在车床上加工带有螺纹的零件，又需要夹持螺纹部位时，由于螺纹外形是螺旋形的三角形，其夹持受力点在螺纹牙顶，是线接触，这样就容易损坏螺纹，导致螺纹不通。

本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足，从而提供一种夹持螺纹部位的夹具。
一种夹持螺纹部位的夹具，包括夹具体、楔销、滑块、销子、开口销、楔销孔，所述夹具体内部中心设有滑块；所述楔销穿设于夹具体上开设的楔销孔和滑块的孔上；所述楔销一端设有销子，销子上设有开口销。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明：
一种夹持螺纹部位的夹具，包括夹具体1、楔销2、滑块3、销子5、开口销6、楔销孔102，所述夹具体1内部中心设有滑块3；所述楔销2穿设于夹具体1上开设的楔销孔102和滑块3的孔上；所述楔销2一端设有销子5，销子5上设有开口销6。
所述夹具体1一端设有内螺纹101，夹具体1另一端设有夹持柄103。
所述楔销2上设有销孔201。
使用时，首先把工件4装入夹具体1的内螺纹孔中，工件4左端接触滑块3的右端面，把楔销2向上推出，保持如图2所示的间隙，然后用手把工件4拧紧，最后把楔销2向下轻敲，如图3所示，楔销2锁紧工件4。车削时，切削力使夹紧更加牢固。加工完毕，只要轻轻敲松楔销2，夹紧力消除，就可旋出工件4。

1.一种夹持螺纹部位的夹具，其特征在于：它包括夹具体（1）、楔销（2）、滑块（3）、销子（5）、开口销（6）、楔销孔（102），所述夹具体（1）内部中心设有滑块（3）；所述楔销（2）穿设于夹具体（1）上开设的楔销孔（102）和滑块（3）的孔上；所述楔销（2）一端设有销子（5），销子（5）上设有开口销（6）。
