本实用新型属于封头制造领域，具体涉及一种用于拼接封头的焊接打磨装置。
背景技术
封头由于钢厂生产的钢板板宽的限制，基本1600以上的封头都需要拼接，现在公司都是分两个部门做两套程序，分别是焊接部和打磨部，人员和机械都需要两套，成本高，浪费严重，要是能在焊接完成后直接能完成打磨步骤，就能减少人员的配置，节约大量时间。
发明内容
发明目的：本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种用于拼接封头的焊接打磨装置。
技术方案：为了达到上述发明目的，本实用新型具体是这样来完成的：一种用于拼接封头的焊接打磨装置，包括埋弧焊机和砂轮打磨机，所述埋弧焊机和砂轮打磨机设于封头的两端；所述砂轮打磨机通过机械臂控制，进行水平位移，同时砂轮打磨机上的砂轮片自身做圆周运动。
其中，所述砂轮打磨机贴合封头，将封头上的焊渣推离封头表面。
其中，所述砂轮打磨机与埋弧焊机之间存在20~50cm的间距。
有益效果：本实用新型与传统技术相比，生产过程原材料的减少，节省了大量的人力劳动，大大降低了生产成本，同时减少了操作时间。

如图1所示的一种用于拼接封头的焊接打磨装置，包括埋弧焊机1和砂轮打磨机2，所述埋弧焊机1和砂轮打磨机2设于封头3的两端；所述砂轮打磨机2通过机械臂4控制，进行水平位移，同时砂轮打磨机2上的砂轮片自身做圆周运动，所述砂轮打磨机2贴合封头3，将封头3上的焊渣5推离封头3表面，所述砂轮打磨机2与埋弧焊机1之间存在20~50cm的间距。

1.一种用于拼接封头的焊接打磨装置，其特征在于，包括埋弧焊机（1）和砂轮打磨机（2），所述埋弧焊机（1）和砂轮打磨机（2）设于封头（3）的两端；所述砂轮打磨机（2）通过机械臂（4）控制，进行水平位移，同时砂轮打磨机（2）上的砂轮片自身做圆周运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于拼接封头的焊接打磨装置，其特征在于，所述砂轮打磨机（2）贴合封头（3），将封头（3）上的焊渣（5）推离封头（3）表面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于拼接封头的焊接打磨装置，其特征在于，所述砂轮打磨机（2）与埋弧焊机（1）之间存在20~50cm的间距。
