Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种龙卷冷风扇,其中包括涡壳,所述涡壳的左、右侧面对称设有第一通孔,所述涡壳底部安装于风筒底座上,所述涡壳的上端安装有多个相互可以转动的风筒,多个所述风筒呈上下连接在一起,各所述风筒的前、后侧分别设有风筒前孔和风筒后孔,多个所述风筒的上端安装有上盖。本实用新型龙卷冷风扇可以朝各个方向吹出风,形成类似于龙卷风似的旋转风流,风吹到的空间范围广,使用面积大,可有效的搅动房间的空气,同时,吹出的雾气使室内降温且自动调节室内湿度,可吸附飞尘颗粒等有害物质,更进一步改善了空气质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种风扇,具体说涉及一种龙卷冷风扇。
背景技术
目前市场上的电风扇存在以下缺点:首先现有的风扇都只有一个口,只能朝一个方向吹,吹出的空间范围小,使用面积小;其次现有的风扇吹出的风速是定速的,吹到人身上,时间长了感觉不适;再则现有的风扇使用时间长了电机会发热,吹出的风是热风,不利于降低温度,使室内空气干燥,再加上空气中飘浮的颗粒物,使用者易感到不适。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种龙卷冷风扇,其可以朝各个方向吹出风,形成类似于龙卷风似的旋转风流,风吹到的空间范围广,使用面积大,可有效的搅动房间的空气,同时,吹出的雾气使室内降温且自动调节室内湿度,可吸附飞尘颗粒等有害物质,更进一步改善了空气质量。
为了实现上述方案,本实用新型的技术解决方案为:一种龙卷冷风扇,其中包括涡壳,所述涡壳的左、右侧面对称设有第一通孔,所述涡壳底部安装于风筒底座上,所述涡壳的上端安装有多个相互可以转动的风筒,多个所述风筒呈上下连接在一起,各所述风筒的前、后侧分别设有风筒前孔和风筒后孔,多个所述风筒的上端安装有上盖。
本实用新型龙卷冷风扇,其中两个所述第一通孔上分别安装有风筒进风栅。
本实用新型龙卷冷风扇,其中所述涡壳包括左涡壳和右涡壳,所述左涡壳和右涡壳通过卡扣方式连接在一起。
本实用新型龙卷冷风扇,其中各所述风筒包括前风筒和后风筒,所述前风筒和后风筒通过卡扣方式连接在一起,相邻两个所述风筒之间插接在一起。
本实用新型龙卷冷风扇,其中相邻所述风筒之间安装有滑垫。
本实用新型龙卷冷风扇,其中所述上盖与风筒之间安装有上盖座。
本实用新型龙卷冷风扇,其中所述涡壳内安装有主风扇机构,所述主风扇机构包括电机,所述电机与叶轮连接,所述叶轮的上方位于风筒内腔安装有导风板。
本实用新型龙卷冷风扇,其中还包括整体摆风机构,所述整体摆风机构包括设置于叶轮与风筒底座之间的齿轮盖、齿轮、钢珠座、转动座、齿圈及设置于风筒底座下面的同步电机及转动固定板,所述同步电机上安装所述齿轮,所述齿轮盖设置于齿轮上面,所述齿轮与所述齿圈啮合,所述齿圈安装在转动座下面,所述转动座的下面连接转动固定板,所述转动座安装于风筒底座上面。
本实用新型龙卷冷风扇,其中还包括雾化机构,所述雾化机构包括水箱、轴流风扇、线路板、雾化器及多个雾管,所述水箱安装于所述风筒底座下面,所述水箱下端连接雾化器和轴流风扇,所述雾化器上端连接多个雾管,多个所述雾管伸入多个所述风筒的内腔,且位于导风板的下面。
本实用新型龙卷冷风扇,其中所述上盖包括环状上盖装饰板,所述上盖装饰板的空腔部位滑动安装有上盖按键板,所述上盖按键板与控制所述主风扇机构、整体摆风机构及雾化机构的轴流风扇的控制电路板电连接,所述控制电路板安装于上盖与上盖座之间。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型龙卷冷风扇通过上述结构设计,当电机转动后,带动叶轮产生旋转风速,通过导风板将风导向多个风筒,由于多个风筒之间上下互插接,可以向左右方向自由转动,使风向四面发送,形成像龙卷风一样的旋风形式;而通过整体摆风机构的设置,当同步电机转动,带动其上的齿轮、齿圈、转动座等整体转动,使风扇整体转动,达到多方向送风的目的;而通过雾化机构的设置,水箱里的水通过雾化器形成雾气,轴流风扇将雾气通过雾管导向各个风筒,随风送出,达到加湿空气,吸附空气中飞尘颗粒等有害物质的效能;而通过设置电路控制板,当按动上盖按键板,输入人工需要的功能,会控制风扇的风量、风速、加湿量等参数,达到控温控恒湿的效果。

具体实施方式
如图1至图5所示,本实用新型龙卷冷风扇包括涡壳1,涡壳1包括左涡壳2和右涡壳3,左涡壳2和右涡壳3通过卡扣方式连接在一起。涡壳1的左、右侧面对称设有第一通孔4,两个第一通孔4上对称安装有风筒进风栅5。涡壳1的底部安装于风筒底座6上,涡壳1的上端安装有多个相互可以转动的风筒7,此实施例风筒7设置为三个,各风筒7分别包括前风筒8和后风筒9,前风筒8和后风筒9通过卡扣方式连接在一起,相邻两个风筒之间呈上下插接在一起,相邻两个风筒7之间安装有滑垫10。各风筒7的前、后侧分别设有风筒前孔11和风筒后孔12,三个风筒7的上端安装有上盖13。上盖13与风筒7之间安装有上盖座14;
涡壳1内安装有主风扇机构,主风扇机构包括电机15,电机15与叶轮16连接,叶轮16的上方位于三个风筒7的内腔中安装有导风板17;
本实用新型龙卷冷风扇还包括整体摆风机构,整体摆风机构包括设置于叶轮16与风筒底座6之间的齿轮盖18、齿轮19、钢珠座20、转动座21、齿圈22及设置于风筒底座6下面的同步电机23及转动固定板24,同步电机23上安装齿轮19,齿轮盖18设置于齿轮19的上面,齿轮19与齿圈22啮合,齿圈22安装在转动座21的下面,转动座21的下面连接转动固定板24,转动座21安装于风筒底座6的上面;
本实用新型龙卷冷风扇还包括雾化机构,雾化机构包括水箱25、轴流风扇26、雾化器27及多个雾管28,本实施例雾管28设置为两个。水箱25安装于风筒底座6的下面,水箱25的下端连接雾化器27和轴流风扇26,雾化器27上端连接两个雾管28,两个雾管28伸入三个风筒7的内腔,且位于导风板17的下面;
上盖13包括环状上盖装饰板29,上盖装饰板29的空腔部位滑动安装有上盖按键板30,上盖按键板30与用于控制主风扇机构、整体摆风机构及雾化机构的轴流风扇26的控制电路板31电连接,控制电路板31安装于上盖13与上盖座14之间。
工作时,当电机15转动后,带动叶轮16产生旋转风速,通过导风板17将风导向三个风筒7,由于三个风筒7之间上下互插接,可以向左右方向自由转动,使风可以向四面发送,形成像龙卷风一样的旋风形式;当同步电机23转动后,带动其上的齿轮19、齿圈22、转动座21等整体转动,使风扇整体转动,达到多方向送风的目的;而水箱25里的水通过雾化器27形成雾气,轴流风扇26将雾气通过两个雾管28导向各个风筒7,随风送出,达到加湿空气,吸附空气中飞尘颗粒等有害物质的效能;本实用新型通过电路控制板31控制,当按动上盖按键板30,输入人工需要的功能,会控制风扇的风量、风速、加湿量等参数,达到控温控恒湿的效果。

Claims (10)
1.一种龙卷冷风扇,其特征在于,包括涡壳,所述涡壳的左、右侧面对称设有第一通孔,所述涡壳底部安装于风筒底座上,所述涡壳的上端安装有多个相互可以转动的风筒,多个所述风筒呈上下连接在一起,各所述风筒的前、后侧分别设有风筒前孔和风筒后孔,多个所述风筒的上端安装有上盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的龙卷冷风扇,其特征在于,两个所述第一通孔上分别安装有风筒进风栅。
3.根据权利要求2所述的龙卷冷风扇,其特征在于,所述涡壳包括左涡壳和右涡壳,所述左涡壳和右涡壳通过卡扣方式连接在一起。
4.根据权利要求3所述的龙卷冷风扇,其特征在于,各所述风筒包括前风筒和后风筒,所述前风筒和后风筒通过卡扣方式连接在一起,相邻两个所述风筒之间插接在一起。
5.根据权利要求4所述的龙卷冷风扇,其特征在于,相邻所述风筒之间安装有滑垫。
6.根据权利要求5所述的龙卷冷风扇,其特征在于,所述上盖与风筒之间安装有上盖座。
7.根据权利要求1-6之一所述的龙卷冷风扇,其特征在于,所述涡壳内安装有主风扇机构,所述主风扇机构包括电机,所述电机与叶轮连接,所述叶轮的上方位于风筒内腔安装有导风板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的龙卷冷风扇,其特征在于,还包括整体摆风机构,所述整体摆风机构包括设置于叶轮与风筒底座之间的齿轮盖、齿轮、钢珠座、转动座、齿圈及设置于风筒底座下面的同步电机及转动固定板,所述同步电机上安装所述齿轮,所述齿轮盖设置于齿轮上面,所述齿轮与所述齿圈啮合,所述齿圈安装在转动座下面,所述转动座的下面连接转动固定板,所述转动座安装于风筒底座上面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的龙卷冷风扇,其特征在于,还包括雾化机构,所述雾化机构包括水箱、轴流风扇、雾化器及多个雾管,所述水箱安装于所述风筒底座下面,所述水箱下端连接雾化器和轴流风扇,所述雾化器上端连接多个雾管,多个所述雾管伸入多个所述风筒的内腔,且位于导风板的下面。
10.根据权利要求9所述的龙卷冷风扇,其特征在于,所述上盖包括环状上盖装饰板,所述上盖装饰板的空腔部位滑动安装有上盖按键板,所述上盖按键板与控制所述主风扇机构、整体摆风机构及雾化机构的轴流风扇的控制电路板电连接,所述控制电路板安装于上盖与上盖座之间。
