[0002]随着冬季雾霾的日益加重,人们的健康受到了很大的威胁,解决现有的空气质量 问题已经迫在眉睫。雾霾的产生是生存与发展的需求与自然资源禀赋和环境容量有限的矛 盾,也就是说资源禀赋和环境容量满足不了人口需求,这是一个不争的事实。因此,要从根 本上解决空气质量,短期内很难实现,绝对过度生产需要一个长期的治理过程。但这个长期 的过程中我们不能坐以待毙。
[0003] 人类至少70%以上的时间是在室内度过的,而城市人口在室内度过的时间超过了 90%,尤其是婴幼儿和老弱残疾者在室内的时间更长。但是室内空气污染物的浓度一般是 室外污染物浓度的2〜5倍,在某些情况下是室外污染物的几十甚至几百倍。因此,室内空气 的净化是重重之重,如何改善室内空气是人们亟待解决的问题。

[0006]空气净化器只进行内循环(室内空气循环),由于内循环只是对室内空气进行净化 与杀菌,无法像将室外的新鲜空气引入,二氧化碳的浓度较高,长时间也不会因内循环而降 低,对健康不利。一般空气净化器的风量小,价格贵而且不适用老旧办公楼安装,冬季人们 为了保证室内的温度基本不会通风换气,加上人员的吸烟导致本来已经严重污染的空气更 加严重,使肺癌的发生率提高了 10 %左右。

[0061]智能化控制系统可根据季节、温度变化设定设备的内、外循环时间(包括节假日), 并且根据室内空气需求设定内、外循环节点,完全实现无人自动化新风净化运行功能,及空 气质量监测、新风净化机控制、手机微信远程控制、WEB页面监控于一体,可以准确测量 pm2.5、C〇2、v〇C、温湿度等参数,并可以联网获取户外空气质量信息。控制器直连新风机,将 空气质量监测与控制结合,自定义控制逻辑,可通过控制器、微信客户端控制新风机动作, 实现新风系统智能化控制。通信接口完全开放,可通过485、wifi无缝对接各种控制系统。 [0062] 过滤装置11的第一层初级过滤层111为板式结构,铝框,密度渐加高的聚脂纤维梳 理铺网,抗湿度达到100%R.F,可水洗。抗温达到80度C/176度F。不易燃、自动熄灭符合 DIN53438阻燃F1,可过滤5微米以上的灰尘或异物,减少其他过滤网的消耗;第二层3M静电 集尘采用美国3M技术聚丙烯材质无毒无脱落开放式通道结构、微复式结构,静电驻极材料, 100%合成纤维,耐潮湿抗霉性。过滤材料符合ul90〇ClaSS 2级燃烧标准高效过滤和杀灭细 达0.1微米颗粒浮尘(包括PM2.5、H7N9、大肠杆菌等有害细菌)精准到0.1微米的净化过滤, 前所未有。整个过滤过程无臭氧释放,确保进入室内的空气洁净安全;第三层活性炭过滤层 112采用椰壳为原料,经高温活化、碳化处理,同时负载光触媒、碳纤维而成的一种新型活性 炭。具有发达的比表面积,丰富的微孔径。比表面积可达1000-1600m2/g,微孔体积90%左 右,其微孔孔径为10A-40A。具有比表面积大、孔径适中、分布均匀、吸附速度快、杂质少等特 点。其对有机气体吸附能力比普通活性炭高5倍至以上,吸附速率更快。可去除空气中的甲 苯、甲醛、刺激性气味等;第四层高效过滤(HEPA)采用超细玻璃纤维纸作滤料,胶版纸、铝膜 等材料作分割板,与铝合金框胶合而成,无气味,表面不会硬化,长时间使用也不会产生裂 纹,化学性能稳定,耐腐蚀,可吸收热胀冷缩产生的应力而不会开裂,软硬度适中,弹性恢复 好。每台均经钠焰法测试,具有过滤效率高、阻力低、容尘量大等特点。对于0.1微米和0.3微 米的有效率达到99 • 998 %,HEPA网的特点是空气可以通过,但细小的微粒却无法通过。对直 径为〇 • 3微米(头发直径的1/200)以下的微粒去除效率可达到"• 7%以上,是PM2 • 5、烟雾 (抽烟产生的烟雾颗粒直径为0.5微米)、灰尘以及细菌等污染物最有效的过滤媒介。

[0064]热交换器12主要是由亲水铝箱、铜箱、不诱钢箔等各种拉伸强度较高的金属薄片 组成,冷热交换设备的空气交叉流动,使新排风完全分开避免任何气味的传递,和通风系统 的显热、潜热的回收。这种交换器具有透湿率高、气密性好、抗撕裂、耐老化、防霉变等特点, 由于材料之间的间隙较小,只有粒径小的水蒸气分子才能通过,从而实现热交换芯体的全 热交换,热回收率更是高达8〇%,使用寿命长、环保密封效果好。可根据新风置换自动化运 行,节约能源消耗,减少室内空气的温度与湿度的流失。
[0065]消音装置是蜂窝管道式静压箱。在传统的阻抗复合式静压风箱中自主研发加入了 蜂窝管道可以更有效的把动压转换成静压使新风净化机的风吹的更远,使每个房间的风更 加均匀。并且降低风量的损耗,提高系统的综合性能。其内衬消音材料,可以减少机器的共 振降低噪音(消音量10_20dB)。
[0066] 送风风机9和排风风机10均采用涡漩离心风机,涡漩离心风机具有送风稳定、加速 空气流动、新风效果显著。并采用双通道双风机系统保证了内、外循环空气的流通。净化装 置还加入了四层加厚加宽的过滤设备分别为初级过滤;HAF静电积尘过滤;活性炭过滤; hepa高效过滤。在设备的末端加入热交换设备。设备创新采用了风道闭合技术,成功的实现 了内循环和外循环的单独控制。并且加入了自主研发的智能控制设备,可根据季节温度变 化设定设备的内、外循环时间(包括节假日),并且根据室内空气需要设定内、外循环节点, 完全实现无人自动化新风净化运行功能。
[0067]双循环空气净化装置可根据室内外空气质量选择循环路径,可以单独实现内循环 或者单独实现外循环。内循环(室内空气循环)送风风机9先将办公室内的污浊空气通过过 滤装置11去除空气中的有害物质,最后把优质的空气送入房;外循环(室内室外空气循环) 排风风机10先将办公室内的污浊空气抽出,再通过热交换器12释放空气的冷/热量,而后将 污浊空气排出室外;此时送风风机9将室外的空气先通过热交换器12置换其冷/热量,再通 过过滤设置去除空气中的有害物质,最后把优质的空气送入每个房间;并且加入了智能控 制设备,可根据季节温度变化设定设备的内、外循环时间(设置周一至周五运行,可设定为 早7时至晚18时工作),并且根据室内空气需要设定内、外循环节点,实现无人自动化智能净 化运行。

1. 一种独立双循环空气净化装置,其特征在于,包括: 机箱(1),提供进行内循环和/或外循环的通道; 隔板⑵,设置于所述机箱⑴内,将所述机箱(1)分隔为至少两个独立的风道; 所述风道包括第一风道(31)和第二风道(32),所述第一风道和所述第二风道之间的所 述隔板(2)上设置有室内循环阀口(4);且所述第一风道(31)连接有室内排风口⑸和室外 排风阀口(6),所述第二风道(32)连接有室外进风阀口⑺和室内进风口(8); 所述净化装置还包括送风风机(9)和排风风机(10),所述送风风机(9)设置于靠近所述 室内进风口(8)的位置,用于将净化后的空气输送至室内,所述排风风机(10)设置于靠近所 述室外排风阀口(6)的位置,用于将室内的空气排至室外; 所述室内循环阀口⑷和所述室内进风口⑻之间的气体通道中设置有过滤装置(n)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种独立双循环空气净化装置,其特征在于,还包括热交换器 (12),所述室外排风阀口⑹排出的空气通过所述热交换器(12)换热后排向室外,室外空气 经由所述热交换器(12)换热后由所述室外进风阀口(7)进入所述第二风道(32)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种独立双循环空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述热交换器 (12)设置于所述机箱(1)外。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种独立双循环空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述室内排风口 ⑸和所述室内进风口⑻位于所述机箱(D的同一侧,所述室外排风阀口⑹和室外进风阀 口⑺位于所述机箱⑴的另一侧。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种独立双循环空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述室外排风阀 口⑹上设置有排风风阀(61),所述室外进风阀口⑺上设置有送风风阀(71),所述室内循 环阀口⑷上设置有室内循环风阀(41)。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种独立双循环空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述过滤装置 (11)包括依次设置于所述第二风道(32)内的初级过滤层(111)、活性炭过滤层(112)、静电 除尘过滤层(113)和高效过滤层(114)。
7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种独立双循环空气净化装置,其特征在于,还包 括控制器,所述控制器电连接有检测单元,所述检测单元包括PM2.5传感器、⑶2传感器、voc 传感器、温度传感器和湿度传感器;且所述控制器分别与所述送风风机(9)、所述排风风机 (1〇)、所述排风风阀(61)、所述送风风阀(71)和所述室内循环风阀⑹电连接,用于控制他 们的动作。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种独立双循环空气净化装置,其特征在于,还包括消音装 置,所述消音装置与所述室内进风口(8)连通。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种独立双循环空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述消音装置包 括峰窝管道,所述蜂窝管道将动压转换为静压。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种独立双循环空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述蜂窝管道 内部衬有消音层。
