背景技术
生物质燃料由秸秆、稻草、稻壳、花生壳、玉米芯、油茶壳、棉籽壳等以及“三剩物”经过加工产生的块状环保新能源，在生物质颗粒燃烧物的生产过程中，需要对原材料进行筛分，传统的筛分方式是通过人工筛分，类似于筛分细沙，需要大量的人力物力，且效率低下。

为解决现有技术方案的缺陷，本实用新型公开了一种提高工作效率、省时省力的全自动筛机。
本实用新型公开了一种全自动筛机，包括：机架、筛桶、电机、挡墙、支架、传送带，所述的机架上通过转轴转动安装一个筛桶，所述的机架的右端通过螺栓固定一个电机，所述的电机的转轴与筛桶的转轴通过皮带连接，所述的机架上通过螺栓固定一个挡墙，且挡墙在筛桶的正下方，所述的筛桶的正下方通过螺栓将支架固定在地面上，所述的支架上通过螺栓固定一个传送带，所述的机架的左端高于右端，所述的支架的左端高于右端，所述的筛桶上设有入料门，所述的挡墙的下端设有出料孔。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型具有以下有益优点：
1、提高工作效率；

如图1所示，本实用新型公开了一种全自动筛机，包括：机架1、筛桶2、电机3、挡墙4、支架5、传送带6，所述的机架1上通过转轴转动安装一个筛桶2，所述的机架1的右端通过螺栓固定一个电机3，所述的电机3的转轴与筛桶2的转轴通过皮带连接，所述的机架1上通过螺栓固定一个挡墙4，且挡墙4在筛桶2的正下方，所述的筛桶2的正下方通过螺栓将支架5固定在地面上，所述的支架5上通过螺栓固定一个传送带6，所述的机架1的左端高于右端，所述的支架5的左端高于右端，所述的筛桶2上设有入料门，所述的挡墙4的下端设有出料孔。
本实用新型是这样实施的：在使用的过程中，将原材料倒入筛桶2中，启动电机3，电机3带动筛桶2转动，原材料被从筛桶2中甩出来，由于挡墙4的存在，被甩出来的原材料会滑落在挡墙4的下方，掉落在传送带6上，传送到下一道工序。

1.一种全自动筛机，包括：机架、筛桶、电机、挡墙、支架、传送带，其特征在于：所述的机架上通过转轴转动安装一个筛桶，所述的机架的右端通过螺栓固定一个电机，所述的电机的转轴与筛桶的转轴通过皮带连接，所述的机架上通过螺栓固定一个挡墙，且挡墙在筛桶的正下方，所述的筛桶的正下方通过螺栓将支架固定在地面上，所述的支架上通过螺栓固定一个传送带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动筛机，其特征在于：所述的机架的左端高于右端，所述的支架的左端高于右端。
