Abstract

本实用新型涉及可检测是否处于锁定状态的防盗报警标签。目的是提供的标签应具有检测锁芯是否处于锁定状态的功能,并在锁芯被打开时就能触发报警;以有效提高防盗能力。技术方案是:可检测锁芯是否处于锁定状态的防盗报警标签,包括标签座以及锁芯;并配置一钢钉以及一长钢钉;其特征在于:标签座内还布设有一信号弹簧以及开关弹簧,所述信号弹簧的一端可摆动地嵌入标签座的顶杆孔内以便与插入顶杆孔的钢钉或长钢钉电导通;所述的开关弹簧的一端可摆动地嵌入标签座的凸台孔,以便在钢丝绳凸台插入凸台孔后跟信号弹簧电断开,或者从凸台孔取出钢丝绳凸台后跟信号弹簧电导通;所述开关弹簧与锁芯分别与电路板的两个电触点电导通。

可检测是否处于锁定状态的防盗报警标签
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种防盗报警标签装置,具体是能够检测是否处于锁定状态的防盗报警标签。
背景技术
传统的防盗报警标签中,有些标签同时采用钢丝绳与锁芯配合以及采用钢钉与锁芯配合的结构设计,以适应对不同结构的商品进行防盗保护的需要。但是这些防盗报警标签只能通过钢丝绳或钢钉所压紧的开关的通断来发出报警信号;当锁紧钢丝绳或钢钉的锁芯被开锁工具(磁铁)打开后,就失去报警功能。另外,报警标签的电池是不可更换的;因而其使用寿命受到了限制。
背景技术
本实用新型的目的是克服上述背景技术的不足,提供一种改进结构的防盗报警标签,该标签应具有检测锁芯是否处于锁定状态的功能,并在锁芯被打开时就能触发报警;以有效提高防盗能力。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:可检测锁芯是否处于锁定状态的的防盗报警标签,包括带有电路板和报警声响元件的标签座以及制作在标签座内的锁芯;并配置一与锁芯配合的钢钉以及一连有钢丝绳且可与锁芯配合的长钢钉;其特征在于:标签座内还布设有一信号弹簧以及开关弹簧,所述信号弹簧的一端可摆动地嵌入标签座的顶杆孔内以便与插入顶杆孔的钢钉或长钢钉电导通;所述的开关弹簧的一端可摆动地嵌入标签座的凸台孔,以便在钢丝绳凸台插入凸台孔后跟信号弹簧电断开,或者从凸台孔取出钢丝绳凸台后跟信号弹簧电导通;所述开关弹簧与锁芯分别与电路板的两个电触点电导通。
所述锁芯通过所连接的弹簧片与电路板的其中一个触点接通。
标签座内可滑动地定位一配有钢丝绳孔和钉杆孔且可锁定电池盖的钢丝绳抽板。
钢丝绳的另一端制作有可与钢丝绳抽板上的钢丝绳孔嵌入配合的凸台。
本实用新型的有益效果是:当锁紧钢丝绳或钢钉的锁芯被打开时,电路的信号回路被切断,即能触发报警;因此,本实用新型即便被开锁工具(磁铁)打开后,仍具有报警功能,从而大幅度减少了商品被盗可能,受到商家的普遍欢迎。

具体实施方式
如图所示的可检测锁芯是否处于锁定状态的防盗报警标签中,标签座4内安装有配有芯片的电路板17、报警声响元件21(推荐采用蜂鸣片),以及用于锁定钢钉20的锁芯12(通常为外购的钢球式锁芯);使用时,钢钉20的钉杆穿过商品(通常是片状商品,如服装)后再插入锁芯中(图2所示),即可被锁芯啮咬锁定进行防盗保护;该防盗报警标签还配置一尾部连有钢丝绳1-1的长钢钉1,该长钢钉可与前述钢钉替换使用。钢丝绳的一端固定在长钢钉的尾部,钢丝绳的另一端则固定在标签座上。使用时,长钢钉的钉杆插入锁芯中(图1所示)与标签座固定连接,钢丝绳形成的圈就可用于穿插所陈列的商品进行防盗保护。
这些结构均与现有的防盗报警标签结构类同。
本实用新型的改进在于:标签座内还布设有一信号弹簧6以及开关弹簧7,信号弹簧的一端可摆动(依靠弹性摆动)地嵌入标签座的顶杆孔(一般突出于顶杆孔的孔壁0.5-1.0mm,只需与插入的钢钉或长钢钉电导通即可)。标签座上钢丝绳凸台孔部位则固定开关弹簧7,该开关弹簧的一端可摆动(依靠弹性摆动)地嵌入标签座的凸台孔(一般突出于凸台孔的孔壁1.0-1.5mm,只需被插入的钢丝绳凸台推动即可),从而形成一个开关结构(钢丝绳凸台插入钢丝绳凸台孔后,正好将开关弹簧的一端顶开,从而将开关弹簧与信号弹簧切断。钢丝绳凸台拔离钢丝绳凸台孔后,开关弹簧的一端依靠弹性与信号弹簧接触,从而使开关弹簧与信号弹簧电导通;参见图3)。该开关弹簧的另一个扭臂与紧挨着锁芯的弹簧11电导通,或者直接与锁芯电导通;锁芯与开关弹簧分别与电路板的两个电触点电导通,从而构成信号回路。
此外,标签座内可滑动地定位一钢丝绳抽板5。图中显示:钢丝绳抽板5上制作有可与钢丝绳配合的钢丝绳孔以及与钉杆孔相对应的通孔,钢丝绳孔与通孔的轴线均垂直于钢丝绳抽板的平面。钢丝绳的另一端制作有凸台1-11,该凸台可嵌入钢丝绳抽板中的钢丝绳孔;钢丝绳抽板又可滑动地插入标签座的卡槽中,钢丝绳孔的轴线与钢丝绳抽板的滑动方向垂直;因此,当钢丝绳抽板嵌入标签座的卡槽时,提拉钢丝绳不会使钢丝绳抽板滑离卡槽。
该防盗报警标签采用可以更换的纽扣电池3。图中还可见:当钢丝绳抽板5插入标签座内的卡槽时,抽板即可锁住电池盖2。标签在使用时,连有钢丝绳的长钢钉的钉杆或钢钉的钉杆插入标签,也插入了钢丝绳抽板上的通孔,就可以锁住钢丝绳抽板5,使之不能抽出。
本实用新型的工作原理是:一、使用连有钢丝绳的长钢钉时,配有芯片的电路板17通过开关弹簧7将信号传递给钢丝绳的凸台一端,经钢丝绳另一端的长钢钉连通锁芯12,再通过与锁芯12导通的弹簧11,然后把信号传回电路板形成回路;这时如果剪断钢丝绳或拔出钢丝绳的长钢钉,声响元件21就会报警;这时用无线解码器可关报警声。二、使用钢钉时,配有芯片的电路板通过开关弹簧7,将信号传递给信号弹簧6,然后通过钢钉将信号传递传给锁芯12,再通过与锁芯12导通的弹簧11,把信号传回电路板。这时如果拔出钢钉,声响元件21就会报警,这时用无线解码器可关报警声。

Claims (4)

1.可检测锁芯是否处于锁定状态的防盗报警标签,包括带有电路板(17)和报警声响元件(21)的标签座以及制作在标签座内的锁芯(12);并配置一与锁芯配合的钢钉(20)以及一连有钢丝绳(1-1)且可与锁芯配合的长钢钉(1);其特征在于:标签座内还布设有一信号弹簧(6)以及开关弹簧(7),所述信号弹簧的一端可摆动地嵌入标签座的顶杆孔内以便与插入顶杆孔的钢钉或长钢钉电导通;所述的开关弹簧的一端可摆动地嵌入标签座的凸台孔,以便在钢丝绳凸台插入凸台孔后跟信号弹簧电断开,或者从凸台孔取出钢丝绳凸台后跟信号弹簧电导通;所述开关弹簧与锁芯分别与电路板的两个电触点电导通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可检测锁芯是否处于锁定状态的防盗报警标签,其特征在于:所述锁芯通过所连接的弹簧与电路板的其中一个触点接通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可检测锁芯是否处于锁定状态的防盗报警标签,其特征在于:标签座内可滑动地定位一配有钢丝绳孔和钉杆孔且可锁定电池盖的钢丝绳抽板(5)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可检测锁芯是否处于锁定状态的防盗报警标签,其特征在于:钢丝绳的另一端制作有可与钢丝绳抽板上的钢丝绳孔嵌入配合的凸台(1-11)。
