[0002]缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏储层属于改造型的储层,由于岩性、构造及溶蚀作用等的影 响,其储集空间的类型与碎屑岩储层相比有明显不同,洞、孔、缝为主要的储集空间与流动 通道,且缝洞储集体具有空间随机分布、配置关系复杂、形状尺度变化多样等特点,溶洞是 指直径大于50mm的孔洞,溶孔主要指直径在2m至50m之间的孔洞,裂缝主要以构造、溶蚀缝 为主,裂缝开度大多小于1mm,按照储集空间不同的组合方式,塔河油田奥陶系的三种典型 储层类型为:裂缝型、裂缝一孔洞型、溶洞型,其中,溶洞型储层是以大型溶洞发育为主;裂 缝型储层以裂缝发育为主,洞、孔发育较少;而裂缝一孔洞型储层则是以裂缝和溶蚀孔洞发 育为主,大型溶洞发育较少,溶洞型储层是本区奥陶系碳酸盐岩中最重要的储层类型,其以 大型溶洞发育为特征,是非常好的油气储集空间,溶洞与裂缝为主要的流动通道,据塔河油 田统计,塔河油田溶洞的充填物通常有三种类型,搬运型沉积物、垮塌型堆积物以及化学型 胶结物,前人研宄通常将溶洞分为全充填、半充填和未充填3种,其中塔河些区溶洞充填识 别结果显示:全部充填的溶洞占总数的43%,部分充填的溶洞占37%,基本未充填的溶洞占 到了20%,其溶洞内部充填特征具有重要的生产意义,目前,市场上还没有一种关于缝洞型 碳酸盐岩油藏驱替模拟实验装置。

[0022]进一步的,所述模拟大溶洞22周围设有溶洞壁20,所述模拟大溶洞22侧边设有裂 缝连接孔23,所述模拟大溶洞22上部设有模拟填充气体19,所述模拟填充气体19为氮气混 合有色气体,所述模拟大溶洞22下部设有模拟填充油21,所述模拟填充油21为不易挥发的 有色液体,不易挥发能够更准确地记录数据,采用有色液体便于观察记录。
[0023] 工作原理:首先,将实验装置置于便于观察和操作的支架上,将配置好的模拟充填 气体19和模拟充填油21从注入口 2注入,并打开恒流泵3和调节好控流阀门1来输出实验所 需的流速,模拟充填油21经过恒流泵3的加压后通过软管流过第一压力测量装置4,此时记 录下第一压力测量装置4的示数,而经过加压的模拟充填油21通过若干个模拟大裂缝16、模 拟小裂缝15、模拟大溶洞22、模拟小溶洞18等所构成的溶洞群17,并在摄像装置6的记录下 将实验现象记录,最后又流经主机箱24左下角的第二压力测量装置7,此时记录下示数,最 后经过气体流量检测仪12测量记录,由采出口 9排出至主机箱24外部的模拟油容器10,模拟 油容器10底部有计量装置11,可以记录具体排出的模拟充填油的质量和体积,由此记录的 数据经过计算可以得出所述一种新型缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏驱替模拟实验装置所需输入的 能量和最终出油率,可以得出实验仪器的投入和产出之比,由于实验简单和方便观察,使得 实验过程快捷、方便。

1. 一种新型缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏驱替模拟实验装置,包括主机箱(24),其特征在于:所 述主机箱(24)左侧下部设有溶洞群(17),所述主机箱(24)右侧下部设有模拟大溶洞(22), 所述主机箱(24)下部设有溶洞模型底板(5),所述主机箱(24)右侧上部设有注入口(2),所 述主机箱(24)与所述注入口⑵通过胶水浇筑连接,所述注入口⑵左侧安装恒流栗(3),所 述恒流泵(3)与所述注入口(2)通过软管连接,所述恒流栗(3)上部安装控流阀门(1),所述 控流阀门(1)与所述恒流泵(3)焊接连接,所述恒流泵(3)左侧下部安装第一压力测量装置 (4),所述主机箱(24)右侧前部安装摄像装置(6),所述主机箱(24)右侧中部设有溶洞截面 (13)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏驱替模拟实验装置,其特征在 于:所述主机箱(24)左侧下部设有密封圈(8),所述密封圈⑻是由高弹性橡胶铸模制成,所 述密封圈(8)右侧设有第二压力测量装置(7),所述第二压力测量装置(7)与所述主机箱 (24)通过螺丝固定连接,所述密封圈⑻左侧安装采出口(9),所述采出口⑼是由铝镁合金 冲压制成。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏驱替模拟实验装置,其特征在 于:所述主机箱(24)左侧下方设有模拟油容器(10),所述模拟油容器(10)是由铁片焊接制 成,所述模拟油容器(1〇)右侧上部安装气体流检测仪(12),所述气体流检测仪(12)与所述 模拟油容器(10)卡扣连接,所述模拟油容器(1〇)右侧下部安装计量装置(11),所述计量装 置(11)与所述模拟油容器(10)嵌套连接。
