【背景技术】
目前空调外机，在装配时，一般不能达到全自动。为解决此种问题，申请人研发了一种全自动装配空调外机的生产线，该生产线为了节省空间，将生产输送线设置有上、下两层，节省了生产输送线占用的空间，而本案则是将下层生产输送线的周转板输送到上层生产输送线中去的升降机。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种用于输送空调外机周转板的升降机。
针对上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种用于输送空调外机周转板的升降机，其特征在于包括机架1，在机架1上设有竖杆2在竖杆2上设有导轨3，在导轨3上设有滑板4，在滑板4上设有升降板5，在机架1上设有驱动滑板4进行升降从而使升降板到达生产输送线上、下层的驱动机构6。
如上所述的一种用于输送空调外机周转板的升降机，其特征在于在所述升降板5上设有可放置板材的滚动输送架7。
如上所述的一种用于输送空调外机周转板的升降机，其特征在于所述驱动机构6为气缸，在升降板5上设有一横梁8，该气缸的气缸杆连接到横梁8上。
本实用新型的有益效果有:
本案采用升降板来将置于下层生产输送线上的周转板输送到上层生产输送线中去。本案具有结构简单、使用效果好、节省成本、节省空间等优点。

下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型作详细说明：
如图所示，一种用于输送空调外机周转板的升降机，包括机架1，在机架1上设有竖杆2在竖杆2上设有导轨3，在导轨3上设有滑板4，在滑板4上设有升降板5，在机架1上设有驱动滑板4进行升降从而使升降板到达生产输送线上、下层的驱动机构6。更优的，在所述升降板5上设有可放置板材的滚动输送架7。
更优的，所述驱动机构6为气缸，在升降板5上设有一横梁8，该气缸的气缸杆连接到横梁8上。
使用时，气缸启动，带动滚动输送架7向下移动，使滚动输送架7下落到下层的生产输送线侧边，并与下层生产输送线对接，此时下层生产输送线上的周转板9在其输送线的驱动力和惯性下，周转板9进入滚动输送架7上，此时，气缸再动作，带动滚动输送架7向上移动，使滚动输送架7上升到上层的生产输送线侧边，并与上层生产输送线对接，在上层生产输送线的带动下，滚动输送架7上的周转板9进入上层生产输送线，从而实现上、下层的周转板输送功能。

1.一种用于输送空调外机周转板的升降机，其特征在于包括机架(1)，在机架(1)上设有竖杆(2)在竖杆(2)上设有导轨(3)，在导轨(3)上设有滑板(4)，在滑板(4)上设有升降板(5)，在机架(1)上设有驱动滑板(4)进行升降从而使升降板到达生产输送线上、下层的驱动机构(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于输送空调外机周转板的升降机，其特征在于在所述升降板(5)上设有可放置板材的滚动输送架(7)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于输送空调外机周转板的升降机，其特征在于所述驱动机构(6)为气缸，在升降板(5)上设有一横梁(8)，该气缸的气缸杆连接到横梁(8)上。
