[0002]柴油发电机组是以柴油为主燃料的一种发电设备,以柴油发动机为原动力带动发电机(即电球)发电,把动能转换成电能和热能的机械设备。柴油发电机组在运行时存在震动大、噪声大的缺点。为了降低柴油发电机组的噪声,一般静音型柴油发电机组设有静音罩,柴油发电机组的发动机、发电机、散热器和控制系统等都安装在静音罩内部,并在静音罩内设置降噪进出风道等,以降低柴油发电机组工作时发出的噪声。
[0003]目前,柴油发电机组为了达到一定的降噪效果,通常需要设置体积比较大的静音罩,在静音罩内粘贴一定厚度的吸音棉,使得整个机组的体积大、重量大。同时,机组的发动机、发电机、散热器和控制系统等都安装在静音罩内,使得柴油发电机组配套安装性差和移动性拆差。
实用新型内容
[0004]本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种小体积超静音型柴油发电机组,能降低噪声、体积更小、重量更轻,可以适应不同场合安装,移动性好。
[0005]本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种小体积超静音型柴油发电机组,它主要包括柴油发动机发电机、水冷式消声器、底盘和散热器,柴油发动机、发电机和水冷式消声器均固定在机组底盘上,并且通过静音罩与外部环境隔离,底盘与静音罩之间通过可脱卸锁扣连接,散热器安装在静音罩外部,且散热器通过进水管和出水管与柴油发动机的冷却液套管相连形成冷却循环回路,所述柴油发动机的出烟口通过水冷式排气歧管与水冷式消声器相连,所述水冷式排气歧管包括与柴油发动机的出烟口相连的烟仓,所述烟仓通过排烟管与水冷式消声器相连,在所述烟仓的上方设置有冷却水仓,在所述冷却水仓上方两端设置有相互连通的冷却水回流管和冷却水出水管,所述冷却水出水管与水冷消声器相连通,所述冷却水回流管与外置的散热器相连。
[0006]优选地,在发电机左右两侧安装有进风护罩和出风护罩,在所述底盘靠近进风护罩的一侧壁面上开设有底盘进风口,所述底盘进风口与底盘底部开设的进风通道相连通,所述进风通道与进风护罩相连通,在底盘内开设有与出风护罩相连通的出风通道,所述出风通道与开设在底盘侧壁上的底盘排风口相连通,所述进风护罩和出风护罩分别与发电机罩壳上的发电机进风口和发电机出风口相连通。

[0008]本实用新型针对柴油发电机组噪声产生的来源,利用静音罩进行噪声控制分区,同时静音罩可对机组工作时产生的噪声起到很好的吸声隔声作用,并且散热器的移出,大大减小了机组的体积。

具体实施方式

[0017]参见图1一7所示,本实施例中的一种小体积超静音型柴油发电机组,主要包括柴油发动机1、发电机2、水冷式消声器3、底盘4和散热器10,柴油发动机1、发电机2和水冷式消声器3均固定在机组底盘4上,并且通过静音罩9与外部环境隔离,底盘4与静音罩9之间通过可脱卸锁扣连接,散热器10安装在静音罩9外部,散热器10可通过加长的连接管路实现远置安装。为同时满足机组静音和散热性能,本发明对机组各主要组成部分结构分别进行设计,具体设计如下:
[0018]柴油发动机I的结构设计:柴油发动机I的冷却主要包括缸体中水循环散热的冷却和柴油发动机I排烟系统的冷却。位于静音罩9外部的散热器10通过进水管6和出水管7与柴油发动机I的冷却液套管相连形成冷却循环回路,在由发动机驱动的液压栗的作用下,冷却液在柴油发动机I气缸的冷却液套管与散热器10之间循环,通过冷却液和散热器将发动机I工作时产生的热量排出到空气中,使柴油发动机I冷却。柴油发动机I排烟系统的冷却用到了水冷式排气歧管5和水冷式消声器3,通过循环水对发动机I排放的烟起到冷却消声作用,利用声音在液体中传播的原理进行消声,消声效果好,而且还可以过滤机组排出的有害气体,其中水冷式排气歧管5包括烟仓5.1,在所述烟仓5.1的下侧面开设有与柴油发动机I的出烟口相连的进烟口 5.2,所述烟仓5.1的一端连接有排烟管5.3,在所述烟仓5.1的上方设置有冷却水仓5.4,在所述冷却水仓5.4上方两端设置有相互连通的冷却水回流管5.5和冷却水出水管5.6,所述冷却水回流管5.5和冷却水出水管5.6通过冷却液管5.7相互连通;在所述水冷消声器3的正面开设有与排烟管5.3相互连通的水冷式消声器进烟口 3.1,以及与冷却水出水管5.6相连通的冷却水进水口 3.2,且在所述水冷消声器3的正面上方设置有消声器放气口 3.3和消声器温控开关3.4,在所述水冷消声器3的侧面设置有冷却水排水口3.5、水冷式消声器排烟口 3.6和消声器固定板3.7,排烟管5.4排出的废气进入水冷消声器3,再从水冷式消声器3排烟口排出;上侧设置有与散热器10相连的冷却水回流管5.5,冷却水从散热器由冷却水回流管5.5进入冷却水仓5.4,再从出水管5.6排出进入水冷式消声器3,最终冷却水从排水口 3.5排出。
[0019]发电机2的结构设计,发电机2的冷却具有独立式进风和排风系统,在发电机2左右两侧安装有进风护罩7和出风护罩8,在所述底盘4靠近进风护罩7的一侧壁面上开设有底盘进风口 9,所述底盘进风口 9与底盘4底部开设的进风通道11相连通,所述进风通道11与进风护罩7相连通,使得由底盘进风口 9进入的冷却风经过进风通道11后沿进风护罩7垂直向上流动,在位于出风护罩8下方的底盘4内开设有与发电机出风护罩8相连通的出风通道12,所述出风通道12与开设在底盘4侧壁上的底盘排风口 13相连通,所述进风护罩7和出风护罩8分别与发电机罩壳14上的发电机进风口 15和发电机出风口 16相连通。
[0020]静音柴油发电机在使用过程中,冷却风从底盘进风口进入,依次经过进风通道、发电机进风护罩、发电机进风口、发电机罩壳、发电机出风口、发电机出风护罩和底盘排风口。这样有效地提高了对机组的整体冷却效果,确保了柴油发电机组工作的可靠性。
[0021]本实施例中将柴油发电机组的散热器安装在静音罩外部,相比传统低噪声柴油发电机组,在达到相同降噪效果的情况下,减小了机组的主体部分的体积和重量。
[0022]作为优选,发动机、发电机与机组底盘连接处均安装了橡胶减震垫,降低震动对发电机和发动机造成的磨损,延长其使用寿命。

1.一种小体积超静音型柴油发电机组,其特征在于:它主要包括柴油发动机(I)、发电机(2)、水冷式消声器(3)、底盘(4)和散热器(10),柴油发动机(1)、发电机(2)和水冷式消声器(3)均固定在机组底盘(4)上,并且通过静音罩(9)与外部环境隔离,底盘(4)与静音罩(9)之间通过可脱卸锁扣连接,散热器(10)安装在静音罩(9)外部,且散热器(10)通过进水管(6)和出水管(7)与柴油发动机(I)的冷却液套管相连形成冷却循环回路,所述柴油发动机(1)的出烟口通过水冷式排气歧管(5 )与水冷式消声器(3 )相连,所述水冷式排气歧管(5 )包括与柴油发动机(I)的出烟口相连的烟仓(5.1),所述烟仓(5.1)通过排烟管(5.3)与水冷式消声器(3 )相连,在所述烟仓(5.1)的上方设置有冷却水仓(5.4),在所述冷却水仓(5.4 )上方两端设置有相互连通的冷却水回流管(5.5 )和冷却水出水管(5.6 ),所述冷却水出水管(5.6)与水冷消声器(3)相连通,所述冷却水回流管(5.5)与外置的散热器(10)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小体积超静音型柴油发电机组,其特征在于:在发电机(2)左右两侧安装有进风护罩(7)和出风护罩(8),在所述底盘(4)靠近进风护罩(7)的一侧壁面上开设有底盘进风口(9),所述底盘进风口(9)与底盘(4)底部开设的进风通道(11)相连通,所述进风通道(11)与进风护罩(7)相连通,在底盘(4)内开设有与出风护罩(8)相连通的出风通道(12),所述出风通道(12)与开设在底盘(4)侧壁上的底盘排风口(13)相连通,所述进风护罩(7)和出风护罩(8)分别与发电机罩壳(I4)上的发电机进风口(I5)和发电机出风口(16)相连通。
