[0019]工作原理:在使用该钛合金铸锭用真空自耗炉时,首先需对整个钛合金铸锭用真 空自耗炉有一个结构上的了解,钛合金在铸锭过程中,控制箱6控制空气冷却器16将制造冷 空气抽入冷却箱I3内,对水进行制冷,且同冷水由抽水栗11抽入到循环管道10内,循环管道 10内的静态混合器I2将冷水与冷空气相混合,使冷水和冷空气一同对铜坩埚7中的热量进 行了冷却,并带走大量的热量,起到防止铜坩埚7内热量过高造成铸锭过程中不稳定容易发 生爆炸作用,保证了钛合金铸锭过程中的稳定性,提高了钛合金铸锭后的品质,铜坩埚7采 用挤压法制造而成,筒体组织致密、抗变形性能闻,进一步的保证钦合金铸锭后的质量,冷 却箱I3内温度传感器14和液位传感器I5实时监测冷却箱13内的温度和水位,当温度过高或 水位过低时,将信号传输给控制箱6,控制箱6控制真空自耗炉慢慢停止工作,避免真空自耗 炉发生恶性事故。

1.钛合金铸锭用真空自耗炉,包括炉壳(1)、电极升降控制器(2)、电极杆(3)、自耗电极 ⑷、罗茨真空泵(5)、控制箱⑹、铜坩埚(7)、电弧熔炼区⑻、熔池(9)、循环管道(10)、抽水 泵(11)、静态混合器(12)、冷却箱(13)、温度传感器(14)、水位传感器(15)和空气冷却器 (16),其特征在于:所述炉壳(1)顶部设置有电极升降控制器(2),所述电极升降控制器(2) 驱动电极杆(3)控制自耗电极(4)作上下往复运动,所述炉壳(1)底部设置有铜坩埚(7),且 铜坩埚⑺上内设有熔池(9),所述熔池⑼与自耗电极⑷之间为电弧熔炼区⑻,所述炉壳 (1)与罗茨真空泵⑸通过管道相连接,所述炉壳⑴与冷却箱(13)通过循环管道(10)相连 接,且循环管道(10)内设置有静态混合器(12),所述循环管道(10)上设置有抽水栗(11),所 述冷却箱(13)顶部设置有空气冷却器(16),且冷却箱(13)内部设有温度传感器(14)和液位 传感器(15),所述电极升降控制器(2)、罗茨真空泵(5)、抽水栗(11)、温度传感器(14)、水位 传感器(15)和空气冷却器(16)均匀控制箱⑹电性相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钛合金铸锭用真空自耗炉,其特征在于:所述铜坩埚(7)通过 挤压法制造而成。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的钛合金铸锭用真空自耗炉,其特征在于:所述空气冷却器(16) 与冷却箱(13)内部相连通。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的钛合金铸锭用真空自耗炉,其特征在于:所述冷却箱(13)内设 有冷却剂,且冷却剂选用水。
