[0002]目前,我国水环境和生态环境污染问题日益突出,绝大部分农村等地的生活污水 基本未处理就直接排放,且大多数直接排入自然水体,对周边水体和土壤造成严重污染。然 而,我国农村生活污水具有分布分散、地形复杂、管网覆盖不完善,水量不稳定等特点,不适 合采用大型集中式污水处理厂进行处理。而现有一体化污水处理回用装置及其工艺普遍存 在出水水质不达标、占地面积大、能耗高等问题,其对氮、磷等营养物去除率较低。因此,具 有灵活、简便和高效的一体化污水处理新技术和设备具有现实的意义。
[0003]污水一体化装置主要包括活性污泥法、生物膜法和膜生物法装置。首先,现有活性 污泥池由于处理效率较低导致了该装置的尺寸大且造价高等特点;其次,现有的生物膜法 (生物接触氧化池和曝气生物滤池等)则存在普遍存在定期反冲洗、生物膜更新困难、老化 生物膜难以脱落及管理困难等问题;再次,现有膜生物法反应器(MBR反应器等)普遍存在产 生浓缩液、能耗高和运行管理困难(管理要求高不适宜农村推广)等问题;最后,现有的一体 化装置除磷工艺大都采用化学除磷工艺,不仅会占有池内有效容积,而且会增加设备造价 成本和管理难题。泥膜生物法作为一种新型的污水处理工艺,具有结构紧凑且硝化、除碳、 脱氮效果好,泥膜生物反应器兼顾生物膜法和活性污泥法的双重优点,泥膜生物反应器内 的有效微生物浓度包括悬浮性污泥和生物膜两部分,具有有效生物量高,其生物量不仅是 活性污泥工艺和生物膜工艺的数倍,而且能有效克服传统膜生物反应器的缺点,具有容积 负荷高、耐冲击性强等特点。
[0004]目前一体化装置还存在以下问题:一、由于设备空间小等原因,合理布设各反应池 体、进水方式和布水方式非常关键:①一体化装置空间较小,现有的设备普遍存在进水方式 和布水方式的不合理问题,进而导致了进水方向的短流,对于一体化有效的池容的设备,短 流现象的存在严重减小了设备的有效反应容积,进而严重限制了系统的处理能力;②一体 化合理的布局可以池体占地面积,有效减少造价成本等;二、选择低耗的用电设备非常关 键:传统一体化污水处理用电设备多,存在能耗较高等问题;三、如何提高沉淀池出水澄清 度和降低沉淀池出水悬浮物非常关键:现有的一体化污水处理设备沉淀池处理效果差且无 控制上浮浮泥和出水悬浮物超标的技术措施;四、降低村镇污水处理装置管理运行难度及 成本非常关键:现有村镇污水量少,污水处理设备需要专人值守维修,维护费用高;五、现有 技术中的上述污水处理设备设置分散,各个设备独立,导致污水处理系统占地面积大。为了 防止水体富营养化的加剧,出水总氮和总磷浓度等污染物需维持在较低的范围内,实现村 镇污水处理装置的一体化高效管理,因而迫切需要一种易操作、效果好、低成本的处理技术 和设备。 实用新型内容

[0006] 为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种高效村镇污水处理回用装 置包括装置主体和远程环境医药专家诊断控制系统;远程环境医药专家诊断控制系统实现 装置的无人化、智能化运行管理。装置主体具有内腔,所述内腔包括设备集成间模块、生化 反应模块、泥水分离模块的三大模块,所述的三大模块为一体式或分体组合的一体式;所述 生化反应模块由隔板分隔并设有依次相连的预脱氧泥膜池、释磷泥膜池、反硝化聚磷泥膜 池、好氧泥膜池,所述的泥水分离模块分为预沉淀区、精沉淀区,相邻池体间采用斜对角线 进出水方式,斜对角线进出水可以增加延程距离反应时间、优化水流流态进而提高处理效 果,相邻池体间采用隔墙过水孔或溢流堰过水,过水孔及过水堰在填装有悬浮填料时设有 隔离网,沉淀池出水管道与设备集成间模块内的紫外消毒器相连;所述预沉淀区、精沉淀区 内污泥浓缩底部与首级预脱氧泥膜池顶部间设有气提式污泥回流系统;所述的精沉淀区的 表面澄清区与首级反硝化聚磷泥膜池间设有包括离心栗和管道的硝化液回流系统,所述反 硝化聚磷泥膜区底部设有间歇气扰动设备,可减少污泥沉积,也可增加污泥悬浮流化效果、 防止生物膜板结,进而影响过水能力和处理效果。

[0026] 一种高效村镇污水处理回用装置,包括装置主体37和远程环境医药专家诊断控制 系统38;装置主体37具有内腔〇,所述内腔0包括设备集成间模块1、生化反应模块2、泥水分 离模块3的三大模块,所述的三大模块为一体化装置;所述生化反应模块2由隔板分隔并设 有依次相连的预脱氧泥膜池4、释磷泥膜池、反硝化聚磷泥膜池、好氧泥膜池,释憐泥膜池包 括一级释磷泥膜池5、二级释磷泥膜池6、三级释磷泥膜池7,反硝化聚磷泥膜池包括一级反 硝化聚磷泥膜池8、二级反硝化聚磷泥膜池9,好氧泥膜池包括一级好氧除碳泥膜池10、二级 好氧硝化泥膜池11。所述的泥水分离模块2分为预沉淀区12、精沉淀区13,所述预脱氧泥膜 池4、释鱗泥膜、好氧泥膜池投加填充比为50%的悬浮填料,反硝化聚磷泥膜池设置填充比 为60 %的固定填料,污泥浓度为2500mg/L,气提污泥回流总管18与进水管14的出口接于预 脱氧泥膜池4的上部,两者混合后均布,进水中的有机物浓度较高,气提回流的污泥中溶解 氧在预脱氧泥膜池4生物膜和悬浮污泥(好氧、兼氧微生物)的双重作用下,将泥水混合中的 溶解氧降低至缺氧、厌氧状况,生物膜和悬浮污泥(好氧、兼氧微生物)利用原水中的有机物 作为碳源并通过将硝酸盐去除,进而减轻溶解氧和硝酸盐对于释磷菌的释放磷过程中的抑 制作用,提高了释磷泥膜池的释磷效率;此外多级的释磷泥膜池的高流速保证了泥水(污泥 与污水)的充分混合,减少了短流死水区,提高释磷泥膜池的处理效率,为反硝化聚磷泥膜 池的反硝化除磷过程和好氧泥膜区池好氧充分吸磷过程都提前做好准备。预脱氧泥膜池4 的斜对角线底部设置过水孔作为释磷泥膜池7的进水口,释磷泥膜池7池的上部设置溢流堰 过水,后续生化反应模块池体皆采用此种进出水方式,以增加水力停留时间,减少短流容 积,装填有悬浮填料的池体过水孔及过水堰皆设有隔离网,沉淀池出水管道33与设备集成 间模块1内的紫外消毒器34相连;所述预沉淀区12、精沉淀区13内污泥浓缩底部与首级预脱 氧泥膜池4顶部间设有气提式污泥回流总管18及泥水流量稳定箱22的气提式污泥回流系 统,利于余气作为气提回流污泥替代传统的泵回流提,可明显降低吨水耗能,同时泥水流量 稳定箱可降低气提污泥中的溶解氧和稳定泥回流流量(气提泥水一般为脉冲的形式);所述 的精沉淀区13的表面澄清区40与首级反硝化聚磷泥膜池8间设有包括离心泵23和管道15的 硝化液回流系统,所述反硝化聚磷泥膜池(8、9)底部设有间歇气扰动设备39。

[0031]反硝化聚磷泥膜池包括一级反硝化聚磷泥膜池8、二级反硝化聚磷泥膜池9,底部 设有间歇气扰动设备,气扰管为丰字形穿孔布气管33;—级反硝化聚磷泥膜池8为下向流泥 膜池,二级反硝化聚磷泥膜池9为上向流反硝化聚磷泥膜池,气扰动管为丰字状穿孔管39, 间歇气扰动周期为5h,扰动时间为l〇s,通过气扰措施使得污泥一直处理悬浮状态,防止污 泥自然沉降,可明显增加系统的反硝化脱氮和除磷的效果。

[0033]所述的泥水分离模块包括配水渠28、预沉沉淀池12、配水区28、精沉淀池区13、出 水渠29;预沉区内设有斜板42或斜管沉降器43,预沉区底部设有污泥浓缩斗41、气提吸泥管 17和排泥口 44,定期对外排放含磷污泥,实现除磷过程,通过反硝化除磷和好氧吸磷两个过 程除磷以替代传统的化学除磷过程,除磷效果更高,大大降低吨水处理成本和投资;精沉区 内设有斜管沉降器43,精沉区底部设有污泥浓缩斗、气提吸泥管和排泥口,沉淀池的澄清区 上部距水面下部50mm的排浮泥漏斗26,溢流渠设置一与水平呈80。的挡浮泥板27,利用斜板 沉降器将污水内的大絮状颗粒物质进行预沉淀,同时解决斜板的堵塞或塌陷问题,再利用 精沉区内的斜管沉降器对小絮状颗粒物质进行精沉淀,充分利用斜板沉降器和斜管沉降器 的双重优点,大大提高沉淀池的沉淀效率和出水水质,利用挡浮泥板将上浮污泥阻挡在挡 浮泥板内侧,减少随出水水流流出沉淀池的悬浮污泥量,再利用排浮泥漏斗定期排放表面 浮泥,增加沉淀池的出水效果。

1. 一种高效村镇污水处理回用装置,其特征在于:所述一种高效村镇污水处理回用装 置包括装置主体和远程环境医药专家诊断控制系统;装置主体具有内腔,所述内腔包括设 备集成间模块、生化反应模块、泥水分离模块的三大模块,所述的三大模块为一体式;所述 生化反应模块由隔板分隔并设有依次相连的预脱氧泥膜池、释磷泥膜池、反硝化聚磷泥膜 池、好氧泥膜池,所述的泥水分离模块分为预沉淀区、精沉淀区,相邻池体间采用斜对角线 进出水方式,相邻池体间采用隔墙过水孔或溢流堰过水,过水孔及过水堰在填装有悬浮填 料时设有隔离网,沉淀池出水管道与设备集成间模块内的紫外消毒器相连;所述预沉淀区、 精沉淀区内污泥浓缩底部与首级预脱氧泥膜池顶部间设有气提式污泥回流系统及泥水流 量稳定箱的气提式污泥回流系统;所述的精沉淀区的表面澄清区与首级反硝化聚鱗泥膜池 间设有包括离心泵和管道的硝化液回流系统,所述反硝化聚磷泥膜池底部设有间歇气扰动 设备。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效村镇污水处理回用装置,其特征在于:所述装置主 体是钢材料结构、工程塑料结构以及钢筋混凝土材料结构的一种或三者的组合。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效村镇污水处理回用装置,其特征在于:所述的气提式 污泥回流系统包括将预沉淀区及精沉淀区内沉降的悬浮状污泥和生物膜载体上脱落的生 物膜依次回流至预脱氧泥膜池的泥水流量稳定箱、分气包气提管、气提泥回流管道。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效村镇污水处理回用装置,其特征在于:还包括风机总 气管的一外接分气包,所述分气包分别与污泥回流的气提管、好氧区的曝气管、反硝化聚磷 泥膜池底部的间歇气扰动管分别相连通。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效村镇污水处理回用装置,其特征在于:所述的硝化液 回流系统包括将精沉淀池表面沉淀污水回流至反硝化聚磷泥膜池的污水回流离心栗和硝 化液回流管道。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效村镇污水处理回用装置,其特征在于: 所述的释磷泥膜池包括至少一级的释磷泥膜池,释磷泥膜池包括上向流释磷泥膜反应 池和下向流释磷泥膜反应池两种形式,上向流释磷泥膜池内水流向上流速不低于l.Om/h; 所述的反硝化聚磷泥膜池至少为一级,反硝化聚磷泥膜池包括上向流和下向流两种形 式的反硝化聚磷泥膜池,反硝化聚磷泥膜池底部设有间歇气扰动设备,气扰管为丰字形穿 孔布气管,间歇气扰动周期为1 h〜8h,扰动时间为10 s〜180 s; 所述的好氧泥膜池包括两级的好氧除碳泥膜池、好氧硝化泥膜池或三级的好氧除碳泥 膜池、好氧硝化泥膜池、好氧同步硝化反硝化泥膜池,所述的好氧除碳泥膜池与好氧硝化泥 膜池的池容大小比例为0.5:1〜2:1范围或0.5:1:1〜2:1:1范围。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效村镇污水处理回用装置,其特征在于:所述的泥水分 离模块包括配水渠、预沉沉淀池、配水渠、精沉淀池区、出水渠;预沉区内设有斜板或斜管沉 降器,预沉区底部设有污泥浓缩斗、气提吸泥管和排泥口;精沉区内设有斜管沉降器,精沉 区底部设有污泥浓缩斗、气提吸泥管和排泥口,沉淀池的澄清区上部距水面下部50mm〜 400mm的排浮泥漏斗,溢流渠设置一与水平呈45°〜80〇的挡浮泥板。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效村镇污水处理回用装置,其特征在于:所述的集成设 备间模块内包括悬挂设置的风机、悬挂设置的紫外消毒设备、立式的中央控制器、悬挂设置 的离心泵及悬挂设置的其它辅助设备。
9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效村镇污水处理回用装置,其特征在于:所述的远程环 境医药专家诊断控制系统根据中央控制器反馈监测的进水温度、流量、进水浓度、出水效果 数据进行环境医药专家自动诊断判别运行工况,中央控制器通过接收的远程环境医药专家 诊断控制系统发送的诊断信号进而自动控制阀门的开启度和变频风机的频率,进而自动远 程调控进水流量、气提污泥量、硝化液回流量及好氧池溶解氧运行参数。
10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效村镇污水处理回用装置,其特征在于:所述的预脱 氧泥膜池、释磷泥膜池、反硝化聚磷泥膜池、好氧泥膜池水力停留时间分别为0.2h〜l.Oh、 0 • 5h〜2. Oh、0 • 5h〜4. Oh、3. Oh〜10 • Oh,所述的泥膜池池容尺寸根据水力停留时间进行设计, 所述的泥水分离模块水力停留时间为0.5h〜4.0h,所述的预沉淀区与精沉淀区有效容积比 例为1:5〜1:1。
