[0002] 夏季天气炎热,家庭常用的挂式空调耗电量巨大,使传统能源供应日趋紧张;而水冷空调虽然耗电量低,但是由于现有产品功能不完善,导致水资源浪费非常严重。冬季天气寒冷,城市和农村供暖会消耗大量的煤炭及其它不可再生资源,不仅加剧了传统能源供应紧张的局面,还使得空气污染日趋严重。而且光照充足时,太阳能集热器中热水的热量得不到充分利用,热量散失严重却被人忽视。
发明内容
[0003] 针对上述情况,充分考虑我国大部分地区太阳能资源丰富的特点,本实用新型提出一种家用太阳能温度调节系统,高效收集并利用太阳能的光热资源,在满足普通家庭夏季降温、冬季供暖需求的同时,节约传统能源,保护自然环境。
[0004] 本实用新型的技术方案:一种家用太阳能温度调节系统,主要包括:太阳能集热器、太阳能电池板、控制阀、三向控制阀、加热装置、水栗、控制器、蓄电池、室内换热装置、墙体换热管路、屋顶隔热层、自来水水箱、循环水水箱和管路。太阳能集热器和太阳能电池板均固定在室外屋顶,向阳放置;屋顶隔热层固定在室外屋顶,由相互连通的密封扁平铁质水箱构成;太阳能集热器、三向控制阀和加热装置之间通过管路相互连接;加热装置和水栗通过管路相互连接;水栗通过管路分别与室内换热装置、墙体换热管路、屋顶隔热层和自来水水箱连接;三向控制阀通过管路分别与室内换热装置、墙体换热管路、屋顶隔热层、自来水水箱和循环水水箱连接;控制器通过导线分别与太阳能电池板、蓄电池、加热装置、水栗、三向控制阀和控制阀连接;室内换热装置、墙体换热管路、屋顶隔热层、自来水水箱和循环水水箱进水和出水端口均设置有控制阀。
[0005]管路从自来水水箱内部穿过,管路内侧的循环水与外侧的自来水相互之间不接触。自来水水箱内的水可作为饮用水使用;循环水水箱内的水作为非饮用水使用。
[0006] 三向控制阀只有两种工作状态,第一种状态:将其右侧回路与左侧太阳能集热器管路连接,与下侧管路截止;第二种状态:将其右侧回路与下侧管路连接,与左侧太阳能集热器管路截止。
[0007] 家用太阳能温度调节系统整个回路在正常使用的情况下都是密封的,与外部空气无接触。处于室外的管路外侧设置有保温层,处于室内的管路外侧无保温层。太阳能集热器位于该系统最高点,太阳能集热器顶部设置有气阀,由控制器控制,保证系统在供水和排水时能正常进行。加热装置内部设置有温度检测模块,可以检测水温并由控制器显示。循环水水箱内部设置有水位高度检测模块,并与控制器连接。
[0008] 本实用新型的有益效果是:节约能源保护环境,能够在一定程度上缓解传统能源供应紧张问题,市场前景广阔。

具体实施方式
[0012]白天光照充足时,太阳能电池板(13)将太阳能转化为电能,给控制器(11)提供电能,多余的电能储存在蓄电池(10)中。由于其他原因导致无光照或光照不充足时,太阳能电池板(13)输出的功率不足以给控制器(I I)供电时,控制器(II)将自动转换到蓄电池(10)供电。当蓄电池(10)由于某些原因,输出的功率不足以给控制器(11)供电时,控制器(11)将自动切换到220V交流电供电以保证正常工作。
[0013] 当家用太阳能温度调节系统正常工作时,控制器(11)控制水栗(9)使水在整个密封回路中以适当的速度循环。
[0014]冬季天气寒冷,使用家用太阳能温度调节系统前,先将屋顶隔热层(6)两侧的控制阀(3)关闭,以保证气温过低时,该设备不受损害,而且降低热量的流失。当光照充足时,控制器(11)控制三向控制阀(2)在第一种工作状态下工作;控制器(11)将屋顶隔热层(6)两侧的控制阀(3)和循环水水箱(8)两侧的控制阀(3)关闭,其余控制阀(3)打开,对整个密封回路供水;控制器(11)控制供水端口处的控制阀(3)关闭,供水结束。太阳能集热器(I)对整个密封回路内的水加热升温,控制器(11)控制水栗(9)使水在整个密封回路中以适当的速度循环。经加热升温后的密封回路内的水流经室内管路、室内换热装置(4)、墙体换热管路(5)和自来水水箱(7)时散发热量,提升周围环境的温度。若密封回路内的水温达不到控制器
(11)设定的数值时,控制器(11)启动加热装置(12)对密封回路内的水进行二次加热,使密封回路内的水温达到设定数值。当光照强度不足或没有光照时,控制器(11)控制三向控制阀(2)在第二种工作状态下工作;控制器(I I)控制太阳能集热器(I)右侧控制阀(3)关闭,将太阳能集热器(I)与密封回路隔离。控制器(11)控制加热装置(12)对密封回路内的水进行加热。
[0015] 夏季天气炎热,控制器(I I)控制三向控制阀(2)在第一种工作状态下工作;控制器(I I)将循环水水箱(8)两侧的控制阀(3)关闭,其余控制阀(3)打开,对整个密封回路供水;控制器(I I)控制供水端口处的控制阀(3)关闭,供水结束。控制器(11)控制室内换热装置

[0016] 对整个系统排水时,在除了供水端口处的控制阀(3)和循环水水箱(8)两侧的控制阀(3)以外的所有控制阀(3)都打开的前提下,控制器(11)先将循环水水箱(8)右侧进水端口处的控制阀(3)打开,循环水水箱(8)内水位达到最大值时,控制器(11)再将循环水水箱(8)左侧排水端口处的控制阀(3)打开。当循环水水箱(8)内的水位低于最大值时,控制器(I O控制循环水水箱(8)两侧控制阀(3)关闭,系统排水完成。

1.一种家用太阳能温度调节系统,主要包括:太阳能集热器、太阳能电池板、控制阀、三向控制阀、加热装置、水栗、控制器、蓄电池、室内换热装置、墙体换热管路、屋顶隔热层、自来水水箱、循环水水箱和管路,太阳能集热器和太阳能电池板均固定在室外屋顶,向阳放置;屋顶隔热层固定在室外屋顶,由相互连通的密封扁平铁质水箱构成;太阳能集热器、三向控制阀和加热装置之间通过管路相互连接;加热装置和水栗通过管路相互连接;水栗通过管路分别与室内换热装置、墙体换热管路、屋顶隔热层和自来水水箱连接;三向控制阀通过管路分别与室内换热装置、墙体换热管路、屋顶隔热层、自来水水箱和循环水水箱连接;控制器通过导线分别与太阳能电池板、蓄电池、加热装置、水栗、三向控制阀和控制阀连接;室内换热装置、墙体换热管路、屋顶隔热层、自来水水箱和循环水水箱进水和出水端口均设置有控制阀。
