[0002]目前废气净化设备的种类越来越多,随着工业的不断发展,传统的废气净化工艺已经不能满足现在有机废气净化需求。目前市场上缺少高精度和大型化废气净化产品,不能满足市场需求;还有,目前的废气净化产品存在性能低,稳定性和牢靠性差、外观外型不美观、外表处置粗糙,许多元器件质量差,寿命短、牢靠性低,影响整体产品的质量等诸多问题。因此,亟需应设计一种新型的净化设备来解决有机废气。

1.一种湿式静电除尘器,其特征在于,包括箱体,所述箱体由下至上依次设置烟气进口区、气流分布板、粉尘吸附装置、喷水装置和烟气出口区,所述粉尘吸附装置包括高压电源、阴极线和收尘极板,所述高压电源与阴极线电连接,阴极线设置于收尘极板内,所述烟气进口区的侧面开设有烟气入口,所述烟气入口连接有除酸装置,所述除酸装置包括喷头和箱体,所述箱体底部设置有碱液槽和回收孔,所述回收孔与碱液槽的顶部相连,喷头通过加压装置连接碱液槽。
