背景技术
骨牵引是用于骨折复位、固定等骨科疾病的治疗方法之一，主要针对不宜手术或者下肢移动困难的患者，此情况下长期保持一个姿势，不利于下肢康复，易造成关节僵硬、肌肉痉挛，更有皮肤坏死，临床上通过牵引的方式帮助康复。
一般的牵引架是通过连接件固定在床头或者床尾，为固定连接，无法进行移动；有些可以移动的牵引器通过滑轮为固定结构，向外凸出占用很大空间，人经过时容易碰到。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：针对现有技术存在的不足，提供一种可翻转，不占用空间的骨科牵引架。
为实现本实用新型之目的，采用以下技术方案予以实现：
一种骨科牵引架，包括牵引本体，所述的牵引架本体包括两侧的挂勾杆和连接两侧挂勾杆的连接杆，连接杆上套接有滑动杆，滑动杆的另一端上装有滑轮组，滑轮组上设有调节绳子松紧的滑轮开关，滑动杆在滑轮组下侧设有转动块，转动块上设有转动开关。
作为优选方案，所述滑轮组内装有3个滑轮，滑动杆连接在中间滑轮的滑轮组外侧面上。
作为优选方案，所述滑动杆与连接杆连接处设有滑动开关。
与现有技术相比较，本实用新型的有益效果是：在牵引架上设计转动块，通过将滑轮组5翻转到水平，减少占用空间，不易引起人触碰等情况的发生；多种调节手段，方便牵引时各种姿势和位置的需求。

下面根据附图1-2对本实用新型的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
实施例
一种骨科牵引架，包括牵引本体1，所述的牵引架本体1包括两侧的挂勾杆2和连接两侧挂勾杆2的连接杆3，连接杆3上套接有滑动杆4，滑动杆4的另一端上装有滑轮组5，滑轮组5上设有调节绳子松紧的滑轮开关10，滑动杆4在滑轮组5下侧设有转动块6，转动块6上设有转动开关7，所述滑轮组5内装有3个滑轮8，滑动杆4连接在中间滑轮8的滑轮组5外侧面上，所述滑动杆4与连接杆3连接处设有滑动开关9。
使用中，将挂勾杆2挂在任意的床头、床尾的杆或板上，滑轮组5倾斜放置，转开滑动开关9，可以对滑轮组5左右调节，同时可以调节滑动杆4的倾斜角度，穿入后绳子的松紧通过滑轮开关10进行调节。调节合适的牵引角度和距离后进行牵引。牵引完毕后，先转动滑动开关9，把滑动杆4翻到竖直位，关紧滑动开关9，再转开转动开关7，手握转动块6把滑轮组5转至水平位置，再关闭转动开关7，此时不会占用空间，引起人触碰等情况的发生。

1.一种骨科牵引架，包括牵引本体，所述的牵引架本体包括两侧的挂勾杆和连接两侧挂勾杆的连接杆，连接杆上套接有滑动杆，滑动杆的另一端上装有滑轮组，滑轮组上设有调节绳子松紧的滑轮开关，滑动杆在滑轮组下侧设有转动块，转动块上设有转动开关。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种骨科牵引架，其特征在于，所述滑轮组内装有3个滑轮，滑动杆连接在中间滑轮的滑轮组外侧面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种骨科牵引架，其特征在于，所述滑动杆与连接杆连接处设有滑动开关。
