一种DMC除尘器,包括箱体、支架,箱体上安装有顶盖,箱体由边框对位打孔的槽型板通过螺丝连接而成,上箱体上设置有出风口,中箱体内安装有带圆孔的花板,骨架安装在花板的圆孔下方,过滤袋套装在骨架上,花板上方安装有曝气管,曝气管一端封闭,另一端与由脉冲阀控制的气缸连通,气缸与压缩空气机连通,曝气管管身上设置有朝向过滤袋出口的出气孔,下箱体上设置有进风口与检修口,下箱体下方安装有灰斗。本实用新型中,箱体便于拆卸安装搬运,制作流程工艺简单,减少制造成本,利用脉冲阀以及曝气管,对过滤袋反吹风,除去粘黏在过滤袋的粉尘,防止堵塞。

[0003] 在现有技术中,脉冲袋式除尘器本体结构主要由上部通气道(净气室)、中部通气道(袋室)、下部通气道(灰斗)、通气道、清灰系统和排灰机构等部分组成。其中,含尘气体由进风道进入下部通气道(灰斗),粗尘粒直接落入下部通气道(灰斗)底部,细尘粒随气流转折向上进入中通气道(袋室),粉尘积附在过滤袋外表面,过滤后的气体进入上通气道下来,从而实现气固分离。现有的脉冲袋式除尘器的过滤袋效率低下,且容易堵塞,影响过过滤效果。

[0021] 本实用新型的如附图1-4所示,一种DMC除尘器,包括箱体、支架I,箱体安装在支架I上方,箱体包括上箱体2、中箱体、下箱体,所述上箱体上方安装有顶盖4,所述上箱体上设置有出风口 8,所述中箱体内安装有带有通孔的花板5,所述花板5下方安装有骨架6,所述骨架6上套装有过滤袋,所述花板5与出风口 8之间安装有一端封闭的曝气管7,曝气管7与气缸连通,曝气管7管身上设置有朝向过滤袋出口的出气孔,所述气缸与空气压缩机连通,气缸与曝气管7之间设置有脉冲阀,所述下箱体上设置有进风口9和检修口,所述下箱体下方安装有灰斗3。上箱体的侧壁上设置有出风口 8上,出风口 8与引风机通过管路连通,下箱体上设置有进风口 9,进风口 9通关管路与粉尘收集器连通,引风机工作,粉尘通过进风口 9进入到下箱体中,较重质量的粉尘在重力作用下坠落到灰斗3中,轻质粉尘在引风机的抽力作用下向上运动,经过花板5,花板5上的通孔下方安装有钢丝骨架6用于支撑过滤袋,过滤袋套装在骨架6外面,轻质粉尘向上运动经过花板5下方安装的过滤袋过滤后,在引风机的作用下通过出风口 8排出;过滤袋在工作一段时间后,粉尘大量堆积在过滤袋上,容易造成过滤袋堵塞,花板5上方安装的曝气管7—端是封闭的,未封闭的另一端与气缸连通,管身朝向花板5圆孔一侧设置有出气孔,花板5上每一个通孔至少对应有一个出气孔,气缸内的气体通过空气压缩机来供气,气缸与曝气管7之间设置有脉冲阀,气压在急短的时间内将高压气体排放出去产生较大的冲击力将附着在过滤袋上的粉尘冲散,最后沉淀到下箱体下方的灰斗3,通过灰斗3上设置的卸灰口排出。

[0023] 所述过滤袋为玻璃纤维针织毯布袋,玻璃纤维针织毯布袋是采用玻纤与一定比例的耐热高温玻纤复合针刺而成的过滤材料,经过特殊织造与表面处理的玻纤织物,是比较理想的耐高温,中温、低温和湿度较的过滤材料,经过比较不同类别的过滤袋,最终发现玻璃纤维针织毯布袋具有较佳的过滤效果,过滤后的气体中粉尘达到国家排放标准。

1.一种DMC除尘器,包括箱体(2)、支架(I),箱体(2)安装在支架(I)上方,箱体(2)包括上箱体、中箱体、下箱体,其特征在于:所述上箱体上方安装有顶盖(4),所述上箱体上设置有骨架(6),所述中箱体内安装有带有通孔的花板(5),所述花板(5)下方安装有骨架(6),所述骨架(6)上套装有过滤袋,所述花板(5)与骨架(6)之间安装有一端封闭的曝气管,曝气管与气缸连通,曝气管管身上设置有朝向过滤袋出口的出气孔,所述气缸与空气压缩机连通,气缸与曝气管之间设置有脉冲阀,所述下箱体上设置有进风口(9)和检修口,所述下箱体下方安装有灰斗(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的DMC除尘器,其特征在于:所述箱体⑵由边框对位打孔的槽型板采用螺丝连接而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的DMC除尘器,其特征在于:所述过滤袋为玻璃纤维针织毯布袋。
4.根据权利要求3所述的DMC除尘器,其特征在于:所述中箱体上设置有观察窗(10)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的DMC除尘器,其特征在于:所述下箱体侧壁上安装有爬梯。
6.根据权利要求5所述的DMC除尘器,其特征在于:所述顶盖(4)上安装有手环(41)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的DMC除尘器,其特征在于:所述花板(5)上的通孔为圆形通孔。
