Abstract
一种应用在微间距LED显示屏的散热结构,包括PCB板、铝基板、热管、散热器、散热片组和风扇,所述PCB板上设有微间距LED芯片,所述PCB板、铝基板依次自外至里贴附在散热器的一侧,所述散热器的另一侧设有若干鳍片,所述热管为循环回路的密闭性金属管,所述热管内设有占热管容积50%~70%的液态传热介质,散热片组由若干散热片贴合而成,所述热管依次套穿在散热器的鳍片上和散热片组上,所述风扇设置在散热片的侧面,且风扇的排风口正对着散热片,本实用新型采用风冷与液冷相结合,不仅具有更好的热传导能力,而且能够在有限的空间\时间内尽量大地传导更多热量,从而保证了微间距LED显示屏的稳定运行。

背景技术
[0002]随着LED显示屏制造技术的发展,为了得到比传统LED显示屏分辨率更高的新型 LED显示屏,由此诞生出了微间距LED显示屏,微间距LED显示屏的PCB板排列有若干LED芯 片,若干LED芯片间距小于P2.5,使得微间距LED显示屏可真正的具有无缝拼接、高性价、出 众的色彩还原能力,以及近乎完美的显示效果等优点,因此微间距LED显示屏越来越多地被 应用在指挥中心大厅、控制室、会议中心等关键场合。
[0003]由于微间距LED显示屏相比于传统LED显示屏,其单元面积上的LED芯片数量增加 不少,因此,使得微间距LED显示屏在工作时就会产生比传统LED显示屏更多热量,此热量如 果无法及时有效扩散到空气中去,就会使电子元器件老花或引起火灾,因此亟需要进行合 理的散热设计。
[0004] 目前微间距Lm)显示屏采用以下散热方式:
[0005] 1、采用空气流体力学,利用显示屏壳体外形,制造出对流空气,通过对流空气进行 强散热的方式。
[0006] 2、采用导热塑料壳,在塑料外壳注塑时填充导热材料,以增加塑料外壳导热、散热 能力。
[0007] 3、采用铝散热鳍片,此也是最常见的散热方式,采用铝散热鳍片做为外壳的一部 分来增加散热面积进行散热。
[0005] 以上几种方式的导热散热效果都不是很理想,尤其应用在超大面积的微间距LED 显示屏,容易出现局部过热现象。 实用新型内容
[0009]本实用新型为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供了一种采用循环回路的密闭 性导热管技术,将热量由LED显示屏处导热到外部散热片组,然后由散热片组将热量扩散到 空气中的微间距LED显示屏的散热结构。

[0026]热管5及热管5内的液态传热介质,其作用是能快速、高效地将热量从管子的一段 传至另一端,热管5利用热传导,液态传热介质利用液体的蒸发和冷凝的循环将热量等方 式,把微间距LED显示屏的芯片处产生的热量传导到散热片组7上。
[0027]风扇6的作用是加速空气的流通,用外部的冷空气强制取代散热片周围的热空气, 达到降低散热片周围空气的温度,采用强制空气对流进行降低散热片上的温度,以保证散 热效果。
[0028]散热片组7是微间距LH)显示屏的最终部件,依靠于风扇6的吹风,将散热片周围的 空气热量传导到微间距LED显示屏外部的空气中。一般来说,散热片的面积越大散热效果越 好,具体实施过程中需依据微间距LED显示屏的壳体结构合理选择。
[0029]为了能快速地将热量传至整个散热面上,散热片一般使用金属材质并具有一定的 厚度,充分利用其良好导热性,为了兼顾微间距LED显示屏的重量,散热片最优选择为招或 铝合金制品。 ~
[0030]本实用新型采用了液冷与风冷相结合,液冷很重要的好处就是液体的热容量大, 温升慢,在炎热的夏天微间距LED显示屏处于高频工作状态时,尖峰可能会瞬间突破LED芯 片的最大承受温度上限。而液冷则可以将这个尖峰很好的过滤掉,确保LED芯片不会因高温 损坏,即保证了LED显示屏的正常运行,并可防止火灾的发生。
