Abstract
一种带电作业用组合绝缘管，采用热缩氟塑料套管套于绝缘管上，并加热套管，使其收缩箍住绝缘管，达到提高表面湿闪性能，表面耐磨及降低造价的目的。
Description
本实用新型涉及高压输变电线路，设备带电作业用工具。
高压输变电线路及设备在进行带电检修时，常用的工具为绝缘管。现时世界各国及中国基本作用环氧树脂玻璃纤维绝缘管，其优点是强度高，绝缘性能好。但此类绝缘管存在两个弱点，一是表面机械强度不高，工作过程中易碰伤表层绝缘，二是表层憎水性能不好，在多雨地区易受雨淋而发生电力系统闪络事故，氟塑料憎水性能很好，表面硬度高，但价格高，如全部采用氟塑料制成绝缘管，则成本很高，失去经济价值。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种憎水性强，湿闪性能好，表面耐磨的热缩氟塑料套组合绝缘管。
本实用新型的以如下方式实现：采用热缩氟塑料（例如全氟四六乙丙烯）制成塑料套管，管径大小与绝缘管外径配合。将热缩氟塑料套管套在绝缘管外部后，采用日常普通加热方法对套管加热到120－180℃，此时套管收缩（收缩率约35％），收缩时排除套管与绝缘管之间的空气，套管紧紧箍在缘管上，形成一强度高的憎水绝缘层，从而提高绝缘管表层湿闪性能及机械强度，并达到质量好，价格低的目的。

本热缩氟套管也可套在带电作业用其它断面形状的绝缘件上，并加热收缩箍住绝缘件，达到上述目的。

1、一种带电作业用组合绝缘管，其特征是采用热缩氟塑料制成套管，套在绝缘管上并热缩。
2、如权利要求1所述的热缩氟塑料套管，其特征是也可套在带电作业用其它断面形状的绝缘件上。
