Detailed Description
The present invention will be described below based on examples, but the present invention is not limited to only these examples.
Referring to fig. 1 (fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a cooker according to a first embodiment of the present invention), the cooker includes a panel and a bottom case 1, and the panel is disposed on the bottom case 1.
The panel comprises a middle plate 2 and a cover plate 3. That is, the panel is implemented as a double-layered panel structure including the middle plate 2 and the cover plate 3. The positions and sizes of the panel holes (namely the furnace end through holes) of the middle plate 2 and the cover plate 3 are consistent, so that the furnace end can be conveniently installed. The middle plate 2 is fixed (e.g., by screws) to the bottom case 1. The cover plate 3 is fixed to the middle plate 2 (for example, as shown in fig. 1, the cover plate 3 may be fitted over the middle plate 2) such that a gap is provided between the middle plate 2 and the cover plate 3, which gap is suitable for heat dissipation and/or heat insulation. The cooking appliance further comprises a wind wheel assembly 4 (corresponding to the exhaust device of the present invention) adapted to discharge the hot gas inside the cooking appliance to the outside, the wind wheel assembly 4 being disposed in the installation cavity (i.e., the disposition space as will be further described below) formed by the bottom case 1, the middle plate 2 and the cover plate 3. Here, it is to be noted that other suitable air exhausting means may be used instead of the air wheel assembly 4.
A cavity is formed between the bottom case 1 and the middle plate 2, and the middle plate 2 is provided with an exhaust hole 12, thereby forming an exhaust passage 5 from the cavity to the gap via the exhaust hole 12. In a preferred example, the exhaust hole 12 is a slit provided in the middle portion of the middle plate 2, extending in the front-rear direction, between the two burner through holes 13.
In the illustrated example, the bottom case 1 is a disc-shaped member whose upper side is open and a notch is provided at a side end (e.g., left and right side ends) of the bottom case 1, a first bent portion 11 is provided at a side end (e.g., left and right side ends) of the middle plate 2, and a second bent portion 14 is provided at a side end (e.g., left and right side ends) of the cover plate 3, so that an arrangement space defined by the bottom case 1, the middle plate 2, and the cover plate 3 together is formed at a side end (e.g., one or both of the left and right side ends) of the cooktop, the arrangement space directly communicating with the gap and being separated from the cavity.
A ventilation device (e.g., a ventilation wheel assembly 4) is arranged in the installation space, whereby when the ventilation device is operated, gas is forced to enter the cavity from a ventilation hole 9 (e.g., two apertures located at the rear side of the bottom case) provided at the bottom case 1, flow to the installation space via the ventilation channel 5, and then be discharged from the installation space to the outside of the cooktop. In this way, on the one hand, an efficient heat dissipation is achieved, while on the other hand, a sufficient supply of primary air is improved (i.e. fresh air is promoted to enter the interior of the hob from the ventilation holes 9, thereby providing sufficient primary air at the nozzles).
In some examples, an exhaust port is provided at the second bent portion 14 of the cover plate 3 (e.g., the exhaust port may be located at a lower end of the second bent portion 14 so as to be adjacent to an upper surface of the bottom case 1), through which gas is discharged from the installation space to the outside of the cooktop.
In the illustrated example, the wind wheel assembly 4 has a wind wheel 7 and a support base 8, and the wind wheel assembly 4 is fixed to the bottom case 1 through the support base 8 without interfering with the middle plate 2 and the cover plate 3. For example, two support bases 8 are provided for the wind wheel 7 to support both ends of the wind wheel 7. Thus, since the wind wheel assembly 4 is mounted only to the relatively strong bottom case 1 without interfering with the middle plate 2 and the cover plate 3, it is possible to avoid vibration of the middle plate 2 and the cover plate 3 due to operation of the wind wheel assembly 4.
The wind wheel assembly 4 further comprises a motor 6 for powering a wind wheel 7, the motor 6 being mounted on the bottom shell 1. In some examples, unlike the rotor 7 of the wind wheel assembly 4 installed in the setup space, the motor 6 of the wind wheel assembly 4 may be installed in a cavity between the bottom case 1 and the middle plate 2 apart from the rotor 7.
In some examples, the motor 6 is connected with a knob switch of the hob such that the motor 6 is started synchronously or with a predetermined time delay when the knob switch is turned on and the motor 6 is turned off synchronously or with a predetermined time delay when the knob switch is turned off.
Referring to fig. 5, in the cooker of the second embodiment of the present invention, the cooker further includes a temperature sensor 15, and the motor 6 is connected to the temperature sensor 15 such that the motor 6 is turned on when the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor 15 is higher than a first predetermined threshold value and the motor 6 is turned off when the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor 15 is lower than a second predetermined threshold value (here, the first predetermined threshold value may be higher than the second predetermined threshold value). In this way, intelligent controllable cooling can be realized, and energy conservation is facilitated. In a preferred example, the temperature sensor 15 is provided on the middle plate 2, and particularly, the temperature sensor 15 may be provided at or near a burner (burner through hole) between the middle plate 2 and the cover plate 3. In this way, the temperature or maximum temperature in the hob can be reliably monitored.
The middle plate 2 is provided with a downwardly concave channel 16 (e.g., an arc-shaped channel extending throughout the middle plate 2 in the front-rear direction of the cooktop). The temperature sensor 15 may be provided at the channel 16. In addition, a burner through-hole of the middle plate 2 may be provided at the groove 16. Therefore, the concave channel is arranged, and the furnace end through hole with higher temperature is arranged at the channel, so that the situation that the temperature of internal parts excessively rises due to untimely heat taking can be avoided.
Here, it is to be noted that although in the above description the cooktops of the first and second embodiments each include a venting assembly, it is understood that the venting assembly may be dispensed with. In this case, since the panel is improved from a single-layer panel structure to a double-layer panel structure, heat is prevented from being diffused more than once into the cavity between the bottom case 1 and the middle plate 2 by the isolation effect of the middle plate, so that critical components arranged in the cavity can be protected from excessive temperature rise.
In a word, according to the utility model discloses, owing to change into double-deck panel with single-deck panel, can make most heat still not reach the cooking utensils inside just by the discharge, greatly reduce the inside temperature of cooking utensils, important spare part is not damaged in the protection cooking utensils. Moreover, as heat is continuously led out of the cooker, the temperature of the cover plate and the knob can be reduced, and the use comfort of a user is improved. In addition, the temperature sensor is installed in furnace end through-hole department between medium plate and the apron, and when the air temperature between apron and the medium plate reached certain degree, give the motor with the signal transmission, drive the wind wheel and begin work, and stop work when the temperature is less than a certain value promptly to can resources are saved and the unnecessary loss. In addition, the air flow in the cooker can be enhanced, and the supply of primary air is convenient.
The above description is only exemplary of the present invention and its modifications, and is not intended to limit the present invention, which may be modified and varied in many ways by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included within the protection scope of the present invention.
