[0001]本发明涉及流量计设备技术领域,尤其是一种矿用隔爆兼本安型流量计。
背景技术
[0002] 电磁流量计是一种根据法拉第电磁感应定律来测量管内导电介质体积流量的感 应式仪表,米用单片机嵌入式技术,实现数字励磁,同时在电磁流量计上采用CAN现场总线, 属国内首创,技术达到国内领先水平,电磁流量计在满足现场显示的同时,还可以输出4~ 20mA电流信号供记录、调节和控制用,现已广泛地应用于化工、环保、冶金、医药、造纸、给排 水等工业技术和管理部门。电磁流量计除可测量一般导电液体的流量外,还可测量液固两 相流,高粘度液流及盐类、强酸、强碱液体的体积流量。但是,目前现有的流量计结构简单, 功能单一,在矿石开采等严峻环境中无法起到隔爆保护的作用,因此,实用性较低。
发明内容
[0003]本发明的目的在于提供一种简单使用,精准度高的矿用隔爆兼本安型流量计,以 解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
[0004]为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种矿用隔爆兼本安型流量计,包括 流量计壳体和转换器壳体,所述流量计壳体的上端设置有接线端子,流量计壳体的空腔内 设置有传感器,传感器的端子外接有信号线;所述信号线分为红色芯线和绿色芯线,在红色 芯线和绿色芯线的外端还包裹有金属网屏蔽层;所述红色芯线、绿色芯线和金属网屏蔽层 的前端口均通过冷压端头加以固定,在信号线与传感器的连接处还设置有热缩管;所述传 感器通过信号线与流量计壳体上的接线端子电性连接,接线端子通过外接的电缆线与转换 器壳体电路连接;所述转换器壳体的下端设置有输入输出接口,输入输出接口通过电缆线 与接线端子电性连接;所述转换器壳体的端面上还分别设置有显示屏、按键按钮和铭牌,显 示屏和按键按钮均与转换器壳体内部的电路板电性连接。

[0008]本矿用隔爆兼本安型流量计,通过设置的流量计壳体和转换器壳体,运用法拉第 电磁感应定律原理,在测量流量时,导电性液体以流速V流过垂直于流动方向的磁场时,导 电性液体的流动感应出一个与平均流速成正比的电压,其感应电压信号通过与液体直接接 触的电极检出,通过传感器将检测到的信号输送到转换器壳体内,并由转换器壳体内的电 路板输出标准P电流信号,并在显示屏进行数据显示,供人们观察;同时,通过按键按钮实 现信号的远距离传送,可安装使用于煤矿井下等有爆炸性危险的场所,其实用性强检测效 率高。

[0013]请参阅图1-2,本发明实施例中,一种矿用隔爆兼本安型流量计,包括流量计壳体1 和转换器壳体4,流量计壳体1的上端设置有接线端子2,流量计壳体丨的空腔内设置有传感 器3,传感器3用于检测矿用地区的参数设置,传感器 3的端子还外接有信号线31;信号线31 分为红色芯线311和绿色芯线312,将信号线31以红色芯线311和绿色芯线312分别标注,方 便接线,避免接线错乱,提高工作人员的接线效率;在红色芯线311和绿色芯线312的外端还 包裹有金属网屏蔽层 313,金属网屏蔽层313可以有效避免周围弱磁场对检测数据的干扰, 提高检测数据的精准度;在红色芯线311、绿色芯线312和金属网屏蔽层313的前端口均通过 冷压端头314加以固定,通过硬质的冷压端头314方便各芯线之间的连接,在信号线31与传 感器3的连接处还设置有热缩管 32,热缩管32起到固定信号线31与传感器3之间的牢固力 度,避免脱线,影响检测效率;传感器3通过信号线31与流量计壳体1上的接线端子2电性连 接,接线端子 2通过外接的电缆线与转换器壳体4电路连接,使得传感器3将检测到的数据能 及时传递到转换器壳体4中;转换器壳体4的下端设置有输入输出接口 41,输入输出接口 41 通过电缆线与接线端子2电性连接;转换器壳体4的端面上还分别设置有显示屏42、按键按 钮43和铭牌44,显示屏42和按键按钮43均与转换器壳体4内部的电路板电性连接,使得传感 器3检测到的数据能在显示屏42上显示出来,以便人们观察;而且,通过设置的按键按钮43 可以对产品的数值进行自行设置,按键按钮43包括确认键、复合键、上键和下键四个按钮, 工作人员可根据说明书进行调节;同时,由于矿用地区的安全系数较低,因此对矿用地区的 环境温度进行检测是有必要的,在转换器壳体4空腔内的边缘处还均设置有隔爆接合面层, 可以起到有效隔爆的作用;在实际使用过程中,流量计壳体1和转换器壳体4储藏在空气流 通、千燥、不含有破坏金属和绝缘的腐蚀性气体的库房中,且环境温度控制在0-4(TC范围及 相对湿度小于S5%的场所,避免因为储存方法不当,导致产品检测失灵或产生误差。
[0014] 综上所述:本矿用隔爆兼本安型流量计,通过设置的流量计壳体1和转换器壳体4, 运用法拉第电磁感应定律原理,在测量流量时,导电性液体以流速V流过垂直于流动方向的 磁场时,导电性液体的流动感应出一个与平均流速成正比的电压,其感应电压信号通过与 液体直接接触的电极检出,通过传感器3将检测到的信号输送到转换器壳体4内,并由转换 器壳体4内的电路板输出标准的电流信号,并在显示屏42进行数据显示,供人们观察;同时, 通过按键按钮43实现信号的远距离传送,可安装使用于煤矿井下等有爆炸性危险的场所, 其实用性强检测效率高。 _
