[0001 ]本发明涉及一种防爆轮胎,该轮胎无需充气,不会爆胎,能够适应各种路况。
背景技术
[0002]高速公路爆胎是造成恶性交通事故的原因之一,高速公路上发生高速爆胎的死亡 率接近100%,因此轮胎状况严重威胁着驾乘人员的人身安全。据统计,高速公路有46%以 上的交通事故都是由于轮胎发生故障引起的,而轮胎爆胎一项就占轮胎故障事故总量的 70 %,即有32 • 2 %的高速公路交通事故是由于轮胎爆胎引起的。
[0003]轮胎爆胎主要原因有轮胎遇到尖锐物体破坏,气压过高或过低,超载或超速以及 过度磨损使胎面变薄。总而言之,就是因为各种原因引起轮胎强度降低,难以承受轮胎内气 压变化,造成轮胎突然破裂。
[0004]因此,防止轮胎爆胎最好的办法就是制造无需充气的轮胎,目前市场上有多种免 充气防爆轮胎。例如实心轮胎、辐轴轮胎和蜂巢轮胎都是免充气防爆轮胎。
[0005]实心轮胎是一种广泛使用的防爆轮胎,实心轮胎胎体是实心的,其结构比充气轮 胎简单。实心轮胎是一种适应于低速、高负载苛刻使用条件下运行车辆得工业轮胎,其安全 性、耐久性等明显优于充气胎,广泛用于各种工业车辆、军事车辆、建筑机械、港口机场的拖 挂车辆等领域。但是实心轮胎对于路面的适应能力比较差,减震能力比较弱,在不平坦的路 面上行驶会感觉比较颠簸;由于实心轮胎比充气轮胎重,仅适合低速行驶,因此无法广泛应 用于小轿车。
[0006] 辐轴轮胎由车轮、辐条和中心轴组成的防爆轮胎。例如米其林公司(Michelin)研 制的Tweel辐轴轮胎,其减震橡胶车轮轮面将压力分散到数十根具有弹性的聚亚安酯辐条 上,它的。因为这种车轮中没有气体,所以它比充气轮胎更坚固,不会出现爆胎的情况。这种 轮胎已经在机器人轮椅和军车上进行了试验,但是这种车轮产生的噪音仍旧太大,尚不适 合应用于汽车上。
[0007] 蜂巢轮胎是美国Resilient技术公司和威斯康星州大学麦迪逊分校共同发明的一 款无需充气的轮胎,开发人员将原来的充气部分用类似蜂巢的一系列六角形结构来代替, 这样一来就可以起到与传统轮胎类似的减震作用了。这款轮胎可抵御临时爆炸装置袭击, 并且能够在遇袭后仍以每小时80公里的速度行驶。但是这款轮胎行驶时噪音大、舒适性差, 且对制造蜂巢结构的材料有特殊要求,成本是普通轮胎的10倍以上,因此难以推广。

[0014]据公安部交管局统计,2015年,全国共接报涉及人员伤亡的道路交通事故21017 起,共造成72387人死亡。其中因为爆胎引起的交通事故死亡人数超过2万人,造成的直接损 失超过1亿元。若采用防爆轮胎,将大大降低交通事故的数量,减少交通事故死亡人数和财 产损失。

1. 一种防爆轮胎,具体特征是:轮胎胎冠部分由外到内依次为耐磨橡胶面层(1)、胎冠 保护层(13)、厚钢带束(12)、尼龙带束层(11)、薄钢带束层(1〇)、普通橡胶结构层(3)、胎体 子午线层(4)、轻质多孔弹性材料(9)、轻质多孔刚性材料(S);在胎冠两侧设置高弹性缓冲 层(2),胎唇部分设置有胎唇钢丝,胎唇钢丝包裹在三角形截面胶体内,轮胎趾口部分设置 趾口保护层。
