转子是密炼机的核心部件,转子的结构直接影响密炼机炼胶质量和炼胶效率。现有的转子包括转子本体及位于表面转子本体上的长棱、短棱,长棱、短棱的棱顶高度相同,在混炼过程中,胶料混炼程度不均匀,混炼效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种设有高低棱的密炼机转子。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现其发明目的的,一种密炼机转子,它包括转子本体,转子本体表面均匀分布有四条长棱、四条短棱,四条长棱的螺旋方向与四条短棱的螺旋方向相反,四条长棱的螺旋角度与四条短棱的螺旋角度相等,所述的四条长棱包括按高低交替分布在转子本体一端两条高棱长棱、两条低棱长棱,所述的四条短棱包括按高低交替分布在转子本体另一端两条高棱短棱、两条低棱短棱,所述的高棱长棱与低棱短棱对应分布。
本实用新型所述的四条长棱的螺旋角度与四条短棱的螺旋角度为32°~35°。
本实用新型所述的两条高棱长棱、两条低棱长棱在所述转子本体横截面上呈90度对称分布。
本实用新型所述的两条高棱短棱、两条低棱短棱在所述转子本体横截面上呈90度对称分布。
本实用新型所述的高棱长棱与低棱长棱的高度差值为5mm,高棱短棱与低棱短棱的高度差值为5mm。
本实用新型所述的高棱长棱、低棱长棱、高棱短棱及低棱短棱的棱宽均相等。
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型较好的实现了发明目的,其结构简单,胶料每次通过转子上的高棱和低棱时就会发生两次挤压和捏炼作用,胶料混炼程度更均匀,混炼效率更高。两转子通过高低棱相互配合加强了剪切作用,进一步提高炼胶品质。

由图1可知,一种密炼机转子,它包括转子本体1,转子本体1表面均匀分布有四条长棱、四条短棱,四条长棱的螺旋方向与四条短棱的螺旋方向相反,四条长棱的螺旋角度与四条短棱的螺旋角度相等,所述的四条长棱包括按高低交替分布在转子本体1一端两条高棱长棱5、两条低棱长棱2,所述的四条短棱包括按高低交替分布在转子本体1另一端两条高棱短棱4、两条低棱短棱3,所述的高棱长棱5与低棱短棱3对应分布。
本实用新型所述的四条长棱的螺旋角度与四条短棱的螺旋角度为32°~35°。(本实施例为33°)
本实用新型所述的两条高棱长棱5、两条低棱长棱2在所述转子本体1横截面上呈90度对称分布。

本实用新型在混炼过程中,高棱长棱5或高棱短棱4与密炼室内壁形成一较小间隙,低棱长棱2或低棱短棱3与密炼室内壁形成一较大间隙,所述的小间隙促进剪切,大间歇促进揉捏、均化;胶料在进入密炼室后,首先越过低棱长棱2或低棱短棱3与密炼室内壁之间的较大间隙,产生较小的挤压力,发生初步混炼,然后在转子的带动下,再次越过高棱长棱5或高棱短棱4与密炼室内壁之间的较小间隙,在转子与密炼室之间就会产生强烈的挤压和捏炼作用,发生二次混炼。转子本体1上高棱长棱5和低棱长棱2及转子本体1上高棱短棱4和低棱短棱3均会与密炼室内壁形成三角形区域,在这一区域中会暂时存储一部分胶料,通过转子表面对于橡胶胶料的摩擦力,迫使其依次越过高棱长棱5和低棱长棱2及高棱短棱4和低棱短棱3,产生两次捏炼作用。因此,胶料每次通过转子本体1上的高棱和低棱时就会发生两次挤压和捏炼作用,胶料混炼程度更均匀,混炼效率更高。
在两转子相互配合中,一转子上的高棱长棱5与低棱长棱2配合,低棱短棱3与高棱短棱4配合,可使两转子之间的中心距减小,安装调整更加方便,也会减小密炼室的尺寸,而高低棱配合,也加强了剪切作用,进一步提高炼胶品质。

1.一种密炼机转子,它包括转子本体,其特征是转子本体表面均匀分布有四条长棱、四条短棱,四条长棱的螺旋方向与四条短棱的螺旋方向相反,四条长棱的螺旋角度与四条短棱的螺旋角度相等,所述的四条长棱包括按高低交替分布在转子本体一端两条高棱长棱、两条低棱长棱,所述的四条短棱包括按高低交替分布在转子本体另一端两条高棱短棱、两条低棱短棱,所述的高棱长棱与低棱短棱对应分布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种密炼机转子,其特征是四条长棱的螺旋角度与四条短棱的螺旋角度为32°~35°。
