技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型属于煤矿安全技术领域,具体涉及一种模拟煤层压裂测试渗透率系统。
背景技术
[0002] 为了开发我国丰富的煤层气资源,我国煤层气工作者在借鉴美国等国家煤层气开发成功经验基础上,经过三十余年的煤层气基础理论研究与勘探开发实践,逐渐形成了“有利区块优选-钻井-压裂-排水采气”的煤层气勘探开发基础思路,在此基本思想指导下我国地面煤层气年产气量由2006年的I亿m3增加到2015年的44.25亿m3,煤层气年产气量以每年20%〜30%的速度递增。在煤层气产量迅猛增加的同时,煤层气开发深度由原来的400〜600m为主到目前的700〜1000m为主。随着煤层气开发深度的增加,煤层所受压力显著增加,煤的变形程度增加,导致煤层气井排采时煤粉产出量明显增加。排采初期,煤层气井的主要任务是排水降压,此阶段裂隙中煤粉可能会随着水产出。煤粉产出一方面可能使煤层裂隙宽度增加;另一方面缺少了煤粉的支撑,裂隙的支撑能力下降,裂隙宽度可能减少。在双重作用下,变形程度差异导致排水阶段煤粉产出量与渗透率关系变得复杂。进入产气阶段,游离气的压力和冲力作用可能使煤层中的煤粉进一步产出,煤储层渗透率的大小既与煤粉产出量有关,同时又与气体解吸、有效应力有关,渗透率与煤粉产出量关系更加复杂。确定产水阶段和产气阶段煤粉产出量与渗透率的关系,能为合理制定排采工作制度奠定基础,以便更有利于煤层气井的产气。
[0003] 为了查明煤层气井不同排采阶段煤粉产出量与压差、水量、气量的关系,我国煤层气工作者曾借助压裂模拟设备,铺置不同的支撑剂和煤粉,在不同压差和流量下测试煤粉、支撑剂的产出量,并建立数学模型得出煤粉产出临界条件。该方法最大缺陷在于无法模拟煤层本身属性条件及所处围岩条件,导致模拟结果与实际存在较大差异。一些研究者采用三轴夹持器设置不同的围压和轴压,模拟煤储层所受应力环境;钻取煤柱通过不同压差来测试煤粉产出量。但煤层气井在排采前要经过储层改造,改造后煤样力学性质与原始状态下差异较大,这种测试方法导致与实际偏差较大,无法真正有效地指导现场排采。因此亟需一种设备,既能模拟压裂作用后煤体情况,又能模拟煤层所受应力状态,更科学有效的指导煤层气井排采制度的制定。
实用新型内容
[0004] 针对现有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种模拟煤层压裂测试渗透率系统,能进行不同煤层属性参数、不同地层应力参数、不同粒径条件下煤层压裂模拟,最大限度的将模拟压裂作用下产出的煤粉排出实验装置,并进行准确测试和分析,同时对压裂作用前后煤样渗透率进行测试,为压裂参数优化提供借鉴。
[0005] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下:模拟煤层压裂测试渗透率系统,包括夹持器、底座和压裂控制装置,夹持器包括压裂管、套筒和岩样卡套,套筒为左右通透的圆筒形结构,套筒通过支架沿左右水平方向上固定在底座上,岩样卡套外形为圆筒形,岩样卡套位于套筒内且与套筒同轴线设置,岩样卡套的长度小于套筒的长度,压裂管外套设有一段活动管,活动管外套设有固定管,活动管的长度大于固定管的长度,固定管与套筒同轴线设置且固定管穿设在岩样卡套内;固定管上沿轴向方向开设有至少一排第一通孔,每排第一通孔等距间隔布置,活动管上沿轴向方向开设有与第一通孔对应连通的第二通孔,压裂管上沿轴向方向开设有与第二通孔对应连通的压裂孔,所有的压裂孔、第二通孔以及第一通孔均位于岩样卡套内;岩样卡套内壁与固定管外壁之间形成岩样填充腔,固定管的左端部从左到右依次套设有左内环、支撑环和岩心垫块,岩心垫块用于封堵岩样卡套的左端且位于岩样卡套的内部,左内环位于套筒的左端,左内环与套筒之间设有左外环,左外环的内圈和外圈分别与左内环的外圈和套筒的内壁螺纹连接,支撑环分别与左内环和岩心垫块顶压配合;固定管的右端部从左到右依次套设有筛状垫块和右内环,筛状垫块用于封堵岩样卡套的右端且位于岩样卡套的内部,右内环位于套筒的右端,右内环与套筒之间设有右外环,右外环的内圈和外圈分别与右内环的外圈和套筒的内壁螺纹连接;岩样卡套外壁与套筒内壁之间形成围压腔室;
[0006] 岩心垫块的左端面至少开设有一个注气孔,岩心垫块内开设有至少一个右端敞口的环形槽,注气孔与环形槽连通;压裂控制装置用于驱动活动管移动。
[0007] 压裂控制装置包括两组对称设置在套筒左端和右端的压裂驱动机构,位于左侧的压裂驱动机构包括固定在底座上的滚轮架,滚轮架的上端转动连接有两个滚轮,两个滚轮对称位于活动管的上侧和下侧,两个滚轮均与活动管啮合接触,其中一个滚轮的中心轴上连接有驱动手柄;所有滚轮的外圆周面均设有防滑纹。
[0008] 岩样卡套包括由四块截面呈弧形的壁板形成的一个圆筒形的管道,两块相邻的壁板之间设有导向连接框架,导向连接框架相对两侧分别设有用于穿设壁板的导向孔。

[0010] 采用上述技术方案,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:压裂测试系统通过活动管的来回移动,保证了压裂孔的开启与闭合;岩样卡套包括由四块截面呈弧形的壁板形成的一个圆筒形的管道,两块相邻的壁板之间设有导向连接框架;这样特殊的设计可是岩样卡套的径向能够扩张或收缩,保证了煤样受力均匀,同样确保了煤样的完整性;套筒右端设有用于遮盖煤粉收集瓶的挡罩,挡罩用于放置煤粉向外排出时落在煤粉收集瓶外边。

[0027] (I)、煤样制作;根据实验要求选取所需区块的煤样,破碎煤样,筛选不同粒径的煤粉,根据不同粒径的煤粉进行胶结后压制成圆筒形的煤样,在压制时确保成型后煤样的内径与固定管34的外径相同;
[0028] (2)、煤样力学性质测试;将制作的粒径不同的煤样选取若干进行力学性质测试;
[0029] (3)、组装实验装置和气密性检测;将围压腔室46分别与围压系统和注气系统连接,注气系统和围压系统均为煤层实验技术领域常用装置,将压裂管I与压裂液注入装置连接;
[0030] (4)、实验分组与测试;对制作的煤样进行分组编号,然后将煤样装入夹持器29中进行压裂实验,压裂结束后,收集产出的煤粉,并进行烘干处理,之后对煤粉的粒径、质量以及矿物含量测试,分析压裂作用产出煤粉组成成分及煤粉产出特征,同时在压裂前后通过测试压力变化和气体流量变化,对压裂前后及煤粉排出前后的样品渗透率进行测试分析;
[0031] (5)、综合研究;通过计算机IV设定压裂工艺参数并结合实验分组,测试出不同压裂工艺参数情况下煤粉产出量、产出粒径以及煤粉中矿物含量,并结合实验测试煤样压裂前后渗透率变化特征,分析煤粉产出原因及不同地区不同粒径下煤样产出煤粉规律。
[0032] 步骤(4)中煤样装入夹持器29中进行压裂测试的具体步骤为:
[0033] a)、拧下右内环44和右外环45,取下筛状垫块43,然后将煤样装入岩样卡套32的岩样填充腔38内,接着装配上筛状垫块43,最后重新将右内环44和右外环45螺纹连接在初始位置;
[0034] b)、对煤样施加围向压力;
[0035] c)、压裂液注入装置向压裂管I注入压裂液;
[0036] d)、进行压裂加载;转动驱动手柄58,驱动手柄58带动滚轮57转动,滚轮57拉动活动管33移动,最终压裂孔37、第一通孔35和第二通孔36对齐连通,压裂液由压裂孔37、第一通孔35和第二通孔36注入煤样,开始进行对煤样的压裂,压裂结束后,手动转动驱动手柄58,使第二通孔36与压裂孔37错开;接着打开注气系统开始向煤样中注气,高压气将煤样中残留的压裂液通过筛状垫块43外排出;
[0037] g)、去掉右内环44,然后增加注气压力,将煤样中的煤粉通过筛状垫块43排出至煤粉收集瓶,然后对煤粉收集瓶内的煤粉进行测试,当岩样卡套32内的煤粉排出完毕后,关闭注气系统,重新将右内环44装上,打开注气系统,对煤粉排出后的煤样进行渗透率测试,并记录结果,得出压裂后煤样渗透率。

1.模拟煤层压裂测试渗透率系统,其特征在于:包括夹持器、底座和压裂控制装置,夹持器包括压裂管、套筒和岩样卡套,套筒为左右通透的圆筒形结构,套筒通过支架沿左右水平方向上固定在底座上,岩样卡套外形为圆筒形,岩样卡套位于套筒内且与套筒同轴线设置,岩样卡套的长度小于套筒的长度,压裂管外套设有一段活动管,活动管外套设有固定管,活动管的长度大于固定管的长度,固定管与套筒同轴线设置且固定管穿设在岩样卡套内;固定管上沿轴向方向开设有至少一排第一通孔,每排第一通孔等距间隔布置,活动管上沿轴向方向开设有与第一通孔对应连通的第二通孔,压裂管上沿轴向方向开设有与第二通孔对应连通的压裂孔,所有的压裂孔、第二通孔以及第一通孔均位于岩样卡套内;岩样卡套内壁与固定管外壁之间形成岩样填充腔,固定管的左端部从左到右依次套设有左内环、支撑环和岩心垫块,岩心垫块用于封堵岩样卡套的左端且位于岩样卡套的内部,左内环位于套筒的左端,左内环与套筒之间设有左外环,左外环的内圈和外圈分别与左内环的外圈和套筒的内壁螺纹连接,支撑环分别与左内环和岩心垫块顶压配合;固定管的右端部从左到右依次套设有筛状垫块和右内环,筛状垫块用于封堵岩样卡套的右端且位于岩样卡套的内部,右内环位于套筒的右端,右内环与套筒之间设有右外环,右外环的内圈和外圈分别与右内环的外圈和套筒的内壁螺纹连接;岩样卡套外壁与套筒内壁之间形成围压腔室; 岩心垫块的左端面至少开设有一个注气孔,岩心垫块内开设有至少一个右端敞口的环形槽,注气孔与环形槽连通;压裂控制装置用于驱动活动管移动。
