,而且人力成本高,处理 周期较长,尤其是油茶青果的晾晒,由于油茶果一般11月份成熟,于下旬霜降节前后进行收 摘,晾晒时气候不佳,易有阴雨天气,易受天气的影响,非常容易导致青果发生霉变,影响油 茶籽的品质,严重制约了油茶产业的发展。虽然中国专利公开了一种油茶果籽智能处理组 合机组,专利号:201620172955X,粉碎后对油茶籽和壳进行分离,这种结构分离出的壳和籽 非常不细,带有杂质较多。 实用新型内容

[0006] 一种油茶果籽智能处理组合机组,其特征在于:包括进料斗、缓冲筛、除尘箱、第一 风机、分离箱以及第二风机;所述进料斗固定在所述除尘箱的上部并与其连通,所述进料斗 的下部与所述缓冲筛连接,所述第一次风机通过风速调节机构固定在所述除尘箱的侧面, 与所述第一风机相对应一侧的除尘箱内部固定有第一挡板,所述第一挡板的上部设有出尘 口;所述除尘箱的下部与所述分离箱连通,所述分离箱内部上侧固定有与所述除尘箱连通 的锥形斗,所述锥形斗的下部设有第二挡板,所述第二挡板的左侧为果壳收集区域,所述第 二挡板的右侧为果籽收集区域,所述第二风机固定在所述分离箱的右侧。相对于现有技术, 本装置能够精确地对茶油籽和壳进行分离,由于经过晾晒和碾压后的茶油壳是轻与茶油籽 的,并且茶油壳的面积还大,本装置利用重力的原理,首先通过第一风机将灰尘以及非常轻 的表壳吹离到第一挡板的上部,从除尘口排出,之后比较干净的壳和籽进入到分离箱中,从 锥形斗落下的籽和壳在风力的作用下,茶油籽由于重量比较重直接落到分离箱的右侧,而 壳比较轻会被吹到第二挡板的左侧,这样就能够达到分离籽和壳以及灰尘的目的。
[0007] 优选地,所述风速调节机构包括风箱、转轴、挡风板、连接杆、移动杆、活动杆、调节 套以及丝杠,所述风箱左右贯通,所述转轴为三根,每根转轴的两端分别通过轴承安装在所 述风箱上,所述挡风板固定在所述转轴上,三个挡风板的侧边相邻,所述转轴的一端与所述 连接杆连接,所述连接杆与所述移动杆连接,所述移动杆的末端通过所活动杆与所述调节 套连接,所述调节套套在所述丝杠上并与其配合,所述丝杠的两端通过轴承座固定在所述 风箱的侧部。本装置的进一步改进,通过风速调节机构,可以调节除尘箱的风力以及风向, 通过风向以及风力的改变,除尘箱不光能够对粉尘进行清理,还能够对油茶壳进行清理,就 减轻了下部分离箱的负荷。

[0012]下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。如图1和图2所 示,一种油茶果籽智能处理组合机组,包括进料斗1、缓冲筛2、除尘箱3、第一风机4、分离箱5 以及第二风机6;所述进料斗固定在所述除尘箱的上部并与其连通,所述进料斗的下部与所 述缓冲筛连接,所述第一次风机通过风速调节机构7固定在所述除尘箱的侧面,与所述第一 风机相对应一侧的除尘箱内部固定有第一挡板8,所述第一挡板的上部设有出尘口 9;所述 除尘箱的下部与所述分离箱连通,所述分离箱内部上侧固定有与所述除尘箱连通的锥形斗 10,所述锥形斗的下部设有第二挡板11,所述第二挡板的左侧为果壳收集区域12,所述第二 挡板的右侧为果籽收集区域13,所述第二风机固定在所述分离箱的右侧。相对于现有技术, 本装置能够精确地对茶油籽和壳进行分离,由于经过晾晒和碾压后的茶油壳是轻与茶油籽 的,并且茶油壳的面积还大,本装置利用重力的原理,首先通过第一风机将灰尘以及非常轻 的表壳吹离到第一挡板的上部,从除尘口排出,之后比较干净的壳和籽进入到分离箱中,从 锥形斗落下的籽和壳在风力的作用下,茶油籽由于重量比较重直接落到分离箱的右侧,而 壳比较轻会被吹到第二挡板的左侧,这样就能够达到分离籽和壳以及灰尘的目的。
[0013]如图2所示,本装置的进一步改进,所述风速调节机构包括风箱14、转轴15、挡风板 16、连接杆I7、移动杆18、活动杆19、调节套20以及丝杠21,所述风箱左右贯通,所述转轴为 三根,每根转轴的两端分别通过轴承安装在所述风箱上,所述挡风板固定在所述转轴上,三 个挡风板的侧边相邻,所述转轴的一端与所述连接杆连接,所述连接杆与所述移动杆连接, 所述移动杆的末端通过所活动杆与所述调节套连接,所述调节套套在所述丝杠上并与其配 合,所述丝杠的两端通过轴承座固定在所述风箱的侧部。通过风速调节机构,可以调节除尘 箱的风力以及风向,通过风向以及风力的改变,除尘箱不光能够对粉尘进行清理,还能够对 油茶壳进行清理,就减轻了下部分离箱的负荷。

1.一种油茶果籽智能处理组合机组,其特征在于:包括进料斗、缓冲筛、除尘箱、第一风 机、分离箱以及第二风机;所述进料斗固定在所述除尘箱的上部并与其连通,所述进料斗的 下部与所述缓冲筛连接,所述第一风机通过风速调节机构固定在所述除尘箱的侧面,与所 述第一风机相对应一侧的除尘箱内部固定有第一挡板,所述第一挡板的上部设有出尘口; 所述除尘箱的下部与所述分离箱连通,所述分离箱内部上侧固定有与所述除尘箱连通的锥 形斗,所述锥形斗的下部设有第二挡板,所述第二挡板的左侧为果壳收集区域,所述第二挡 板的右侧为果籽收集区域,所述第二风机固定在所述分离箱的右侧。
