The mixed liquid 2 adopts a treatment liquid mainly comprising calcium oxide, sodium hydroxide, AES surfactant, AE09 surfactant, 6501 surfactant, magnetized water, detergent, deodorant, disinfectant, particle adhesion factor and the like.
The working principle of the device is as follows:
when the sensor detects that the pollution of indoor air reaches a certain degree, the controller 10 starts the high-pressure fan 6, the air suction device 13 sucks the polluted air through the air suction pipe 7, and the polluted air is guided into the bottommost layer of the box body 1 through the air charging pipe 3 and the air outlet device 5 and enters the mixed liquid 2; and simultaneously, starting the pulse generator 9, and sending out strong pulses by the pulse transmitting tube 12 extending into the box body 1 between each layer of bubble crushing net 14.
The air that gets into from the bottom passes through every layer and mixes liquid 2 and the processing of strong pulse, and it is upwards through bubble broken net 14 by the bottom, and bubble broken net 14 is broken with big bubble, avoids air and mixed liquid 2 can not contact, influences the treatment effect.
The treated clean air is discharged out of the cabinet 1 through the outlet hole 15. The apparatus can process 100 cubic meters of room air for 30 minutes.
Aiming at the fact that pollutants in the air mainly comprise aerosol particles such as smoke dust, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and organic waste gas, the sulfur dioxide mainly utilizes calcium oxide and sodium hydroxide, the nitrogen oxides are mainly removed by a complex absorbent and the organic waste gas by conventional negative particle particles or static electricity, other aerosols are combined by particles opposite to the particles and then removed by gravity, the pollutants are comprehensively removed, the removal rate is high, and the purpose of synchronously removing the pollutants can be achieved.
