Abstract

一种带电作业用组合绝缘管,采用热缩氟塑料套管套于绝缘管上,并加热套管,使其收缩箍住绝缘管,达到提高表面湿闪性能,表面耐磨及降低造价的目的。

Description

本实用新型涉及高压输变电线路,设备带电作业用工具。
高压输变电线路及设备在进行带电检修时,常用的工具为绝缘管。现时世界各国及中国基本作用环氧树脂玻璃纤维绝缘管,其优点是强度高,绝缘性能好。但此类绝缘管存在两个弱点,一是表面机械强度不高,工作过程中易碰伤表层绝缘,二是表层憎水性能不好,在多雨地区易受雨淋而发生电力系统闪络事故,氟塑料憎水性能很好,表面硬度高,但价格高,如全部采用氟塑料制成绝缘管,则成本很高,失去经济价值。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种憎水性强,湿闪性能好,表面耐磨的热缩氟塑料套组合绝缘管。
本实用新型的以如下方式实现:采用热缩氟塑料(例如全氟四六乙丙烯)制成塑料套管,管径大小与绝缘管外径配合。将热缩氟塑料套管套在绝缘管外部后,采用日常普通加热方法对套管加热到120-180℃,此时套管收缩(收缩率约35%),收缩时排除套管与绝缘管之间的空气,套管紧紧箍在缘管上,形成一强度高的憎水绝缘层,从而提高绝缘管表层湿闪性能及机械强度,并达到质量好,价格低的目的。

本热缩氟套管也可套在带电作业用其它断面形状的绝缘件上,并加热收缩箍住绝缘件,达到上述目的。

1、一种带电作业用组合绝缘管,其特征是采用热缩氟塑料制成套管,套在绝缘管上并热缩。
2、如权利要求1所述的热缩氟塑料套管,其特征是也可套在带电作业用其它断面形状的绝缘件上。
