本实用新型涉及机械领域，具体为一种便于拆装的管道连接件。
背景技术
管道连接件是一种建筑、工业生产用零件。一般用于管道的修补，管道的加长连接等。
现有的管道连接件多数是通过两个半圆柱拼合的形式来实现的，这种方式通常需要对连个半圆柱半成品进行铸模，铸模后进行配对，因此工艺相对繁琐。因此需要研发一种能够方便拆卸又能够一体成型的管道连接件。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种便于拆装的管道连接件，它能够实现管道连接件的自由组装和拆卸，改变了原有的拆卸式的管道连接件的结构。
实现上述目的的技术方案是：一种便于拆装的管道连接件，包括一压铸件，该压铸件卷压成一管体，该管体有一连接缝，该连接缝的两个相接部均设有一连接部，该连接部上设有螺孔，一螺栓固定于两个所述螺孔；其中，该管体的上管口和下管口的周缘均设有多个切口。
进一步的，所述管体为圆柱体。
进一步的，所述管体的上管口设有4个切口，该管体的下管口也设有4个切口，每一上管口的切口与一下管口的切口对应在一条直线上；该直线为管体一母线所在的直线。
进一步的，所述切口的宽度为1mm-5mm。
进一步的，所述切口的宽度为3mm。
进一步的，所述切口的长度为10mm-30mm。
进一步的，所述切口的长度为20mm。。
采用本实用新型后，将便于拆装的管道连接件，它能够实现管道连接件的自由组装和拆卸，实现管道连接件的一体成型，减少生产工艺，方便拆卸和组装。

具体实施方式
实施例，如图1所示，一种便于拆装的管道连接件，包括一压铸件1。该压铸件1卷压成一管体，该管体有一连接缝11，该连接缝11的两个相接部均设有一连接部12，该连接部上设有螺孔，每一螺栓2固定于两个所述螺孔；其中，该管体的上管口和下管口的周缘均设有多个切口13。
管体为圆柱体。管体的上管口设有4-6个切口13，本实施例为了方便说明设有4个切口13，切口13沿管口均匀分布。该管体的下管口也设有4-6个切口13，每一上管口的切口13与一下管口的切口13对应在一条直线上；该直线为管体一母线所在的直线。切口的宽度为1mm-5mm；切口的长度为10mm-30mm。。本实施例中切口的宽度优选为3mm；切口的长度为20mm。一则能够在拆卸管道时，方便扳开管体，扳开时，管体的管壁能够沿切口打开；二则若切口太宽或太深，则损害管体，切口太窄或太浅，则拆卸管道时，难以扳开。

1.一种便于拆装的管道连接件，其特征在于，包括一压铸件，该压铸件卷压成一管体，该管体有一连接缝，该连接缝的两个相接部均设有一连接部，该连接部上设有螺孔，每一螺栓固定于两个所述螺孔；其中，该管体的上管口和下管口的周缘均设有多个切口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于拆装的管道连接件，其特征在于，所述管体为圆柱体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的便于拆装的管道连接件，其特征在于，所述管体的上管口设有4-6个切口，该管体的下管口也设有4-6个切口，每一上管口的切口与一下管口的切口对应在一条直线上；该直线为管体一母线所在的直线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的便于拆装的管道连接件，其特征在于，所述切口的宽度为1mm-5mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的便于拆装的管道连接件，其特征在于，所述切口的宽度为3mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的便于拆装的管道连接件，其特征在于，所述切口的长度为10mm-30mm。
