Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种混凝土坍落度与扩展度的检测装置包括基板、纵向刻度、横向刻度、刻度同心圆、提手、截头圆锥筒、标定尺、水平折片、止动旋钮、螺钉、滑台、折耳、固定旋钮、止压块、滑块和U型槽;采用结合截头圆锥筒有效利用了标定尺和水平折片,使得混凝土高度差(即混凝土坍落度)的测量简单易行,测量结果准确性高;利用基板上设置的纵向刻度、横向刻度和刻度同心圆,使得混凝土最大直径和最小直径的测量简单易行,也即混凝土扩展度结果准确性高;本实用新型的混凝土坍落度与扩展度检测装置结构简单,操作方便,经济合理。

一种混凝土坍落度与扩展度的检测装置
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及建筑混凝土检测技术领域,尤其指一种混凝土坍落度与扩展度的检测 装置。
背景技术
[0002] 坍落度主要是指混凝土的塑化性能和可栗性能,也即混凝土的和易性,具体来说 就是保证施工的正常进行,其中包括混凝土的保水性,流动性和黏聚性。坍落度是用一个量 化指标来衡量其程度的高低,用于判断施工能否正常进行。和易性是指混凝土是否易于施 工操作和均匀密实的性能,是一个很综合的性能,其中包含流动性、黏聚性和保水性。影响 混凝土坍落度主要有级配变化、单位体积用水量、水灰比、砂率以及包括水泥品种、骨料条 件、时间和温度、衡器的称量偏差,外加剂的用量等几个方面。目前,尚没有能够全面反映混 凝土拌合物和易性的测定方法。在工地和试验室,通常是做坍落度试验测定拌合物的流动 性,并辅以直观经验评定粘聚性和保水性。而且,传统的坍落度试验的方法一般是在水泥底 板或普通铁板上操作,人工测量用到多把尺子,水平度和混凝土坍落直径测量结果不准确, 造成较大检测误差。
发明内容

[0004] 为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种混凝土坍落度与扩展度的检 测装置包括基板、纵向刻度、横向刻度、刻度同心圆、提手、截头圆锥筒、标定尺、水平折片、 止动旋钮、螺钉、滑台、折耳、固定旋钮、止压块、滑块和U型槽;
[0005] 基板的中心位置分别设置了纵向刻度和横向刻度,基板的中心位置向外围还设置 了刻度同心圆,截头圆锥筒的外侧设置了提手,标定尺的顶段设置了反向的折耳,折耳上还 设置了固定旋钮,标定尺的两侧边均设置了 U型槽,设置有刻度的标定尺上安装有滑台,水 平折片的底部与滑台的顶面通过螺钉进行固定连接,滑台的底部设置了滑块,滑台的顶面 与标定尺之间设置了止压块,止压块与止动旋钮进行固定连接,止动旋钮还通过螺纹分别 与滑台的顶面和水平折片的底部进行连接。

[0010] 本发明的工作原理是:使用时,把润湿内壁的截头圆锥筒放在基板中心,并保持位 置固定,将拌制的混凝土试样分三层均匀地装入筒内,使捣实后每层高度为筒高的1/3左 右,每层用捣棒沿螺旋方向由外向中心在截面上均匀分布地进行插捣25次,且捣棒应贯穿 整个深度,直至浇灌插捣顶层的混凝土高出筒口,刮去多余的混凝土,并用抹刀抹平,整个 过程在140s内芫成;“除截头圆锥筒边基板上的混凝土后,在5〜i〇s内通过提手垂直平稳 地提起截头圆锥筒;将空的截头圆锥筒立在混凝土试体的旁边,标定尺的折耳搭靠截头圆 锥筒的内壁,用固定旋钮通过折耳将标定尺紧固在截头圆锥筒外壁上,上下移动滑台使水 平折片的水平底^与混凝土试体的顶端刚刚接触,用止动旋钮对滑台进行紧固,测的混凝 土试体最高点的高度,同样使水平折片的水平底面与截头圆锥筒的上沿边圆平齐,测的截 头圆锥筒的高度,两者之间的高度差,即为该混凝土拌和物的坍落度值;当混凝土拌和物的 坍落度大于220mm时,通过基板上的刻度同心圆,并辅以纵向刻度和横向刻度测量混凝土试 体扩展后最终的最大直径和最小直径,在这两个直径之差小于50mm的条件下,用其算术平 均值作为坍落扩展度值。 N

[0018]由附图1、2、3、4所示,一种混凝土坍落度与扩展度的检测装置包括基板1、纵向刻 度2、横向刻度3、刻度同心圆4、提手5、截头圆锥筒6、标定尺7、水平折片8、止动旋钮9、螺钉 10、滑台11、折耳12、固定旋钮13、止压块14、滑块15和U型槽16;基板1的中心位置分别设置 了纵向刻度2和横向刻度3,基板1的中心位置向外围还设置了刻度同心圆4,截头圆锥筒6的 外侧设置了提手5,标定尺7的顶端设置了反向的折耳12,折耳12上还设置了固定旋钮13,标 定尺7的两侧边均设置了 U型槽16,设置有刻度的标定尺7上安装有滑台11,水平折片8的底 部与滑台11的顶面通过螺钉10进行固定连接,滑台11的底部设置了滑块15,滑台11的顶面 与标定尺7之间设置了止压块14,止压块14与止动旋钮9进行固定连接,止动旋钮9还通过螺 纹分别与滑台11的顶面和水平折片8的底部进行连接。

1.一种混凝土坍落度与扩展度的检测装置,其特征是:所述的一种混凝土坍落度与扩 展度的检测装置包括基板、纵向刻度、横向刻度、刻度同心圆、提手、截头圆锥筒、标定尺、水 平折片、止动旋钮、螺钉、滑台、折耳、固定旋钮、止压块、滑块和U型槽;基板的中心位置分别 设置了纵向刻度和横向刻度,基板的中心位置向外围还设置了刻度同心圆,截头圆锥筒的 外侧设置了提手,标定尺的顶段设置了反向的折耳,折耳上还设置了固定旋钮,标定尺的两 侧边均设置了U型槽,设置有刻度的标定尺上安装有滑台,水平折片的底部与滑台的顶面通 过螺钉进行固定连接,滑台的底部设置了滑块,滑台的顶面与标定尺之间设置了止压块,止 压块与止动旋钮进行固定连接,止动旋钮还通过螺纹分别与滑台的顶面和水平折片的底部 进行连接。
