[0002]聚氨酯材料是目前国际上性能最好的保温材料。主链含一NHCOO—重复结构单元的一类聚合物。英文缩写PU。由异氰酸酯(单体)与羟基化合物聚合而成。由于含强极性的氨基甲酸酯基,不溶于非极性基团,具有良好的耐油性、韧性、耐磨性、耐老化性和粘合性。
[0003]聚氨酯反应釜是聚氨酯生产过程中专用的生产设备,在聚氨酯反应釜内进行化学合成的过程中,为了提高合成效果,反应釜内一般会设有相应的搅拌机构和加热装置,以调节反应釜内的物料的温度和混合的一致性。但是,目前用于聚氨酯生产的反应釜的搅拌装置都是光滑的杆形,由于聚氨酯的物料粘度很大,普通的搅拌装置搅拌混合效果差,往往不能达到相应的搅拌混合效果,而混合达不到相应的搅拌效果也会导致其加热均匀程度不到位,影响物料整体反应的均匀性和产品的质量,而且在进料的时候进料量不准确,不能定量输入原料,使用极不方便,容易造成原料的浪费。
