1. 一种淀粉糖生产连续糖化装置,包括串联的多组糖化单元,其特征在于:所述的糖化 单元包括两个以上冷却罐和一个混合罐,其中两个以上冷却罐并联以后再与一个混合罐串 联;所述冷却罐设有冷却水盘管;所述混合罐的容积不大于与其串联的冷却罐的总容积。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种淀粉糖生产连续糖化装置,其特征在于:所述混合罐的容 积为与其串联的冷却罐总容积的1/2〜2/3。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种淀粉糖生产连续糖化装置,其特征在于:所述混合罐内设 有环形层结。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种淀粉糖生产连续糖化装置,其特征在于:所述环形层结包 括内环和外环,所述外环固定于混合罐的内侧壁上,所述混合罐的中心设有立柱,所述内环 固定于立柱上,所述内环和外环交错设置。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种淀粉糖生产连续糖化装置,其特征在于:所述内环和外环 的宽度不超过混合罐罐体半径的1 /3。
