背景技术
大米在加工过程中抛光尤为重要，其以往的抛光箱体内，根据加工的需要都放入抛光球，通过箱体旋转对大米进行抛光，由于抛光球是散落在箱体内，其在与大米分离时通常是在箱体上安装不同的筛网片，进行过滤，这样，有时筛网容易堵住出料口，为此特别设计了一种新型的米厂加工用的抛光箱，以满足加工要求。

一种新型大米加工用抛光箱，包括箱体1、支撑柱2、抛光球3、进料口4、出料口5、筛片6，其特征在于：箱体1呈圆柱形，在箱体1上设置有固定的支撑柱2，支撑柱2上设有抛光球3，在箱体1上设有进料口4、出料口5，进料口4上镶嵌有筛片6。

结合图1说明本实施方式，一种新型大米加工用抛光箱，包括箱体1、支撑柱2、抛光球3、进料口4、出料口5、筛片6，其特征在于：箱体1呈圆柱形，在箱体1上设置有固定的支撑柱2，支撑柱2上设有抛光球3，在箱体1上设有进料口4、出料口5，进料口4上镶嵌有筛片6。
箱体设置有支撑柱，支撑柱上设置有抛光球，在箱体在转动时，抛光球可通过弹力绳与支撑柱分离，分离距离在5-15mm，其能更好的对米进行抛光。根据需要可在支撑柱上设置若干个固定的抛光球，与可分离抛光球交错排列。进料口上镶嵌有的筛片，筛片其网孔直接是大米长直径与宽的两倍，其在网孔边缘是采用与魔术贴结构相似的倒钩网圈够成，可以在进料时对絮状物进行遮挡。
