Abstract
本实用新型提供的一种35kV带多间隙防雷绝缘子,陶瓷外套内设有阀片腔和电极腔,阀片腔内设置有氧化锌阀片,电极腔内设置有放电电极,相邻两片放电电极之间的距离为10毫米至15毫米,陶瓷外套上开设有与电极腔相通的放电孔,陶瓷外套强度较高可直接支撑架空导线,保证线路的绝缘水平;氧化锌阀片的设置,避免了架空线路雷击断线和跳闸事故;放电电极、放电孔的设置,在雷击过电压时熄弧能力强,并且通流容量较普通的避雷器更大;相对于现有技术,无需将绝缘子和避雷器分开安装,日常运行维护费用低;放电孔的轴线垂直于电极腔的轴线,并且,放电孔的直径不小于放电电极的厚度,放电孔具有良好的放电性能,大大优化了防雷绝缘子的防雷性能。

[0002] 35kV架空配电线路的雷电过电压幅值高,放电时间短,而35kV配电线路的绝缘水平低,雷电过电压能够使绝缘子发生闪络,在雷击闪络通道上形成工频续流造成线路故障。现有技术中,35kV架空线路防雷措施主要采用在线路绝缘子侧并联避雷器、招弧角或带空气间隙的防雷装置进行防雷,这种防雷方式造成现场安装结构复杂,改造难度较大,投入的人力、物力成本高。
发明内容

[0016]如图1所示,相邻两片放电电极3之间设有将相邻两片放电电极3连接在一起的绝缘连接杆9,所述放电电极3与绝缘连接杆9粘接在一起,多片放电电极3连接成一个整体,放电电极3便于装配,绝缘连接杆9可由陶瓷材料制得,所述放电电极3插接在电极腔5内,并且,放电电极3由低压法兰8定位。
[0017]氧化锌阀片2由金属氧化物制成,所述氧化锌阀片2采用符合DL/T815-2002《交流输电线路用复合外套金属氧化物避雷器》及GB11032-2000《交流无间隙金属氧化物避雷器》两个标准的材料制得,所述放电电极3由不锈钢材料制得。
[0018]上述技术方案的工作原理:陶瓷外套I内设有氧化锌阀片2和放电电极3,两邻两片放电电极3之间形成放电间隙,在雷电过电压作用下,氧化锌阀片2呈现低阻抗,将雷电电流泄放入地;雷电冲击过后,工频电压加载在氧化锌阀片2上,在交流过零点时,氧化锌阀片2的电阻瞬间变大,通过的电流即电弧电流被抑制在较低的数值上,此时,放电间隙的弧压增大,放电间隙的绝缘迅速恢复,电弧在极短时间内自然熄灭,工频续流被完全遮断,线路恢复正常运行。

1.一种35kV带多间隙防雷绝缘子,包括陶瓷外套⑴,其特征在于:所述陶瓷外套(I)内设有氧化锌阀片⑵,所述陶瓷外套⑴内还设有放电电极⑶,所述陶瓷外套⑴内设有固定氧化锌阀片⑵的阀片腔⑷和固定放电电极⑶的电极腔⑶,所述阀片腔⑷与电极腔(5)相通,并且,所述阀片腔⑷与电极腔(5)同轴,所述陶瓷外套⑴上设有与电极腔(5)相通的放电孔(6),所述放电孔(6)的轴线垂直于所述电极腔(5)的轴线,所述放电孔(6)的直径不小于放电电极(3)的厚度,相邻两片放电电极(3)之间的距离为10毫米至15毫米,所述放电孔(6)位于相邻两片放电电极⑶之间,所述陶瓷外套⑴包括与阀片腔⑷相接的高压端和与电极腔(5)相接的低压端,所述陶瓷外套(I)的高压端上设有固定高压导线的高压法兰⑵,所述陶瓷外套⑴的低压端上设有与支撑件连接的低压法兰⑶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种35kV带多间隙防雷绝缘子,其特征在于:所述氧化锌阀片(2)和放电电极⑶的横截面形状均为圆形,并且,所述氧化锌阀片⑵的直径大于放电电极(3)的直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种35kV带多间隙防雷绝缘子,其特征在于:相邻两片放电电极⑶之间设有将相邻两片放电电极⑶连接在一起的绝缘连接杆(9),所述放电电极⑶与绝缘连接杆(9)粘接在一起。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种35kV带多间隙防雷绝缘子,其特征在于:所述放电电极⑶插接在电极腔⑶内,并且,放电电极⑶由低压法兰⑶定位。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种35kV带多间隙防雷绝缘子,其特征在于:所述氧化锌阀片(2)插接在阀片腔⑷内,并且,氧化锌阀片⑵由高压法兰⑵定位。
6.根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的一种35kV带多间隙防雷绝缘子,其特征在于:所述高压法兰⑵、低压法兰(8)均与陶瓷外套⑴为一体式结构,并且,高压法兰(7)的直径等于低压法兰(8)的直径。
