[0027]实施例1,参考图2,一种设有金刚网1的断桥门窗,包括框体3,框体3包括第一框体 31和第二框体32,第一框体31和第二框体32上设置有燕尾槽10,框体3还包括用于隔热的断 桥8。建筑物外围护结构与外界进行热量传导时,由于围护结构中的某些部位的传热系数明 显大于其他部位,使得热量集中地从这些部位快速传递,从而增大了建筑物的空调、采暖负 荷及能耗。断桥8用于隔绝导热性能高的材质上的热能,减小热传递,在断桥门窗中设置断 桥8,能够减小断桥门茵由于温度影响而广生的形变。
[0028] 参考图1,断桥S两端设置有楔形端9,楔形端9嵌入燕尾槽10中固定。燕尾槽10底部 大开口小,与断桥8两端的楔形端9形状吻合,安装时,将断桥8自燕尾槽10两侧推入,安装完 成后断桥8不能从燕尾槽10槽口处拔出,且不需要其他紧固件或紧固手段,安装方便,结构 稳固,使用安全。断桥8两端设置有楔形端9,楔形端9嵌入燕尾槽1〇中固定。断桥8型材上的 燕尾槽10和断桥8两端的楔形端9形状契合,安装方便且不易脱落。
[0029] 参考图1,窗体2上设有中空玻璃4,所述中空玻璃4包括玻璃层41、玻璃层41之间的 中空层42、位于中空层42内与两侧玻璃层41抵触的密闭组件43;所述密闭组件43包括相互 抵触的分子筛431和玻璃垫片似2,所述分子筛431嵌设抵触于玻璃垫片432内;密闭组件43 设置在玻璃层41边缘,将玻璃层41内的中空层42与外界隔绝,防止灰尘或雨水进入中空层 42污染百叶窗5。玻璃垫片432位于分子筛431外层,具有更优良的弹性和防护性能,分子筛 431与玻璃垫片432接触的一端为楔形,嵌入玻璃垫片432后限位稳固。分子筛431两侧与玻 璃层41抵触的位置还设有微小凹槽,在微小凹槽处填充胶水加以稳固。
[0030]中空层42内设置有用于阻隔光线的百叶窗5,百叶窗5能够阻隔室外的强光,同时 保护室内的个人隐私。目前许多建材如地板类对光线要求严格,过于炽烈的光线使其加速 老化甚至形变失效,百叶窗5能够保护建材不受强光影响,延长使用寿命。
[0031] 参考图2,百叶窗5包括叶片51和开关,叶片51设于中空玻璃4的中空层42内,叶片 51两端抵触于分子筛431上,叶片51两端与分子筛431可拆卸连接;开关设置于中空玻璃4 夕卜。百叶窗5安装于中空玻璃4的两层玻璃之间的空隙内,能够最大程度地防止灰尘沾染叶 片51,起到免清洗的效果,使用方便。百叶窗5长期照射强光易老化,叶片51与分子筛431的 可拆卸采用螺钉连接,既可以防止门窗开合过程中百叶窗5震动,又可以将损坏的百叶窗5 拆下更换。中空玻璃4外的开关便于调节叶片51角度,能够根据室外光线的强烈程度调节百 叶窗5的叶片51角度,使室外光线合理地照射进来。
[0032] 中空玻璃4面向室外一侧设有外层玻璃6,外层玻璃6与中空玻璃4之间设有限位胶 条7,金刚网1嵌设于限位胶条7内。金刚网1采用材质为304不锈钢丝制成,具有很高的防破 坏能力。在门窗上设置金刚网1能有效保护人身财产安全。将金刚网1设置在玻璃内,能够延 缓金刚网1起锈速度。胶条具有缓冲作用,金刚网1刚度大,嵌设于胶条中能够减小发生撞击 时的刚性冲击,被安全限位在门窗上。

1. 一种设有金刚网的断桥门窗,包括窗体(2)、框体(3),其特征在于:所述窗体(2)底端 与框体(3)铰接,铰接端(11)位于窗体⑵与框体⑶面向室内一侧的墙体上;窗体⑵面向 室外一侧设有金刚网(1);窗体(2)上设有中空玻璃(4),所述中空玻璃(4)包括玻璃层(41)、 玻璃层(41)之间的中空层(42)、位于中空层(42)内与两侧玻璃层(41)抵触的密闭组件 (43);所述密闭组件(43)包括相互抵触的分子筛(431)和玻璃垫片(432);所述中空层(42) 内设置有用于阻隔光线的百叶窗(5)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的设有金刚网的断桥门窗,其特征在于:所述百叶窗(5)包括叶 片(51)和用于控制叶片(51)角度的电动按钮(52),电动按钮(52)设置在框体⑶上。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的设有金刚网的断桥门窗,其特征在于:所述中空玻璃(4)面向 室外一侧设有外层玻璃(6),外层玻璃(6)与中空玻璃(4)之间设有限位胶条(7),金刚网(1) 嵌设于限位胶条(7)内。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的设有金刚网的断桥(8)门窗,其特征在于:所述百叶窗(5)还包 括用于开闭百叶窗(5)的连杆机构和串联在叶片(51)上与连杆机构相接的梯绳。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设有金刚网的断桥门窗,其特征在于:所述框体(3)包括第一 框体C31)和第二框体(32),第一框体(31)和第二框体(32)上设置有燕尾槽(1〇),所述框体 (3)还包括用于隔热的断桥(8),所述断桥(8)两端设置有楔形端(9),楔形端(9)嵌入燕尾槽 (1〇)中固定。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的设有金刚网的断桥门窗,其特征在于:所述百叶窗(5)采用蜂 窝式纤维布百叶窗。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的设有金刚网的断桥门窗,其特征在于:所述中空玻璃(幻的中 空层(42)设为真空层。
