[0005] 采用上述结构后,本实用新型和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:一种低压干簧管 触发可控硅的开关电路工作在小电流和低电压的环境中,降低了对干簧管耐压的要求,不 仅使电路的成本降低,还大大提高了可靠性。

1. 一种低压干簧管触发可控硅的开关电路,包括控制电路和保护电路,所述控制电路 包括主电机(MG)、三端双向交流开关(Q)、第二电阻(R2)和干簧管(SW);所述主电机(MG)的 一端连三端双向交流开关(Q)的主电极(T1),所述主电机(MG)的另一端与电源的一端相连; 所述第二电阻(R2)的一端接三端双向交流开关(Q)的主电极(T2)并与电源的另一端相连; 所述第二电阻(R2)的另一端接三端双向交流开关⑼的触发极⑹,所述干簧管(SW)的一端 与三端双向交流开关(Q)的触发极相连;其特征在于:所述保护电路包括电容(C1)、第一 电阻(R1)和稳压管组(DB);所述电容(C1)、第一电阻(R1)和稳压管组(DB)串联,所第一电阻 (R1)与稳压管组(DB)的连接处接干簧管(SW)的另一端,所述稳压管组(DB)的另一端接三端 双向交流开关(Q)的主电极(T2)。
