具体实施方式
[0022]下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本实用新型的保护范围。
[0023] 一种FFU新风空气净化器风道切换组件,包括内支撑板1、滑板2及外支撑板3,内支撑板、外支撑板及滑板均为矩形板,内支撑板与外支撑板面积相近,滑板宽度约为内、外支撑板的一半,面积大于内外支撑板左侧或右侧进风孔的面积。所述内支撑板固装于初效过滤器支架16的外侧,两者整体固装在FFU空气净化器17的外壳进风口外侧。
[0024] 在外支撑板的上下侧制有两条平行的长条孔,该长条孔为滑道,所述滑板安装在内支撑板与外支撑板之间,在滑板的顶部及底部均制有插件,上插件12插入上滑道内14,下插件13插入下滑道11内,滑板通过插件在外支撑板的滑道内滑动。
[0025] 在内支撑板的外侧面边沿制有一 U形插槽6,滑板插装于外支撑板上,两者作为一个整体件,插装于内支撑板的U型插槽内。
[0026] 在内支撑板上左侧制有室外风内侧进风孔7,在内支撑板的右侧制有室内风内侧进风孔8,在外支撑板的左侧制有室外风外侧进风孔10,在室外风外侧进风孔的外侧面固装管接头9,管接头连接室外风进风管4的内端,在室外风进风管的外端安装自带动力风扇或止风阀5。在外支撑板的右侧制有室内风外侧进风孔15。

[0028] 滑板在内、外支撑板间左右滑动,当其滑动到左侧时,挡在室外风内侧进风孔与室外风外侧进风孔之间,阻止室外风进入FFU,此时室内风外侧进风孔与室内风内侧进风孔相通,室内风进入FFU;当滑板滑动到右侧时,挡在室内风内侧进风孔与室内风外侧进风孔之间,阻止室内风进入FFU,此时室外风外侧进风孔与室外风内侧进风孔相通,室外风进入FFU;当滑板滑动到中间位置时,室内外进风孔同时部分导通,此时室内外风可同时进入FFU。通过移动滑板实现室外新风净化、室内空气净化、室内外空气同时净化三种模式之间自由选择,无需更换或拆卸零部件,操作简便快捷。

Claims (5)
1.一种FFU新风空气净化器风道切换组件,其特征在于:包括内支撑板、滑板及外支撑板,在内支撑板上左侧制有室外风内侧进风孔,在内支撑板的右侧制有室内风内侧进风孔,在外支撑板的左侧制有室外风外侧进风孔,在外支撑板的右侧制有室内风外侧进风孔,滑板滑动安装在内支撑板与外支撑板间,遮挡室内风进风孔或室外风进风孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新风空气净化器风道切换组件,其特征在于:在室外风外侧进风孔的外侧面固装管接头,管接头连接室外风进风管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新风空气净化器风道切换组件,其特征在于:在内支撑板的外侧面边沿制有一 U形插槽,滑板滑动插装于外支撑板上,两者作为一个整体件,插装于内支撑板的U型插槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新风空气净化器风道切换组件,其特征在于:在外支撑板的上下侧制有两条平行的长条孔,该长条孔为滑道,在滑板的顶部及底部均制有插件,上插件插入上滑道内,下插件插入下滑道内,滑板通过插件在外支撑板的滑道内滑动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新风空气净化器风道切换组件,其特征在于:所述内支撑板固装于初效过滤器支架的外侧,初效过滤器支架固装在FFU空气净化器的外壳进风口外侧。
