[0002]目前,设备制造行业中普遍采用提高设备工作压力来获得相应饱和蒸汽温度的方法,这就造成生产中高温蒸汽的设备工作压力高、蒸发量大,且因设备主体、配套设备及运行费用大大增加而造成浪费。而一般的中小型企业仅仅需要少量的中高温蒸汽用于生产及生活,因此,运用上述中高温蒸汽设备对许多用户来说是背上了一个沉重的经济负担,在很大程度上抑制了生产和经济的发展。
[0003]市面上也有常压蒸汽设备,其工作压力一般不大于0.2MPa,但是其生成的蒸汽温度偏低,一般均在130°C以下,无法满足工业上的需求。而且,该常压蒸汽设备的能耗和烟尘排放均较高,不能满足节能环保的要求。

具体实施方式

[0021] 一次电磁加热器I用以对来自压力容器罐2内的水加热并使水汽化成蒸汽,一次电磁加热器I的底部与压力容器罐2底部的出水管道13相连通,一次电磁加热器I的顶部通过管道与压力容器罐2中部或上部的进汽管道14相连通,生成的蒸汽从该进汽管道14返回到压力容器罐2内,蒸汽进一步通过压力容器罐2顶部的蒸汽管道14排出,所生成的蒸汽温度在100〜130°C之间,称其为低温蒸汽。可根据压力容器罐2的容积大小在其外侧设置多个一次电磁加热器I,各个一次电磁加热器I并排设置在压力容器罐2的外侧,以提高低温蒸汽的生成速率。在连通一次电磁加热器I的底部与出水管道13之间的管道的底部设置有排污阀5,使用时间较长后,在该管道处会积聚水垢等物质,打开排污阀5,以将其排出;在对设备内部进行清洗时,排污阀5也可用于控制清洗水的排放。

[0023] 本实用新型的一次电磁加热器和二次电磁加热器的结构相同,如图2所示,一次电磁加热器I包括导磁性金属管16、高硼娃玻璃管17和电磁线圈18,在导磁性金属管16下端的管壁上设有出水口 20,在导磁性金属管16上端的管壁上设有回水口 19。高硼硅玻璃管17呈螺旋状缠绕在导磁性金属管16的外侧,且高硼娃玻璃管17的下端口与导磁性金属管16下端的出水口 20相连通,高硼硅玻璃管17的上端口与导磁性金属管16上端的回水口 19相连通,从而使高硼硅玻璃管17的管腔与导磁性金属管16的内腔连通,流经导磁性金属管16的水可通过导磁性金属管16上的出水口20流入高硼硅玻璃管17中,电磁线圈18形成磁场本身产生的热量通过高硼硅玻璃管17的管壁传导给水,由此更进一步提高热转换率,达到更加节能的效果,吸收这部分热量的水通过回水口 19回流到导磁性金属管16内。电磁线圈18呈螺旋状缠绕在缠绕有高硼硅玻璃管17的导磁性金属管16外,且与高硼硅玻璃管17紧贴,电磁线圈18与电磁加热控制器电连接。高硼硅玻璃管17也可以呈直管状并排环绕设置在导磁性金属管16的外壁上。

Claims (6)
1.一种常压电磁高温蒸汽产生设备,其特征是,包括有:给水箱,通过给水管道与所述给水箱相连通的压力容器罐,用于将所述压力容器罐内的水加热成蒸汽的一次电磁加热器,以及通过蒸汽管道与所述压力容器罐的顶部相连通的二次电磁加热器,所述二次电磁加热器的一端与所述蒸汽管道相连通,在所述二次电磁加热器的另一端设有排气阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的常压电磁高温蒸汽产生设备,其特征是,所述一次电磁加热器的底部通过管道与所述压力容器罐的底部相连通,所述一次电磁加热器的顶部通过管道与所述压力容器罐的中部或上部连通,在连通所述一次电磁加热器的底部和所述压力容器罐的底部的管道上设置有排污阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的常压电磁高温蒸汽产生设备,其特征是,在所述压力容器罐的一端设置有水位观测镜,在所述压力容器罐的顶部还设置有压力控制开关、压力安全阀和水位电极。
4.根据权利要求1所述的常压电磁高温蒸汽产生设备,其特征是,所述给水管道的一端连通到所述给水箱的底部,所述给水管道的另一端连通到所述压力容器罐的底部,在所述给水管道上设置有给水栗。
5.根据权利要求1所述的常压电磁高温蒸汽产生设备,其特征是,所述一次电磁加热器包括导磁性金属管、设置在所述导磁性金属管外侧的高硼硅玻璃管和缠绕在所述导磁性金属管外侧的电磁线圈,所述高硼硅玻璃管位于所述导磁性金属管与所述电磁线圈之间,所述高硼硅玻璃管的两端分别连通到所述导磁性金属管的内腔,所述电磁线圈与电磁加热控制器电连接;所述二次电磁加热器的结构与所述一次电磁加热器的结构相同。
6.根据权利要求1所述的常压电磁高温蒸汽产生设备,其特征是,还包括用于控制各部分的控制器。
