本实用新型涉及一种双热风循环烘箱的箱体结构，属于适用于药物的烘干设备。
背景技术
目前我国市场上常用的烘干设备多是蒸汽或电加热的烘箱，常用的烘箱都没有循环风机，该烘箱内的风不循环，致使烘箱内受热分布不均匀，会使风干物出现过热或是过冷的现象，导致同一烘干物上温差大，因此会导致物料干燥不均匀，影响到产品的定型效果和烘干物的质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，而提供一种能提高热能利用率的双热风循环烘箱的箱体结构。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现，包括设置在箱体上的进风管和出风管，以及设置在进风管端部的进风机，和出风管端部的排风机，进风管与进风通道连接，进风通道的侧壁设置有分风格栅，分风格栅内置设置加热管，还包括回风通道和循环风机，回风通道设置在进风通道与箱体外壁之间，循环风机连通回风通道与进风通道；
出风管与回风通道连接。
所述循环风机与箱体内腔之间还设置有过滤器。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1至4对本实用新型的优选实施例作进一步说明，本实用新型包括设置在箱体1上的进风管11和出风管12，以及设置在进风管11端部的进风机2，和出风管12端部的排风机3，进风管11与进风通道13连接，进风通道13的侧壁设置有分风格栅14，分风格栅14内置设置加热管4，还包括回风通道15和循环风机5，回风通道15设置在进风通道13与箱体1外壁之间，循环风机5连通回风通道15与进风通道13；出风管12与回风通道15连接。
使用时的进风路线为，先通过进风机2与进风管11，再经加热管4和分风格栅14进入箱体1内腔对所烘干物质进行加热烘干，传统技术中，热风即被派出，或通过后处理循环利用。本实用新型增设了回风通道15，热风在循环风机5作用下从箱体1的内腔进入回风通道15，对箱体进行保温，最后在排风机3作用下经出风管12排出。
所述循环风机5与箱体1内腔之间还设置有过滤器6。
所述出风管12与排风机3之间还设置有过滤器6。

1.一种双热风循环烘箱的箱体结构，包括设置在箱体（1）上的进风管（11）和出风管（12），以及设置在进风管（11）端部的进风机（2），和出风管（12）端部的排风机（3），进风管（11）与进风通道（13）连接，进风通道（13）的侧壁设置有分风格栅（14），分风格栅（14）内置设置加热管（4），其特征在于：
还包括回风通道（15）和循环风机（5），回风通道（15）设置在进风通道（13）与箱体（1）外壁之间，循环风机（5）连通回风通道（15）与进风通道（13）；
出风管（12）与回风通道（15）连接。
